I don’t know about the hotel, but the bathhouse is not very good. The room is cold, the pool is cold, the steam room is very small, the fireplace did not work, there is no jacuzzi either, since the boiler will all go away and you will be left without hot water, why then do you need a jacuzzi, it would be better if they made showers, since there is only one shower cabin.

I spontaneously went there by bike and asked if they had another room. That was not the case, but I was offered to sleep on a bench in the sauna for €35. I would even have done it for €30 (my daily allowance), but that was non-negotiable. I wasn't allowed to camp in the garden for a reasonable price either.
All of this was told to me in very poor English and very contemptuously by the visibly overwhelmed woman at reception. It may be that she is friendlier to "normal" guests; to me it wasn't even in the beginning

Nothing as advertised! Couldn't stay in the room because of the dust, moisture and cigarette smoke. No refund. Suddenly the staff spoke only Russian. Avoid at any cost.
