Hotel a 100 metros da praia de Hollywood-FL. O trecho da praia é maravilhoso: faixa larga de areia branquinha, mar azul calmo como uma piscina. Fui em janeiro 2019, então a água estava fria. O hotel é praticamente um prédio de apartamentos. Fiquei em uma habitação (apartamento) com cama de casal em um quarto privativo e dois sofás cama, três televisões e uma cozinha. Comporta tranquilamente 4 pessoas se forem dois adultos e duas crianças/adolescentes. Não aconselho para quatro adultos porque há apenas um banheiro que pode ser classificado como “pequeno” em comparação com o tamanho do quarto (habitação), bem como por ter apenas um quarto privativo. A cozinha é muito bem equipada: panelas, talheres, pratos, copos, cafeteira, geladeira, micro-ondas e máquina de lavar louças. Não tem máquina de lavar roupas. Não tem toalheiro aquecido no banheiro. O café da manhã é servido mediante a apresentação de um cartão em uma cafeteria anexa ao hotel. Não se iluda: consiste em um bagel, um croissant e um café (não é espresso). Gastos com Uber: a) do hotel ao Aventura Mall: 20 dólares; b) do hotel a South Beach: 30 dólares; c) do hotel ao aeroporto de Fort Lauderdale: 15 dólares. Funcionários simpáticos.

Great hotel right up against the beach, we just needed to take an elevator the ground floor and there it was. The pool area was great too, lived the sheltered area and the bar, and everywhere you looked there was amazing views. There was alot to do along the boardwalk, and the hotel offered packages for fun activities as well. Overall, the perfect place for a Miami vacation! Can't wait to go back

The hotel was wonderful. We booked through an Airbnb and our space was awesome. Comfortable bed, great AC, perfect for what we needed. The location was amazing and the included beach chairs were an added bonus. The best part of our stay was the staff at the Sunset Club on the rooftop. Katie, Jessica, and Creighton are three of the best. They took incredible care of us throughout our entire stay and we are incredibly grateful. We will be back to see them 100%. The only downfall was the check in process and housekeeping. From what I can tell, they were understaffed and behind, but at the end of the day, our stay was great! We will be back.

For the price of these king suites, one would think it would be optimal customer service. To our dismay, our card was double charged. Instead of fixing the mistake on their end, the receptionists and hotel manager insisted no such charge happened on their end. My bank though? Assured us that yes indeed they wrongfully double charged us, yet would not fix their mistake. We were NOT the only couple there that this happened to, we discovered while figuring this out in the lobby. Fix the outdated system or have more qualified staff. The only plus? The rooftop bar and pool was quite amazing

Fiquei aqui por 4 dias e realmente gostei do meu tempo e estou ansioso para voltar. A piscina da cobertura, banheira de hidromassagem, restaurante/bar e áreas de descanso foram excelentes.Nos foi dado dois aluguel de cadeira de praia gratuitamente, mas optamos por pagar US$ 20 por um guarda-chuva. Gostei muito do tempo de praia e os atendentes foram muito gentis e hospitaleiros.Há um café-bar no térreo com ótimo café e comida (acertar ou errar). Não há restaurante no local, mas parecia que um estava chegando. Independentemente disso, você está em Lauderdale e na ampla caminhada, então há muitas opções de comida ao redor.Foi um pouco chocado o estacionamento não estar incluído (US $ 35/noite) e as taxas são apenas… muito. Tenho uma cobrança adicional de $ 400 que ainda estou tentando descobrir. Minhas taxas deveriam ter totalizado $ 150 + uma noite de manobrista (estacionamento mais barato encontrado na estrada).A equipe foi incrível, mas eu tive um problema. Eu estava no corredor em frente à porta e um funcionário usou uma chave para entrar no meu quarto. Ele ficou tão chocado ao me ver quanto eu ao vê-lo, pois ele nunca bateu ou deu qualquer indicação de que estava entrando. The location is great. Beach. Bars/restaurants. Close to airport. Rooftop pool and bar is super well done. BUT. Constant plumbing issue. Balcony door didn’t close. Shower didn’t work. Not one minute Of housekeeping the entire 4 days. No garbage. No towels. Rooms just basic. This is a 3 star hotel trying to charge you 5 star rates. Charge u $50 for early check in. Just pitiful.

I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed my time and look forward to coming back. The rooftop pool, hot tub, restaurant/bar, and lounging areas were great.
We were given two beach chair rentals for free but opted to pay $20 for an umbrella. Really enjoyed the beach time and the attendants were very kind and hospitable.
There’s a coffee bar on the ground floor with great coffee and food (hit or miss). There’s no restaurant on site but looked like one was coming. Regardless, you’re in Lauderdale and on the broad walk so there’s plenty of food options around.
Was a bit shocked parking wasn’t included ($35/night) and the fees are just….a lot. I have an additional $400 charge I’m still trying to figure out. My fees should have totaled $150 + one night of valet (found cheaper parking down the road).
Staff was all amazing but I did have one issue. I was standing in the hallway in front of the door and an employee used a key to come into my room. He was as shocked to see me as I was to see him as he never knocked or gave any indication he was entering. I was about to get in the shower so that would have been a major issue for me. I really felt unsettled after that.

Melhor hotel em Hollywood Beach! Todo mundo corre selvagem sobre o margaritaville, mas este lugar é de longe 10 vezes melhor! É limpo, é confortável e o atendimento ao cliente é fenomenal. Você supera a vista da piscina da cobertura com vista para o grande Atlântico. A banheira de hidromassagem é de morrer. Não consigo superar o quão incrível é este lugar.

My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I stayed here, he proposed 🤩 we celebrated at the rooftop pool Sunset Club bar the staff is amazing! Especially Q she gave us the best bottle service. The view is incredible, it’s a must visit! You will have blast!

Best hotel in Hollywood Beach! Everyone runs wild about the margaritaville, but this place is hands down 10 times better! It’s clean, it’s comfortable, and the customer service is phenomenal. You ant beat the view from rooftop pool overlooking the great Atlantic. The hot tub is to die for. I can’t get over how amazing this place is.

Horrible el trato de la jefa del parqueo es un moustro maltratador..esa señora debe ir urgente hacer un curso de Relaciones Humanas y Buen trato a sus clientes....si vamos a su hotel es para recibir buen servicio...pero es un horror esa señora deberian enviarla a donde no Tenga contacto con las personas y evitarse una demanda....gracias

Ótima localização, a poucos passos da praia e barato embora cheio de bons restaurantes de comida. Ficar na Costa é caro, vale a pena conferir os aplicativos de reserva para encontrar ofertas decentes. Rooftop é fantástico, está aberto aos hóspedes 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Você pode assistir belo pôr do sol e nascer do sol de lá. A vizinhança é segura.

Ótimo hotel junto ao calçadão e praia de Hollywood. Você tem um restaurante / café local no local e um pequeno minimercado para necessidades básicas. A cobertura vale a pena desfrutar da piscina e jacuzzi quente. Há muitas cadeiras e pufes para sentar e relaxar enquanto aprecia a brisa da Flórida.O serviço do hotel é amigável e receptivo, todos os que estão trabalhando foram amigáveis, desde o manobrista até a segurança e outros funcionários da hospitalidade. Com certeza ficarei novamente

Great location, few steps from the beach and cheap though full of good food restaurants. Staying in Costa is expensive, worth checking booking apps to find decent deals. Rooftop is fantastic, it's open to guests 24/7. You can watch beautiful sunsets and sunrisesfrom there. Neighborhood is safe.

Great hotel right by the Hollywood beach boardwalk & beach. You have a local restaurant/cafe on site and a tiny mini market for basic needs. The rooftop is worth enjoying the pool and hot jacuzzi. There are plenty of chairs and bean bags to sit back and relax while enjoying the Florida breeze.
Service at the hotel is friendly and responsive, everyone who is working has been friendly from valet, to security and other hospitality staff. Will definitely stay again

Excelente lugar para ir en familia . Fui con mi esposa y mis hijos el verano pasado . El hotel es un lujo , hermosas habitaciones , me toco una habitación con un dormitorio principal , cocina y living . Tienen una terraza con Piscina y bar . Por lo que vi ,es el mejor hotel de Hollywood .

Mi experiencia fue pésima. No volvería a reservar en ese hotel. Desayuno deficiente, atención de house keeping mala, no reponian los artículos necesarios de la habitación y si los solicitaba tardaban demasiado. El aire acondicionado no funciona adecuadamente. Hubo problemas con la facturación y el trato fue para nada de mi agrado. Siento no le dan la importancia que cliente tiene al visitar un hotel. Quizá fue porque de primer plano le hable en español. Lo único bueno es la ubicación..
