So I stayed here for a work trip(less than 24hours). Good things are this. Big parking lot, walking distance to and from the beach lots of good places to eat near by. If your driving a RV or something with a trailer...you have plenty of parking. Google maps will show that this is a Days Inn...which it isn't so any reward points you may have will not work here, and the rate is pretty descent for the area...however I found out out I was charged $22.35 for an "amenity fee"...this according to the person I talked to on the phone pays for the: breakfast, pool chairs, umbrellas, pool and the "free coupons" they give you at check in...for Sliders(which had good food) down the road etc. Phone person called it a "resort fee"...it's a upgraded Days Inn....it's not a resort. They don't tell you about any fee...and it's PER person who stays there. So buyer beware.

Booked the room through Expedia and paid online. Once we checked in they charged us another $19.95 per night for a "resort fee," we could either pay or forfeit the room for the night so we paid because we had driven 5 hours to get here. Service was good, loved the pool/bar/family hang out area. Also loved that we could walk to several places in the area including the beach. The hotel is clean, everything is just really worn out. Wish they would ditch the rubber mats in the shower/tub combo and replace the gross, sand filled carpet. Also, the mattresses are worn out. We did like the fridge cabinet combo and the room was a good size for a family of four like ours.

Great location and great for families.The carpets and furniture could use some updating, but overall a great value.The breakfastswere what you'd expect and the free drink cards were a nice surprise.My kids loved the nice pool and basketball courts.We will definitely be back as long as the price stays in that range.

The hotel has a great support staff and the rooms are well kept. Only a block from the beach. Has a very large pool that has crystal clear water. Rental bicycles is offered on site. Also onsite is a bar and the bartender can make any drink you could want. The bar also has a dart board and free billiard tables. Overall it was worth the $88 per night. It is an older hotel so expect some wear and tear. Other than needing some remodeling it is a nice quiet place to rest. Many shops and a nice restaurant is close by. I would stay here again.

Stayed here in Feb. 2017. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the beach but the hotel is a short walk from it, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We LOVED the bar they have at the hotel- the drinks, the bartenders, the atmosphere. Our room was near the pool/bar area and it did get a little loud on our last night but I was still able to sleep. Also, we got this room on Groupon and had 2 free drink coupons per night, per person. Amazing deal!

Hotel was decent for the discounted rate but way over priced for regular rate. Still needs some updating, there's broken things all over, did see a roach in our first room but were promptly placed elsewhere and no problems afterward. They do have nice bonuses to getting a room there like the bike rentals and free drinks at the bar.

This hotel needs a major update. Staff was good, but I booked the room online through Expedia but was required to pay an additional $19.95 For a "resort fee" upon arrival, which I was not happy about. It's in a great spot, the other guests left a lot to be desired, almost all of them smoked and there was several drunk people outside our rooms being loud way too late into the night. Plumbing needs an update, bedding was good but the mattresses are shot out.

Service at the front desk was very pleasant. Room is in need of serious work. Take carpet out and put in tile, there are screws holding up the mirror, the bathroom walls need to be repaired. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.

The Hotel was very shabby and outdated. It had a strong mildew smell. The lobby bathroom looked like something you would find at a gas station. We asked for our money back and they gave us no problem. The good thing going for this place is the staff. They were very nice about the whole situation. If the owners updated they would have a great thing going because of how great there staff is. The 2 stars I give are only because of the wonderful people who work there. They really deserve 5 stars.
