A classificação do hotel já diz tudo. Excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos, quarto maravilhoso com vista linda, janelas a prova de som, cortinas blackout, cama muito boa, banheira. Vale muito a pena o café da manhã e visitar o spa, nem que seja apenas para ir na piscina aquecida a 32°C. Experiência muito boa. Preço de Ibis em Paris por um 5 estrelas fantástico

Hotel de luxo muito bem localizado em Budapeste. Quarto espaçoso com cama super King size. Banheiro com ducha e banheira separadas. Quarto com frigobar e poltronas. Hotel possui um café da manhã muito bem servido ao preço de € 20 por pessoa. O local do café da manhã é muito bonito e a equipe muito atenciosa. Hotel com preço muito bom pelo que oferece.

A 5 star hotel where breakfast is served in the "most famous cafe in the world" ... which does not have a smoking terrace, which "invites" you outside if you want to smoke, outside where there is no ashtray, a " something "to put the coffee on, the coffee that has meanwhile been poured into a plastic cup ... Simply, from the dream cafe, you wake up outside next to the beggars who look trough the windows, with both hands locked by coffee and cigarette and trying a telepathic communication with the phone from the pocket which is full of news and which has to wait to be read ... I think, should I quit smoking or choose another hotel next time? The answer is simple ...

First the good parts - stunning property, generally nice rooms, nice spa/pool area, got an upgrade on the first night and good location.The bad parts, and unfortunately there were far to many for the price of this hotel. First of, the AC broke in our first room, we moved to a second room, and lo and behold - that AC also broke, moving us yet again. Room service served a borderline frozen goulash soup, the room keys constantly would stop functioning, and overall the housekeeping staff lacked training and would consistently burst into the room straight away.

Un lujo de hotel y un edificio impresionante. Muy lujoso y limpio. Fui a desayunar ( tuve que hacer una cita un día antes ya que sino, hay mucha espera) con mi marido. Desde el piso hasta las lámparas son imponentes y brillantes. Música en vivo con un gran pianista. He comido mejores desayunos a muchísimo más bajo costo en Budapest pero aquí vale la pena cada centavo porque el ambiente lo amerita. Desde arriba puede verse el desayuno de los huéspedes y se puede disfrutar cada rincón del recinto y sacarse fotos en el.

If you are looking for the best service and want to feel yourself like a royalty then this hotel is for you !This is the best hotel I have ever been too, considering the fact that I travel a lot ! The service is literally amazing and had the best time ever. I felt myself like a royalty being there. Also what to say a huge thanks to Jessica ( hopefully I remembered her name right ) who has dealt with some incident in a very high level ! Once I’m back to Budapest definitely gonna stay there again !

Luxury hotel that could remind you of the 'Grand Budapest Hotel'. I had booked a premier room with the upgrade but just found out that mini bar wasn't perfectly refreshed. There was one open soft drink in it. I told it to the reception and for the whole night, they had amazing extra service as an apologize. Greatly motivated staffs. I would highly recommend Anantara over Marriott or Intercontinental, it may cost more but quite exceptional compared to the ordinary big chains.

This hotel is totally amazing and out of this world. The location is very central and close to all the attractions. The hotel building is breathtakingly beautiful and full of little details. The staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. The spa is great, in particular massage services, and the breakfast buffet is something else! Still dreaming about it and wish to come back very soon. Perfect for a special occasion and great value for money.

This is a absolutely beautiful hotel with a perfect location in Budapest. Our room felt like a whole apartment, especially the bathroom witch was outstanding (shower, bathtub, double zincs). Very friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast buffè. The historic building is stunning and the Italian interior suits me.

Great hotel experience from check-in to check-out! Friendly staff, great service through and through. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom might need a bit of modernisation though. Spa is also great and the massage therapist was fantastic. Again, the pool might need a little refurb. Great selection of food, fruits, pastries and drinks at breakfast.

We spent a few days here with my husband in September. It was our fist 5* hotel experience and it was phenomenal. First of all, this building is beautiful on the inside. I spent years passing by it and I never knew what it was like from the inside. Our room was amazing, the bathroom was grandiose, the room service was impeccable and everyone was nice too. We felt like the most annoying guests as we had a lot of requests over the phone but everyone was very accommodating. We got a gratis chocolate cake and drinks to our room for our wedding anniversary too. The food was amazing, we tried the most amount of different disheswe were able to during our short stay. The only negative thing was that the bathtub didn’t function properly so we couldn’t use it. They tried to fix it and then offered another room too but we stuck with our original room as it was much more spacious and brighter. Also the noise from the street at night. Our room was on the front of the building. We were able to close the balcony doors as it wasn’t so hot but in the summer time this might be a big issue unless guests are okay with just the AC on. Honestly didn’t want to come home, it was that nice. We will definitely return when we can!

One of the best hotel experiences.... ever! From the orchestra playing on arrival at the hotel, to the staff that couldn't do enough for us. The bartender made some of the nicest cocktails we've ever tasted, the spa is excellent and our room was absolutely wonderful. To top it all off we had a view that looked over the rooftops of the city. World class hotel and incredible staff, thank you very much for your hospitality!

I have been to the Boscolo Hotel / New York Palace many times. There are so many events organized here: business conferences, wine-tastings, international parties etc… The venue is perfect for these events, I think the architecture is beautiful.

Hotel 5 estrellas en el centro de Budapest. Magnífico edificio de época donde el lujo sale por todas partes. Ese patio central con la cúpula de cristal y todas las habitaciones con salida a ese enorme centro de reunión que es su patio, sabéis, recuerda a las corralas que había en Madrid, pero sin ese lujo. Cuando entréis al restaurante sibque veréis el lujo, en todo, hasta en las columnas, merece la pena entrar a tomar algo i disfrutar. A pesar de.no ser barato el hotel se puede pasar un par de.noches, tenemos mucha ventaja con el cambio de moneda.

Un hotel excepcional. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, están muy limpias y tienen unas camas comodísimas. El desayuno es de los mejores que recuerdo haber probado en un hotel, con opciones buffet y a la carta, servido en el New York Café. Sin duda, lo mejor es el personal, desde el primero hasta el último, siempre pendientes de los huéspedes. Por poner una pega, quizás está un poco más lejos del centro que otros hoteles, a unos 15-20min andando.

El hotel es espectacular, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, la ubicación es bastante buena, a unos pocos pasos esta una estación de metro, caminando se llega fácilmente al centro de la ciudad, además es parada de los autobuses turísticos. El desayuno en el restaurante del hotel 👌🏼😋. A mejorar la atención del personal de recepción para dar seguimiento a solicitudes.

Hotel-café-restaurante 5 estrella en el corazón de Budapest. Me gustó mucho la arquitectura neogótica del siglo XIX del hotel. El decorado de las paredes y techo interior es bello. Hay una majestuosa escalera en café-restaurante. Hay ofertas de hospedarse 2 noches y te ofrecen gratis el té de la tarde y el Spa. La cerveza que sirven en el bar-café es muy buena. Un saludo desde Canarias.

Pesimo servicio primero nos cambiaron de cuarto por que tenía gotera y el segundo aparte de no cerrar el pasador no hicieron la limpieza, hotel bonito para visitarlo pero pesimo para quedarse, el desayuno esta asqueroso si quieres un par de huevos te cobran 3 € mas. The hotel is a landmark building with a fascinating history. My room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. Robes and slippers. Superb toiletries. My only complaint: the thermostat. I know I’m not the only guest who found the room overheated. The only solution was to open the window.
But, who cares? The employees — doormen, concierges, housekeeping staff, waiters and waitresses, masseur (Matthew), bartenders, pianist — made for one of the happiest and most memorable Christmases I’ve ever had. I look forward to returning to the New York Palace. The kindest, most welcoming, and most patient of people I ever encountered anywhere, even as they were foregoing their holiday with family. I wish them all a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year, belatedly.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at for some time, especially in Europe. The decor, ambience, service are all excellent. The room I had was large with sofa, double sinks, a large hallway that doubled as a dressing room. All good value for money as well. I will certainly return to this hotel and highly recommend a stay here.

Me and my husband had the opportunity to stay in this hotel and we had a fantastic time. it was quite a privilege to stay here as we definitely admire the architecture of this historic building. We stayed in the Classic King room and we thought it was lovely and comfortable and spacious. Also I must say all the staff are very nice and helpful. We also made the most of the spa and the staff there are also very helpful. We had breakfast in the New York cafe and we felt so special sitting in the most famous cafe in the most beautiful cafe in the world surrounded by amazing architecture. We highly recommend this hotel especially if it's your first time in Budapest.

It's a beautiful hotel, set in a building constructed in 1894. Stayed here for 6 nights while exploring Budapest. It's convenient for public transport with both metro and tram stops within 150m.
Staff are ever courteous and helpful, as you would expect in a 5 star establishment.
It's also walking distance to a number of ruin pubs in the area, many of which are charming and quaint.
Will definitely return.

Es un hotel de lujo pero todo él mundo va por su cafetería muy barroca y espectacular merece la pena ir a ver los grandes salones y él patio del hotel. Aparte puedes disfrutar de un café y una tarta con música en directo un rato agradable para descansar después de un día de turismo por la ciudad
