Nice hotel with a lively restaurant. Limited menu but very nice food. The rooms are clean and modern with comfy beds and air con. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Affordable accommodation in Docklands London. Lively bar popular with sports fans. Burgers served here are delicious. The only criticism would be that the menu could do with a few more choices. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location, literally a 2 minute walk from the Excel centre, about 5 mins away from City Airport and on the Royal Docks. Has plenty of free parking which is a huge benefit and bonus and probably worth a single night rate alone given it's location in London!
Staff are friendly, check-in was a breeze.
Hotel is a true 3 star so don't expect the world. Having said this, room are clean, spacious given the style and age of the hotel and beds are comfy.
I thought noise from the airport would be an issue but nothing disturbed me during the night.
My room (no. 11) had an AC unit (a must in summer) and a heater, hairdryer, and a safe.
Hotel has a large beer garden and lots of indoor eating space. It does classic pub food such as burger and chips, pie and chips, salads etc. And all at reasonable prices. I only tried the apple pie. It's huge and tasty. But far too much for one person.
Overall a thumbs up for this hotel!

Went there for a drink with a friend. Didn't know about the parking permit needed. Had too much on my mind. A couple of drinks later we left. Today I've received their parking fine!! Dearest drink we've ever had. Will never go there again for one 😲
