Ótimo resort, tantas piscinas que não chegamos a todas em nossos três dias. Quarto foi bem definido, mas eu teria gasto os dólares em duas camas para uma estadia mais longa. No entanto, conseguimos muito embalado, uma viagem de um dia para Legoland, o mercado de agricultores em uma noite de segunda-feira (comida adorável disponível) e o pequeno mercado tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Um grito especial para Jennifer na lanchonete que pode ter sido o destaque de nossa estadia, ela foi tão gentil com nossos filhos e uma piada para conversar.

Great resort, so many pools we didn’t make it to all of them in our three days. Room was well laid out but I would have spent the dollars on a two bed for a longer stay. We did get a lot packed in though, a day trip to Legoland, the farmers market on a Monday night (lovely food available) and the little market had all we needed. Special shout out to Jennifer at the snack shack who may have been the highlight of our stay, she was so kind to our kids and a hoot to chat with.

Os condomínios são limpos e confortáveis. Um lugar agradável e seguro para relaxar e descontrair. Traga toda a família. Há atividades divertidas para todos... A atmosfera é o sul da Califórnia, no seu melhor. Sol e relaxamento... Nada melhor do que isso. Sem falar que o teatro sempre tem um bom entretenimento. Eu vi alguns shows aqui, e sempre fiquei muito feliz com eles. Muito estacionamento e atendentes sorridentes ajudam os necessitados a encontrar onde precisam estar.

Serviço ruim! Aluguei 5 suítes para família que estava na cidade para o casamento da minha filha. Todo o edifício teve um problema de encanamento no segundo dia de nossa estadia de 5 dias. Sem água quente. Como o resort estava cheio, eles não puderam trocar de quarto. Eu tive que verificar minha família cedo e movê-los para outro hotel (sem a ajuda da recepção). Solicitei o reembolso dos dias que não utilizamos. Foi-me dito que um gerente entraria em contato comigo, ninguém ligou até eu deixar várias mensagens. O gerente de serviço ao hóspede então ofereceu uma estadia de cortesia e me reembolsou pelos dias que tivemos que abreviar (não os dias em que não tínhamos água. Nos disseram para tomar banho na casa da piscina!). Eles emitiram um crédito pendente, depois cancelaram e me cobraram pelo crédito! A gerência é muito lenta em responder aos problemas dos hóspedes e é muito obscura em seus esforços para compensar os hóspedes.

Fev/mar 2022 - ficar aqui agora e adorar este resort! A equipe é maravilhosa, amigável, bem como a equipe de limpeza, grite para Lillie! ! Você é demais!! Ambiente limpo, várias atividades para todas as idades no resort e apenas toneladas de coisas para fazer quando você se aventurar fora do resort também. Temos família aqui, então é sempre uma vitória para nós.

Minha filha nos convidou para o Dia dos Namorados, depois que ela ouviu a apresentação de timeshare. O jacuzzi era muito bom com restaurantes e uma sala de jogos por perto. Havia 8 piscinas lá, mas estava muito frio para nadar e nunca encontramos a piscina coberta. O lugar é realmente lindo.

The condos are neat and comfy. A nice, safe place to relax and unwind. Bring the whole family. There are fun activities for everyone... The atmosphere is Southern California, at its best. Sun and relaxation... It doesn't get much better than that. Not to mention, the theater always has fine entertainment. I've seen quite a few shows here, and I was always quite happy with them. Plenty of parking, and smiling attendants help those in need, find where they need to be.

Our room was so spacious and and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed our huge soaking jacuzzi tub and fireplace in our room as we had cooler weather while we were there in February. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed going to the musical Nunsense and walking around the Monday outdoor Market.

Poor service! I rented 5 suites for family that were in town for my daughters wedding. The entire building had a plumbing issue on the second day of our 5 day stay. No hot water. Because the resort was full, they were unable to change rooms. I had to check my family out early and move them to another Hotel (without the help of the front desk). I requested to be reimbursed for the days that we didn’t use. I was told that a manager would contact me, no one called until I left several messages. The guest service manager then offered a complimentary stay and to reimburse me for the days we had to cut short (not the days we didn’t have water. We were told to shower at the pool house!). They issued a credit pending, then canceled it, then charged me for the credit! Management is very slow responding to guest issues and is very shady in their efforts to compensate guests.

My daughter invited us there for Valentines, after she listened to the timeshare presentation. The jacuzzi was very nice with eateries and a game room close by. There were 8 pools there, but it was too cold to go swimming and we never found the indoor pool. The place is really beautiful.

Feb/Mar 2022-staying here right now and love this resort! Staff are wonderful, friendly as well as the cleaning crew, shout out to Lillie!! You Rock!!Clean environment, various activities for all ages at the resortand just tons of things to do when you venture outside the resort also.We have family here,so it's always a win-win for us.

Beautiful resort. Many activities are available to do during the day. Suggestion: take food with you, rooms have full kitchen, you can cook if u want. There is only one restaurant in the property and it took us awhile to get out , drive min 10 miles to buy something to eat. Not many options to order for delivery. Other than that everything was good and fun.

Este lugar é uma jóia escondida, pelo menos para alguém que não mora na área. Os apartamentos são modernos, limpos e têm um ótimo layout. Há um pequeno mercado agradável e opções de restaurantes e uma loja no local. Várias grandes áreas de piscina e uma ótima área de academia fazem deste um ótimo resort em geral. Este lugar é um ótimo valor e deve ficar se você estiver na área.

This place is a hidden gem, at least to someone that doesn’t live in the area.The apartments are modern, clean and have a great layout.There’s a nice little market and restaurant options and a store on site.Several large pool areas and a nice gym area makes this a great resort overall. This place is a great value and a must stay if you’re in the area.

Went out for my birthday with my family. We had a fabulous time. Very nice staff and great amenities, with great views. My nephew who is 12 wanted to try the escape room. It was such a great activity for the kids to work together and solve the lockers to get out. Over all we had so much fun

This place is so beautiful. Came for my best friends 50th birthday and we had the best time. Ethan from the fitness area was just the best tour guide. We booked an electric bike ride and he was funny and really patient with all of us old ladies. I recommend doing the bike ride with Ethan. We also had a Fantastic time at the fire pits. Saw a Raccoon he was sweet. The grounds are just breathtaking. Thank you Ethan and the rest of the amazing staff for making this place incredible. I will definitely be returning.

It's located in a quite secluded area. The best part was we got to stay for a good price. The 1 bedroom suite was mediocre, nothing fancy or spectacular. The downside would be their staff. We signed up for their tour because that was the perk for getting a discount, they were super friendly and accommodating while they're trying to sell you their property, but when we decline to buy, their manager turned 180 degrees and try to bite our heads off.

It was wonderful to get away for a few days. We had a few glitches with check-in and some issues with our room, but for the most part everyone was very helpful. We were right on the lake and the sounds of the fountains were very relaxing. It was very hot, so outside time was minimal but it was so nice to have a different view than my own home. We will definitely be back!

To do esta muy Hermosa y limpio. Me encanto como siempre. Tienen television y refrigerator parece in apartamento chico. La cama enorme. Y tienen much as pisinas que se calientan.
