Falta ar condicionado no quarto, elevador velho, cheiro de cigarro nos quartos e falta de telefone para comunicar com a recepção, mas com boa limpeza e atendimento atencioso
A localização é óptima, tem uma vista linda para a Cidade, os funcionários são bem atenciosos, os quartos são bons, só não gostei de ter de subir 2 andares de escada para chegar ao quarto porque o elevador para no 5 andar.
Está Muitó bem localizado para quem vem para visitare divertir-se na cidade de dia e de noite recomemdo o pessoal da recepção 5 estrelas. Estou satisfeito pelo serviço de limpeza dos quartos.
Razoável... Pessoal prestativo. Porém Quarto sem frigobar... Apesar do Quarto no 7• Andar... O elevador para no 5° para compensar a ausência de fitness... Pequeno almoço pago
Localização é a ÚNICA coisa de bom! Péssimo atendimento! Fotos e publicidade não condizem com a realidade! Péssima escolha para quem quer uma boa noite de descanso! Não recomendo a ninguém!!!

The hotel was not bad friendly stuff in the front.And the room was not to badHowever my room did not have hot water.feel like this should have been checked before hand.
I checked in at around 6 pm. The room was a mess in fact it was as just plain disgusting. The sheets didn’t have any bedding on it and the stains on the pillows and duvet was horrible to witness. The tv seemed to be stolen off the wall with just wires sticking out. There’s no safe parking for your car. The place is dirty even in the lobby. It looks like a brothel
The service in front was not bad ,the bedroom was clean but the toilet was my problem once you bath water are everywhere you sleep in a room full of water you can't even go back in and the picture on the internet and the real one are different especially with the single bedroom you will feel like it's big but it's so small. Anyway hope you change that but 1day there was nice for me to go
Spent 3days at this hotel. Wifi was working, house keeping made daily checks, perfect location as Long Street is right behind. I'd recommend this place anytime. 💕
Despite many bad reviews I found the hotel and staff to be quite lovely. I've found that the comfort level of your stay is dependent on the room and floor which you book. NOBODY answers their phones or their emails or texts or ANY form of communication BUT shoutout to Melody at the front desk, she is the backbone of this hotel and deserves a HEFTY raise.
The worst experience & service ever! The place is the total opposite of the pictures posted online. You are welcomed by the smell of cigarettes from the reception up to the rooms. The noise levels are terrible. They also don't state that one pays for parking. DO NOT BOOK BEFORE PHYSICALLY VIEWING THE PLACE, THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU FOR ANY CANCELATIONS! The place does not deserve to be called a hotel but rather a backpacker or even worse!

Perfect for a one night stay if you're looking to hit up the city. Long street, club central, is right next door and you're pretty close to the CBS. Be it for a still on the waterfront an afternoon trip to table mountain. Parking can be abit tough to find during peak hours, but all in all a pretty cozy stay.
If I could them 0 stars, I would. They are 100% the catfish of "hotels." You couldn't even possibly call it an hotel.My best friend booked a double suite with a table mountain view on behalf of us. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, there were about +10 people waiting in the lobby to be checked in. This was around 3pm. A couple before us mentioned that they've been waiting for over 30 minutes. We waited around 20 minutes to be checked in.We were on the 7th floor. Their lift only goes to the 5th floor, which is no big deal, but they have the most dodgiest hidden staircase. We got to our room and I think we were there for maybe 10-20 minutes only to try and find another hotel in the area. The room was NOTHING like the pictures on their site. We at least got the table mountain view, but at what cost? Possibly the tiniest room I've ever been in with the most hilarious "en-suite". The shower was basically above the toilet bowl.It might be cheap & central, but definitely never again.
I had a great time the room are clean and neat. The prices are very affordable... I would also like to thank SAM the manager for everything and he made it possible for us to have a fantastic birthday celebration. Keep it up. 👍
The single rooms are way too small, you can barely move around. We requested to be moved to a bigger room/apartment which looked really nice, but there were a few things missing like the glasses were not there, no extra toilet paper and the balcony light was not working. We requested for glasses and toilet paper and no one attended to us, they kept on saying they will attend to us shortly and nothing was done. We checked out without getting assistance from the hotel staff.
As instalações carecem de manutenção, um elevador medonho e, pior mesmo, as roupas de cama não estavam limpas.
Eu fiz uma marcação e me cancelaram sem motivo quando eu disse que iria pagar quando chegasse, não gostei de chegar aqui e terem cancelado a minha reserva

no estaba del todo construido , no habia agua, cable , habia una sola cama aunque pagamos por 3 y nos dieron un corchon en el suelo , impresentables
Ubicación central. Nosotros nos quedamos por suerte una noche y salimos en la madrugada al aeropuerto. No se puede descansar, se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, no tiene aire acondicionado, la habitación es enana y la ducha no tiene cortina, por lo que se moja todo el baño al utilizarla.
Reservéa travésde booking, cuando llegué al alojamiento no se parecia a las fotos que ví en la pagina. Haí no queda la cosa, despues de hablar con el los nos dieron otra habitacion aún mas mala. Tuve que buscar otro alojamiento porque allí daba asco estar Reclamé mi dinero y Como era de esperar no lo devolvieron. Entoces pensé, si no devuelven el dinero tampoco cancelo la habitación, . Cada 2 O 3 dias pasaba por allí para ver cual era la situación de mi habitación y hasta que boooommmmm!!! Llego un dia y la sorpresa ellos alquilarón mi habitación.Ahora me toca pelear con ellos para la devolución de mi dinero . Este lugar es una verdadera estafa NO lo recomiendo a nadie, ellos son unos sinvergüenza no tienen educación.
Después de conducir 1000km nos encontramos con un recepcionista que por cada pregunta que le hacía primero nos miraba de forma amenazante y luego respondía e muy malas formas y con los otros 3 amiguitos que le hacían compañía en su lengüa no paraba de reirse de nosotros. Las habitaciones nunca mejor dicho lo de cápsulas pero no sólo muy muy muy pequeñas si no que se olle todo lo de las habitaciones vecinas como si no hubieran paredes. Nada nada recomendable
