Room was very clean, great view. The great amenities: free breakfast, free Internet, free parking. Very close walk to restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic. One side was a view of the intercoastal waterway leading to the Gulf and the other side was a view to the yacht Club. Great view of the sunsets from the attached restaurant and Bar. Short walk to the town center.

The rooms are very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The location is great for us, easy access to walking downtown Dunedin I have complained about the small, hard bottles of shampoo, etc. They are too hard for us older folks to squeeze, so they don't need to leave them for me.

Location, location, location. Nice having a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was tiny with little shelf space to put personal belongings.

The room was very large! The location was great. the bar(bon appatite ) was great!! Breakfast wasn't all that good, powdered eggs. Our room was next to housekeeping supply room so was woken up early with noise, banging.

Location location location!! Walking distance to everything! Rooms are huge and the premises is wonderful! Rooms & bathrooms really need to be updated, could hear the neighbor sneeze ! Love the shutters but they do not block out the parking lot lights effectively.

The room had fleas in the bed. We awoke to fleas jumping on our heads. The hotel staff didn't seem too concerned.
