Hotel muito bem estruturado, com ótima culinária, recepção e limpeza. Recomendo.
Lugar incrível! Garçons muito prestativos nos restaurantes abertos aos hóspedes dentro do resort, comida boa (mas bem comum). Piscina muito legal, mas desde bem cedo as pessoas ocupam todas as cadeiras com toalhas mesmo não estando sentadas. Os outros atendimentos são bem neutros, ninguém muito educado ou cortês, só falam o básico e não explicam muito bem o que precisa.
Covid-19 – I had slight concerns traveling with a child and a pregnant wife, Yet I have to say we felt 100% safe in the hotel at all times. All the employees were wearing masks at all time, hand sanitizer dispensers are everywhere The capacity was obviously low, but I believe even with a higher capacity the atmosphere would still be the same. Most of the guests practiced social distancing.I really like that all the information is available on QR codes, so there is no need to hold dirty menus and brochures, just scan the code with your phone and you’ll get all the info you need.Room – We stayed on the 4th floor, with a view of the pool and sea. The room was big enough for the three of us, comfortable beds (Beautyrest pillow top mattress). The room was cleaned and maintained on daily basis, mini-bar re-stocked with drinks daily And a very nice view of the sunsets.Facilities: Pool: Great pool, clean and big, no Slides/fountains/pirate ships for the kids. The bar at the pool is great, and Michael the bartender is awesome! No pool towels at the pool area – you either bring them with you from the room or get them from the lobby.Kids club: This is a good solution to have a quiet time for the parents, lots of activities, and fund time for the little ones.Casino: Sometimes you win sometimes you lose, good atmosphere overall.Beach area: Steps away from the hotel, good service for chairs and drinks, clean clear water - You can rent a floater free of charge at the souvenir shop. Bingo, and Zumba classes daily.Lobby Bar: Can get a bit crowded after dinner, great service, great cocktails.Food:The Palms buffet (Breakfast / Lunch) – Food was fresh (Not enough veggies in my opinion), counters were clean and covered with glass, and the employees serving the food were kind and very helpful all had masks and gloves. In general, the service here was a bit slow, especially in the outdoor dining area at breakfast time, One or two extra employees will make a huge differenceThe Beach Club – (Lunch) – A better option for lunch than the buffet I mentioned above, Great appetizers, sandwiches, and main courses.L’OLIO – Italian cuisine – By far our favorite place for dinner! The food was very authentic, and the marvelous décor contributed to the atmosphere.Kyoto – Japanese cuisine: Hibachi show was a blast and the a la carte menu was also delicious.Service - Hotel employees are awesome. And they will go out their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Some of them are more "Tip oriented" but in general the service is very good.

Fantastic location right on the beach. There are plenty of beds as the hotel is only operating on one third occupancy at the moment. Night be a bit of a rush on sun loungers when completely full. Service is exemplary but food only mediocre I'm afraid. Still at $16.80 for a McDonalds combo meal outside, I'm glad we went all inclusive!
My husband and I stayed at Barceló Aruba for our Honeymoon Dec.3-8th 2020, and we had the BEST time! Everyone at this resort was extremely nice and accommodating. We were a little nervous to travel during COVID, but we felt very safe at Barceló. All of the staff wear their masks, and they have hand sanitizing stations all throughout the resort and everything is kept very clean at all times. We enjoyed the food in all of their restaurants, and we highly recommend paying a little extra for their romantic dinner on the beach. We upgraded to the Royal membership while we were there which we highly recommend as well. Have room service and access to the beach bar was a really nice touch with the Royal membership. We loved that the resort was only about half capacity while we were there which made us feel even more safe and ensured we never had long wait times for anything. The resort is right next to a really cool shopping center and restaurants on a strip if you want to explore the town a bit. We can't wait to go back!
Absolutely amazing! My husband and I stayed In October and loved everything about this place! The staff was friendly and so accommodating! The rooms were also really nice! I especially loved Michael the bartender at the pool! He was so sweet!

The place is beautiful and staff goes out of their way. The all inclusive is a bit pricey if you don't drink like a fish and eat atleast 3 meals a day.
The Barcelo resort in Aruba was nothing short of amazing!! Beautiful rooms with ocean and pool views. Resort located on Palm beach with seating & bar. Located close shops and outside of the resort restaurants. What really made the vacation extra wonderful was the Barcelo resort staff: Armando, Erick, George, Armando, Doris were the nicest most professional resort staff I have ever met. We will be back just to see them!! Thanks for making our Aruba trip so memorable!

Visited Aruba for the first time. This all inclusive resort is fantastic with a wonderful, attentive courteous staff. Food is very good, rooms are comfortable and very clean. Definitely returning here.
Top, for me the best. We were 6 tourists on our own island. In 3 weeks we will go back.
Excelente hotel, el servicio destaca por la amabilidad, los bares ofrecen una oferta amplia y las habitaciones son muy limpias. Se ven muy cómodos manejando la nueva normalidad COVID-19, nos sentimos seguros, regresaremos.

Melhor Hotel de Aruba
Vamos nos hospedar no Barcelo Aruba daqui 2 dias, e sinceramente lendo os comentários no trip e Google me bateu uma forte preocupação quanto a limpeza, atendimento, serviço de praia, etc... Esta será a primeira viagem internacional dos meus pais, e estou preocupada com o que vou encontrar lá. Li muitos relatos de pessoas que ficaram decepcionadas com a estadia, li também muitos pedidos de desculpas por parte da administração e que algo seria feito para melhorar os serviços. Porém as reclamações continuam com datas recentes. Se a administração ler esse POST, espero do fundo do meu coração que algo seja feito para melhorar não só para minha estadia, mas para de todos que ali se hospedarem. No final da viagem voltarei aqui para relatar o que vivemos, se foi um sonho ou pesadelo e assim ver se as estrelinhas de classificação vão aumentar ou diminuir. Me desejem boa sorte!!
Habitación. Cómoda, cama King, colchón muy bueno, y almohadas también. El baño tiene buena presión de agua, y buenos amenities. La reposición de bebidas del mini refrigerador a veces fallaba y teníamos que llamar para que vinieran a reponer bebidas. El aire acondicionado excelente, enfriaba bárbaro, aunque supongo que este tipo de cosas, a veces dependen de cual cuarto le toque a uno. Restaurantes. Comimos principalmente en los restaurantes buffet (uno en la playa y otro en el hotel), cuya comida era muy variada. Pasta, pizza, carnes (pescado, vacuna, cerdo, cordero, etc). Arroz, variedad de postres, etc. En resumen, siempre algo para cualquier paladar. En cuanto a los restaurantes, solamente fuimos a L’Olio (el italiano) y es realmente espectacular, la atención, el ambiente, el personal, su atención, y, sobre todo, la comida. El servicio en la playa, fue, según mi experiencia mas bien escaso. Pasaban solamente una vez a la mañana preguntando que queríamos tomar. De todas formas, uno mismo podía ir al bar de la piscina o a los restaurantes buffet a surtirse de bebidas. Playa. ¿Qué decir? La mejor playa que vi en mi vida. Agua turquesa, de un color increíble, bien transparente, con peces nadando cerca, una temperatura de 27°C por la mañana temprano que iba subiendo durante el día hasta llegar a los 29°C e incluso algún día llegó a los 30°C alrededor de las 16 hs. (Temperaturas tomadas durante la 2da quincena de Julio) arenas blancas, sin insectos molestos. Las reposeras muy cómodas y robustas. Lo único negativo de este tema, es que, si uno quiere conseguir sombra, tiene que bajar a la playa a dejar un bolso en alguno de los lugares con sombra, a eso de las 6 AM. A partir de las 8 AM, ya no hay mas lugar a no ser bien al fondo de la playa, con lo cual se pierde mucha de la vista al mar. Hotel. El personal del hotel, siempre amable, y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que uno pudiere tener. Lo mas chocante a mi gusto, que no soy socio de My Barcelo, ni Time Shearer, ni tengo tiempo compartido, sino que fui como un huésped común y corriente, es no poder disponer de WiFi en forma permanente. El sistema de WiFi es en el lobby durante 1 hora al día en forma gratuita, si quiere tener conectividad en su cuarto, restaurantes o la playa, tiene que comprar internet por día/s, precios que recuerdo ahora: 3 dias, USD 25, 7 días, USD 45. Carísimo cuando hoy por hoy, el WiFi es gratis en prácticamente todos lados. Si Ud, es socio del plan My Barcelo, parece que tiene WiFi gratuita sin problemas. Otra de las cosas que no me gustó mucho del restaurante buffet, es que, según horarios, había que hacer cola y esperar para que la anfitriona lo recibiera para poder ir a sentarse. A veces esto era ágil porque no había nadie esperando, pero llegué a ver colas de 4 o 5 familias esperando a que vinieran a atenderlos para poder sentarse, algo que a muchos puede no gustarle, de todas formas, es un inconveniente menor. Tiempo. En la 2da quincena de Julio, que fue el tiempo que estuve durante mi estadía, la temperatura fue más o menos constante de unos 27°C a 30°C, casi siempre con viento que ayudaba a que el calor no se sienta tanto. No llovió nunca durante mi estadía.
Excelente servicio, ubicación y calidad humana. Recomendado para viaje en pareja o familiar. Mezcla perfecta entre urbanismo y paisaje.
