Stayed one night as I had an early start to take my parents to medical appointments the next day. I didn't realize the location when booking but was pleasantly surprised how convenient and quiet it was. The room was spotlessly clean. Kudos to the housekeeping team. It was well appointed and the whirlpool tub, a dream. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming upon check in / check out. We stayed in a second floor room overlooking the BBQ area. I imagine ok a summer night it could get quite loud but it wasn't when we stayed. Nice to have a hotel near my parents that is so nice to stay at.

Was very disappointing that some guests feel the need leave dirty diapers, garbage & dirty towels in the hallway outside their room. At breakfast the eggs were way over cooked but the rest of the food was fine. The pool water was cloudy so we did not use the pool. I hope the Manager addresses some of these issues - I see other guests have made similar comments several months ago.

Beautiful hotel,Fairly new built. Clean spacious rooms. You got everything in your room. From a small stove to pots pans glasses fridge and more. You get a delicious breakfast included. The staff and cleaners are awesome and friendly. They have a small pool and a gym. I really enjoyed my stay . Definitely recommend it.

Stayed for 3 nights for my Son's hockey tournament, with our two year old. The only source of entertainment for my two year old here was supposed to be the pool... conveniently it's been closed both the Friday and Saturday we've been here. It was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Very disappointing.

First off the the hotel is beautiful and immaculate. The staff especially harry was simply delightful. I’m after being turned away for lack of credit card from nearly everywhere me and my wife tried townplace and were blown away by the amenities room and everything else. If you are in the same situation please give them a try they deserve your business!
