Tive uma ótima experiência neste hotel. Toda a equipe atuou bem, especialmente o valet. O café da manhã é satisfatório. O hotel é novo, então tudo está em perfeito estado. A academia é bem completa e a vista do quarto muito bonita. Os quartos são grandes, as camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis.

Hotel bem bacana, com funcionários super simpáticos e bem humorados, a Srta. Janice do front desk é extremamente educada, elegantes e sempre com um sorriso no rosto; o funcionário do breakfast é dos mais bem humanizados e se faz entender mesmo sem falar quase nada de inglês! Os rapazes do valet são educados. O hotel é novo, limpo, o quarto é grande e na suíte temos 2 banheiros, o que é uma grande vantagem! Breakfast bom, chuveiros ótimos, decoração de muito bom gosto, unica ressalva: poderíamos usar as cadeiras e toalhas do GBHotel Surfide, Voltarei em brevecom certeza

Stayed here for a week and everything was just wonderful. Although i was actually a little disappointed that breakfast wasn't included with the stay and would be another $25/day for breakfast.

If there is a opinion for zero star, I would give a zero star to this hotel. Literally THE WORST HOTEL EVER. The room is dirty and the service is terrible. People who work at the front desk could barely speck English and when I checked in this hotel, the front desk employee asked for deposit fees for my staying which is $100 for per night and later I checked my bank acc, they OVER charged me $800 without telling me. They are also very UNPROFESSIONAL that they gave me a room that has already people lived in it, when I entered the room and people who lived in the room yelled at me. Everything sucks here. It literally ruined my vacation.. WORST experience.

If you want me to describe it in one word - Terrible! We were very disappointed when we saw that there is a construction site right in front of our room. It was not only visually disappointing, but the noise level was also unbearable. This was not noted or disclosed on the website or Booking.com. The website featured pictures that did not match reality. That was unfortunate.
In addition to that, the breakfast options were also misadvertised. There were no fruits, parfait, or croissants that were featured on the website. We had to go to Pura Vida across the street to get a solid breakfast.
Overall, unfortunately, we have not received the promised offer of a quiet place with nice water views and desirable breakfast options.
On top of that, the management is ignoring our emails asking them to compensate.

The room is dirty. Not just they didn’t wipe the bathroom this one time dirty, it has been neglected for a while. Stains on most of furniture. Overall, just disappointing. Details have been neglected for a while. The staff was rude on several occasions.
The hotel was disappointing. The view of the water and the quiet (other than highway noise) could have made for a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast is very good.

Found this hotel last minute and let me tell you, this place was such a gem. From the exterior to the interior, this hotel is so beautiful and offers such a tranquil vibe. The staff couldn’t be anymore wonderful! From valet to front desk, everyone was so kind and helpful. Really felt at home. Our hotel room was so clean and we had a wonderful balcony view of Bal Harbors baby blue water. Both pool and hot tub areas were clean. The lobby offers daily breakfast, things like omelettes, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal & more. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay whether you had surgery or need a nice calm place to relax. For outside eating there’s mainly kosher places so be prepared to drive out 30 mins for non kosher food. Really happy we stayed here! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasant!

Awesome hotel, got upgraded for free to a two-bed room, and every encounter I had with the front desk and staff was awesome. I even got to practice my French with the Creole guy who makes the omelettes for the breakfast bar. The hotel even offers a kosher menu for snacks, which I thought was a nice touch. The hot tub and pool were always clean and warm even at night. I do wish they’d play music a lot more quietly so you can actually relax in the riviera-side chairs, but that’s just a personal preference and not a flaw.

Cleanest and quietest Grand Beach compared to the other 2 in the same area though you don’t get beach chairs with this one. Good for long term stays. Gym has a nice view of the bay and rooms are very spacious. Not so far from food and beach. Staff has been very nice. It’s more like a living in a condo instead of a hotel. Also room doors stay open unless you really push them closed.

Muy descontentos porque nos han engañado con el precio. Ya teníamos pagado el hotel y nos han realizado cargos adicionales en la Visa,sin nuestra firma. Y encima atrapados varios díaspor el huracán Dorian , en lugar de hacernos un descuento por quedarnos y no cancelar, cuando el hotel había bajado el precio de las habitaciones por el huracán,van y nos cargan un resort fee, cuando los servicios del hotel estaban suspendidos. De hecho nada másllegar nos dijeron que estábamospendientes de evacuación. Lo lógicoes que no carguen nada por el resort fee, sin haberlo advertido antes, y desde luego sin la firmadel clientees una estafa.

Excelente ubicación para estar con auto. Sin playa. Habitación muy grande y linda y eso que estoy en una estándar con balcón. Muy moderno, mobiliario muy chic. Pésimo desayuno (casi de colegio publico) Personal amable. Buena elección para el que busca habitaciones grandes, moderno, lejos del ruido pero bien ubicado, salida rápido para cualquier lado y una atención buena pero no destaca. La cochera u$s 27 me parece cara para el barrio. Lo recomendaría perfectamente para una tarifa de u$s 150 a u$s 220, más no pagar por la estándar. De todas maneras 8 puntos en general.

El hotel es muy lindo, pero falla mucho en la atención y el desayuno.Hay muy pocas mesas para desayunar y todos los días había gente dando vueltas buscando una mesa. Y muy poco opción de desayuno ((por ejemplo cero frutas), y todo lo extra te lo cobran.
