Lack of respect for the client. Arrogant approach even when booking and contacting online. It is a pity that leaving a customer without help despite booking spoils the image of nice and friendly Italian people

What a dissapoinent. Booked a nice romantic room, while i was on a plane they tried to charge the card (despite the fact I choosed more expensive option to pay on arrival), when landed they cancelled my booking last minute. Tried to rebook but they just replied info that there is noone at the hotel (even it was over an hour before closing the front desk) All in all left me with no room to stay just before midnight. It was meant to be £149 for 4 night and had to find something last minut that cost me over £360. AVOID THAT PLACE

If you rent whole appartment consisting 4 appartments plus kitchen you have wonderful terrace and space just for you. Clean and cosy

Great concept, since they earn several places. The roof in has 5 bedrooms and a kitchen leading to a long terrace with long chairs that could be nice in summer. The rooms are very nicely decorated and modern, with a very comfortable bed, just missing a additional curtain to stop daylight coming to the room. Our room was located on top of a restaurant, which was a bit noisy but acceptable. The bathroom was modern and well equipped, just needed a shower head replacement since they became brown and out of efficiency. The breakfast is brought to you by a staff member in a paper bag containing a cornetto per person and basta. Coffee is available in patches with very little milk portions, in the kitchen, they provide cereals and no milk. You do have small nibbles in the room , but not enough for a good breakfast lover. Hopefully their are loads of bars around serving different types of breakfast. The location of the roof in is more than ideal, in the heart of the shopping district and 5min walk from the Vatican. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would return there in the future.

Nice place in the center of Rome..This structure is near the metro station Ottaviano..and 2 minutes from the Vatican museum.
Nice rooms with a large terrace and kitchen!
I recommend it..
