NOT wheelchair accessible! We arrived when it was raining. Valet sent us to the wrong place for handicapped entrance. Desk clerk sent us around to find a side entrance to the basement that ended up being locked. We were soaking wet and cold standing in the rain while I went back to the front desk for help. He called on his radio for help then finally went out and unlocked the door so we could get our daughter in her wheelchair inside the building. I wouldn't be surprised if we all caught colds from getting soaked and waiting in the cold rain.

I was hesitant to book this hotel after reading so many bad reviews. We however had a nice stay.Hotel is located right by the beach. Valet parking was very efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Overall was satisfied with everything.

This should be called the dump not the castle. Spend the extra few bucks and book something nice instead. This place is old and really smelly. Needs a major renovation! Pictures are deceiving, hotel is a lot older than what pictures show.

Not at all contemporary except for the lobby. Room was very run down. Didn't even have toilet paper. Microwave didn't work but they replaced it quickly. Beware that different companies rent rooms so maid service for adjacent room would not give me toilet paper.

For the price value in Miami, its a good place to stay. Room is good, equipped with a kitchenette and with great becah views. The biggest downside is lack of enough parking and early closures of swimming pool. Overall, a good value stay but not extraordinary!
