Eu já fiquei hospedado outras vezes aqui e ele não melhorou.. pelo contrário caiu pouco. A localização é boa, a acústica não é boa então você fica noite toda ouvindo som das businas. O quarto estou 527 a banheira precisa ser renovada e a porta não fecha direito. Tem ficar mexendo para ela travar. A internet está péssima. O café da manhã é bom, o jantar tirando a sola estava hiper salgada que eu reclamei e eles adicionaram água e colocaram de volta.. segurança ok. limpeza não tenho do que reclamar.

Foi uma ótima experiência, está em Cairo e conhecer o vários lugares do Egito, no Barceló fui bem atendido todos as pessoas que fazem parte do Barceló todos simpáticos e alegre, os quartos muito bom o Hotel no geral está de parabéns

This is the hotel where I stayed in Egypt. Due to the busy schedule many of the facilities of this hotel could not be enjoyed. This shortcoming should definitely be addressed next time we visit Egypt.

i fogot to mention that the day spa was fabulous♥♥♥♥♥the sea salt body scrub sauna steamroom and massage was to die for and you can purchase the sea salt and the price $60-65 dollars worth every cent please dont miss this pleasure you wont be sorry

I love that the hotel has view on to the permits from the terrace amusing especially in the sunset plus the swimming pool you don't have to be staying in the the hotel to have access. The manger was very helpful and nice.

Bom atendimento. Hotel muito bom. Equipe atenciosa. Só não gostamos muito dos nossos guias. Eles ficam o tempo todo no celular e o turista, que traz o dinheiro para gastar, fica em segundo plano. Eu e minha esposa tivemos que levar, nós mesmos, as nossas malas para o apartamento, porque cansamos de esperar alguém para identificar nossa bagagem. O nosso guia estava falando ao celular e nem olhava para nós.

Great hotel with amazing facilities. It’s like you walk into a palace with beautiful chandeliers and lounges. Very helpful staff that always greet you with a smile. My room is very comfortable, large and two windows. Very comfortable bed and amenities. An outdoors pool on the rooftop and a great breakfast with a lot of options. I definitely recommend and will stay here again next time I’m in Giza.

El hotel a pesar de estar bien situado para visitar la Pirámides de Giza, no llega al nivel de lo que uno espera de la marca Barceló. La limpieza en las habitaciones del hotel dejaba un poco que desear, así como el mantenimiento. La piscina estaba bien, aunque las tumbonas y camas no estaban limpias. Tuvimos un incidente en el restaurante de buffet libre en el que uno de los encargados y camareros trataron de cobrarnos 20€ de más, y reaccionaron de manera poco profesional y bastante abrupta cuando pedimos ver la factura detallada para comprobar el precio, finalmente pudimos demostrarles que se habían equivocado.

Nos quedamos en este hotel para transmitir Mañanas X desde Egipto en la víspera del concierto de Red Hot Chili Peppers en las pirámides. La atención superó mis expectativas; llegamos a las 2 de la mañana muertos del hambre y el restaurante nos sirvió fenomenales hamburguesas; recomiendo especialmente la Robinson pero en general el menú es potente para satisfacer el hambre viajera. La atención en la recepción fue fantástica y los asuntos técnicos para la transmisión fueron resueltos de la forma más amable que he podido vivir en la radio. Las habitaciones y los baños muy limpios y rápidamente arreglados durante nuestro tiempo fuera de ellas. El lugar es seguro y central para acudir al llamado de las pirámides de Egipto. Para viajar con presupuesto y en grupo, el Barceló Caído Pyramids es la mejor opción. Cuando venga a Giza, quédese en el Barceló: ¡no se va a arrepentir!

The hotel is truly a lovely place to stay. Aspects that prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars are:1. Items in rooms are not fully working suvh as the mirror light, the heater, the shower was not great and windows don't seal properly causing the traffic noise to filter into the room. And the hairdryer was really small with very little power. 2. The buffet was spectacular to the eye but really lacked in taste. 3. Although all staff members are very friendly amd eager to help, the language barrier is sometimes a problem when ordering room service. 4. The spa is lovely and the therapist doing my treatments was even lovelier but the spa requires a sense of "finesse" that's lacking. A softness that comes with a spa. And a bit of extra hygiene.If it weren't for these small things this hotel would have gotten a fully deserving 5 stars because the rooms are clean and the hotel is beautiful and everything else works well and runs smoothly.I will definitely recommend staying at the hotel and also stay there myself again.

Tiene lo nesesario: desayuno incluido, aire acondicionado,agua fría y caliente, secador de pelo, nevera. La habitación no tenía una sola ventana hacia el exterior, todo el tiempo sentíamos que estaba de noche. La cama es grande y cómoda. Wi Fi un poco lento. El hotel queda muy cerca a las Pirámides de Güiza. Dentro de hotel hay varios restaurantes, donde pueden encontrar comida internacional y algo más típico también.
