Eu nunca vou ficar em um inn de conforto novamente depois de minha experiência aqui. NÃO FIQUE AQUI SE VOCÊ TIVER ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAÇÃO. os funcionários NÃO conhecem as políticas de animais de estimação e me cobraram 50 dólares depois que um funcionário da recepção me disse que a taxa seria de apenas 20 dólares, mesmo se eu tivesse dois animais de estimação. I will never be staying at a comfort inn ever again after my experience here. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS. the employees DO NOT know the pet policies and I was charged 50 dollars after I was told by a front desk employee that the fee would only be 20 dollars even if I had two pets. The manager spied on me on the cameras in order to charge more money. When I called the manager was “unavailable” and the employee I spoke with gave me a THIRD different policy for their pet fee. overall I feel like my privacy was invaded so that they could just squeeze every last dime from me. I will never stay here again.

La estancia fue buena ya un precio razonable. Me gustan las camas firmes y estas no eran firmes en absoluto. Sin embargo, puedo vivir con eso. Mi problema principal fue que el desayuno era horrible. Fue agarrar y listo. Los muffins estaban buenos pero la fruta parecía que habían estado usando fruta vieja. Empezaba a estar podrido / estropeado. El café tampoco estaba recién hecho. Terminamos teniendo que ir a buscar el desayuno en otro lugar. Probablemente me quedaría de nuevo si las condiciones del desayuno mejoraran. Si no le importa el desayuno, es un buen lugar para quedarse.

PROS: Habitación y baño muy limpios. Se admiten mascotas y olía muy limpio. Muy satisfecho con el alojamiento. Las camas eran muy cómodas y limpias. The stay was good and priced reasonably. I like firm beds and these were not firm at all. However I can live with that. My main issue was the breakfast was horrible. It was grab and go. The muffins were good but the fruit looked like they had been using old fruit. It was starting to be rotten/spoiled. The coffee was not fresh either. We ended up having to go find breakfast somewhere else. I probably would stay again if breakfast conditions would improve. If you don’t care about breakfast, it’s a good place to stay.

PROS: Very clean room and bathroom. Pet friendly and smelled very clean. Very satisfied with the accommodations. Beds were very comfortable and clean!
CONS: Breakfast was not ready on time, so we couldn’t eat prior to leaving. Coffee was terrible. It’s located in a bad part of town.
