Parking: pay attention to how you navigate to the hotel parking. It requires some effort. Expect to temporarily park and then to hand over your keys at the front desk for valet parking . During rush hour you will not find any street parking. The two spots in front of the hotel are always occupied . The valet can be trusted.

Good food, good location and friendly and kind staff! The breakfast is varied, fresh and rich. The room is clean and spacious enough. The swimming pool, sauna and saline are wonderful!

I had oppurtunity to stay in Black Diamond 2 times and that was a pleasure. Very nice staff, perfect service. Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast very tasty. Swimming pool is big enough. Can recommend and for sure will back soon.

Very nice hotel, centrally located. The front desk staff is friendly and really helpful. Nice spa (I had an excellent massage). On the flip side, the breakfast was well below-average and the service in the restaurant was very poor.
