I came back from a wedding to find the air conditioning had been leaking into the room for hours and there was an inch of standing water in my room. My suitcases, etc were wet. The staff moved me to a new room at 1am and that was it!!!!They offered no compensation for my ruined personal belongings, the exceptional inconvenience, etc.
Check in was unremarkable.The bell hop was quite helpful and knowledgable. The concierge recommended and made dinner reservations for us at a fabulous restaurant. Thank you. We proceeded to our room 848 to be exact, that the gal at the front desk quickly picked out as soon as she saw us. On entering the room OMG what a disappointment!! I have NEVER seen a hotel room so small. It could only fit one night table on one side, the other side of the bed was right up against a large window. We could hardly get into the closet. I stood back and looked at the room and realized the bed was not a Queen or a King size bed but a double bed that could hardly fit in the room. I called the front desk...We were moved to another room in less than 10 minutes. We had a nice, quiet and peaceful stay in a large beautifully designed room. Except for the water running out onto the bathroom floor each time we took a shower, there was no other issue with the Biltmore hotel. I was impressed by the architecture of the building. Almost felt like being in a castle. In the end we were glad we chose this hotel.
My stay at the Biltmore hotel was wonderful , the place is absolutely beautiful . The lobby welcomes you with cathedral ceilings, giant columns, that remind you of the castles in Europe . We stayed at the junior golf suite, not only did it have old world charm , the golf & pool view from the balcony was spectacular. Our room was just perfect for celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary!! My husband & I dine by the pool .had dessert & cocktails later relaxing by the pool. The staff was welcoming ,attentive & super friendly. I look forward to staying at the Biltmore again, thank you for a wonderful stay.
Unfortunately my wife and I did not have a great experience at The Biltmore Hotel. It was our wedding weekend and the room that my wife and I stayed in had a strong odor of mold and mildew. The front desk stated that, "the room had not been reserved in awhile and that was the cause of the smell". For reference, the room we reserved was the, "Terrace Suite". To be fair, the room was nice otherwise and the terrace provided a great view of the grounds. However, there is no excuse for guests to be placed in an unhealthy environment. They should regularly check their rooms that are not regularly reserved, to clean and evaluate for any issues. Unfortunately, as we see in most places these days, the hotel was also short staff. This resulted in slower service than usual, and emotional rather than professional responses from staff at times. In fairness I doubt this is the standard experience at the Biltmore, but nonetheless this was ours.
Espectacular lugar para pasar unos días, celebrar un evento o jugar golf si tu bolsillo te lo permite.
I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel! All of the staff were extremely friendly and went way out of their way to help me, from the airport, in the hotel, and back to the airport the next day. Everything was clean and well kept, and the items in the room were arranged in perfect order. I had such a good sleep that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Next time we return, this hotel is tops on my list!

La verdad el hotel es bonito por su arquitectura solo eso pero las habitaciones no son cómodas el olor nada agradable y mucha humedad enseguida comencé a estornudar en segundo lugar teníamos una reservación para una suite con balcón en el piso 6 y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no tenían y nos dieron una sin balcón y en el pido 3 y teníamos la reservación con un mes de anticipación muy poco amable el front desk la comida es normal la verdad no lo repetiría pienso que necesita mantenimiento y mejor servicio sobretodo. Ah y aparte estábamos esperando un taxi en la entrada del hotel y olvidamos las mascarillas en la habitación y para podernos ir en el taxi exigían tener la mascarilla así que pedimos por favor a la señora de la entrada del hotel y no nos quería dar nos dio unas poquitas y obligada con mala cara me pareció de tan mal gusto, pero bueno sólo quería dejarlo saber por este medio ya que soy una persona de poco reclamar y muy conforme pero esto se tiene que decir para que cambien y otros huéspedes no pasen por lo mismo. Mis hijos tenían mucha ilusión de ir a este hotel ya que nos íbamos a reencontrar con familiares y a pasarla rico pero no fue lo que esperábamos muy decepcionante sobretodo cuando gastas tanto y obtienes tan poco o casi nada con decirles que pedimos una cobija la cual nunca llego y mi mamá pasó mucho frío toda la noche algo tan simple de resolver.
I loved our stay at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. The rooms were clean and our beds were very comfortable and dreamy 😴. Their personnel was attentive and very efficient, the best of the area. We took their bikes to visit the surroundings of the hotel - espectacular. The pool is huge and deep, that was a lot of fun. I would definitely only stay at the Biltmore hotel next time I’m in town.

My husband and I stayed here this past week for our honeymoon, and it was amazing!! As soon as we arrived, the staff was very attentive to our needs and even treated us like family. Especially, Amaury- he was so informative and we just loved speaking with him every time we came to the hotel either after a day trip or just coming back from lunch. In addition, with every situation, the staff handled everything perfectly and professionally. One of my favorite things were the fact they had a spa set up for any massage therapy you could think of, the food was great, along with the drinks. Pretty much everything was great. My husband and I told each other, we will be visiting this hotel again! Thank you guys so much for this beautiful experience!
The hotel is outstanding! Good accommodation, delicious foods, very unique spa to experience I like the japanese inspired I love the outfit tho. Very clean rooms and the staffs are kind. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives. We'll visit you again soon. Thank you for the amazing experience!

This place is breathtaking!!! From the outdoors to when you walk inside this beautiful enchanting place. It is pure elegance. I have officiated many weddings there and no matter the size of the wedding, small or larger event, they always look magical. My ceremonies there always work out flawlessly due to everyone’s cooperation there. Thank you Biltmore!
Impresionante la arquitecta del Hotel. Un tamaño y belleza pocas veces visto. Desde afuera y también en el interior. Una piscina que llama la atención por sus dimensiones y belleza. Todo de acorde con la edad del edificio. Frente al hotel hay una iglesia que vale la pena visitar.

Para o conceito de um 5 estrelas nos Estados Unidos esse hotel faz um pouco você se sentir na Europa. Serviço deixa um pouco a desejar. Ótimo restaurante. Preço faz jus ao sabor e qualidade. Voltarei com certeza.

Incredibly beautiful property! I've shot a wedding here as well as a portrait session and both times were amazing. The rooms have everything you need and are large and very comfortable. The grounds makes for a stunning backdrop of history as well as luxury. I'll be back again for sure.
we got married at the Biltmore last year and had such an incredible experience. everything is so professional and organized, it was really amazing to work with their wedding team. Vanessa, Bruce and the rest of the team are SO helpful and really make you feel comfortable with the planning process. i can truly say it was a breeze to work with the biltmore team.
This hotel is a gem! The staff is extremely friendly. The grounds are impeccably kept. The pool definitely kept our 5-year-old happy! Also, the breakfast is an absolute must! Can't wait to plan our next visit!
While I have never actually stayed at the hotel, I have visited many many times either to meet friends for drinks, Sunday brunch or a nice dinner. I've also been to the pool and some events that are hosted here. I have never been disappointed. The Biltmore always has exceptional service and delicious food and drinks. Hopefully I'll get to stay here one day as well. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
The Biltmore is a beautiful location with amazing people. Bruce, Vanessa and Katie were an absolute joy to work with. The Granada Ballroom was gorgeous and the hotel handled flipping the room from ceremony to reception without issue. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We are very happy that we had our wedding at the Biltmore!
