Fantastic !!! from start to finish, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Great food with a lovely selection and as much or as little as you wanted, just help yourself you are asked as you arrive of any allergies so they can let the kitchens know. If your watching your weight don't worry as there is a selection of salads to die for and each night is a themed night from around the world . Dress code for dinner is observed you are seated and asked what you would like to drink and you are regularly topped up !!!. The rooms have air conditioning and mine had a huge double bed which was lovely and comfortable . Bottle water is available all the time you just have to ask for it but the water in the hotel is drinkable The views are fantastic you have your own beach next to the hotel. I enjoyed the excursions to turtle island and ship wreck cove and you get to see some of the islands fabulous scenery too. !!! I went 11th October 2019 and had a fantastic time, ENJOY your holiday

Just got back from your hotel . First time all inclusive was brillient good service food was great . The wedding was great we had there for our friends. Would go back. Your staff round the pool were great .25 off us had the best time ever. Special thank you too Anna one off your staff always had a smile on her face great person .

Very nice hotel. Food and drink good. Waiters fab. Very quick with drinks. 3 pools plenty of beds. More space in the olive Grove and quieter. Can recommend.

Slight mixed bag for us. We stayed for a week in September and looking at the pictures and ratings our expectations were high. The facilities and food were excellent and would rate a 5 however our room was a bit of a let down. We were in a superior garden view room which was not to a superior standard. The bath surround was mouldy and the sink tap was broken and loose. The plug and trap were also filthy and our front door had some type of fillers around its hinges which hadnt sealed the door to the outside. To the hotels credit we reported it to them and it was repaired the same day but not what you want when you first arrive. The main hotel cleanliness was v good though as there were people constantly cleaning it just needed more emphasis on the rooms away from the main hotel. Overall it was a shame that the room didn't meet our expectations of a platinum hotel as the other areas did.
