Bethlehem

Absolutamente horrible. La mayoría de las cosas que publican las tienen, no las tienen. Los pisos de la habitación están pegajosos, los mostradores, las sillas. Todo desagradable. La ropa de cama no huele a limpio. Fui a buscar hielo, sin forro para el cubo de hielo y cosas sucias. Sin bar. Sin restaurante. Nada a su alrededor. Me alojé una hora y nos marchamos!!

Absolutely horrible. Most things they post they have, they don’t. Floors In room are sticky, counters, chairs. All nasty. Bedding doesn’t smell clean. Went to get ice, no liner for the ice bucket and dirty stuff in it. No bar. No restaurant. Nothing around it. Stayed an hour and checked out!!

Comemoramos o aniversário de 52 anos da minha esposa em Bethlehem, Littleton e Lincoln. Ficamos neste hotel e foi incrível. Limpo e aceita cães. Tudo correu tão bem. A mulher da recepção nos deu sugestões incríveis de restaurantes e, quando estávamos saindo, o gerente, Dwayne, nos viu e forneceu ótimas dicas sobre onde ir em Littleton. Sim, vamos voltar!

We celebrated my wife's 52 birthday in Bethlehem, Littletonand Lincoln. We stayed at this hotel and it was amazing. Clean, and dog friendly. Everything went so smooth. The woman at the front desk gave us amazing restaurant suggestions and as we were leaving the manager, Dwayne, saw us off and provided great tips for where to go in Littleton. Yeah, we're going back!

Bring your own bedding!!! I worked for these people and they do not wash the comforters at all. Even when they are full of dog hair they still don't wash them. Horrible people to work for, they promised tips for cleaning rooms while the owners father goes and takes the tips before you can clean the room. The hotel is trashed and has many issues and the " complimentary breakfast" is microwaved egg batter and watered down juice concentrate. These people will do anything to cut costs

Very friendly staff who had gone out of their way to please and accommodate the guests. The g.m. Guided us to great local attractions. Very comfy rooms and beds. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui porque eles aceitam cães. Os membros da equipe são simpáticos, o café da manhã de cortesia é definitivamente uma vantagem. No entanto, o quarto tinha toneladas de pêlos de outros cães. O cabelo estava por toda parte, no chão, cama, sofá e piorava quando o ar era ligado. Eu gostaria que eles fizessem uma limpeza mais profunda do pelo do cachorro. Eu tenho um labradoodle para que ele não solte porque sou alérgico a pelos e pelos de cachorro, então é lamentável que o quarto não esteja limpo o suficiente.

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí porque admiten perros. Los miembros del personal son amables, el desayuno de cortesía por la mañana es definitivamente una ventaja. Sin embargo, la habitación tenía toneladas de pelo de otros perros. El cabello estaba en todas partes, en el piso, la cama, el sofá y empeoraba cuando se encendía el aire acondicionado. Me gustaría que hicieran una limpieza más profunda del pelo del perro. Tengo un labradoodle, así que no pierde pelo porque soy alérgico a la caspa y al pelo de los perros, así que es una pena que la habitación no estuviera lo suficientemente limpia.

Stayed here for 4th of July weekend for 3 nights, hotel has a nice looking lobby but the rooms were average. The room I stayed one of the tv was not working, the one in the bedroom and when my partner and I made a complaint it took them hours to come to the room to take a look, granted at least we were out most of the day.. the bathtub was cracked pretty bad and the shower head could use some updating and water gets everywhere. The room also said it included a microwave, and it did not. The bed didn’t seem like a king sized bed although that’s what was advertised when booking. Would give it a 3.3/5. Customer service was friendly and room was clean.

My husband and I stayed here because they are dog friendly. The staff members are friendly, the complimentary morning breakfast is definitely a plus. However, the room had tons of hair from other dogs. The hair was everywhere, in the floor, bed, couch and it got worst when the ac was turned on. I wish they would do a more in depth cleaning of the dog hair. I have a labradoodle so he doesn’t shed because I’m allergic to dog dander and hair so it’s unfortunate that the room was not clean enough.

We came for a one night stay. The staff at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do. The room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I recommend!

Meu marido foi até a recepção, onde eles se ofereceram para trocar de quarto, mas se você já viajou com uma criança pequena, sabe que acordá-la pode significar uma noite cansativa. Como a cama estava limpa (sim, verificamos) optamos por ficar no quarto com a promessa de que o gerente nos acompanharia pela manhã. Enviamos as seguintes fotos por e-mail para o associado da recepção. O gerente não estava lá quando fizemos o check-out, foi-nos garantido que ele nos ligaria por volta das 11h quando chegasse. We stayed here for a night. My husband, myself and our 6 year old son. We had a king suite that had a foldout couch. First, I'd like to say the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. When my husband removed the cushions from the couch to pull the bed out, there were white stains in between the cushions and something else all under the second cushion. Our son was sleeping already in the king sized bed by the time we removed the cushions. My husband went down to the front desk where they offered to switch our rooms, but if you've ever traveled with a small child, you know waking them up can mean an exhausting night. Since the bed was clean (yes we checked) we opted to stay in the room with the promise that the manager would follow up with us in the morning. We emailed the following photos to the front desk associate. The manager was not there when we checked out, we were assured he would call us around 11am when he got in. By 4:00p he still hadn't called. My husband called him and was assured the stain was spilled milk from someone who previously stayed in the room. As if this would make it okay except that it doesn't and just shows they apparently don't thoroughly clean the rooms in between guests. He told my husband we had a free night stay with a discounted upgrade on our second night stay and he would email my husband the details. So not only were there these disgusting stains on the couch, the room had damage to the walls and we were whats looking like, lied to by the manager. We have still yet to get said email. Here are the photos from our room, I'd think twice before booking a room here.
