We missed a domestic flight after our international overnight flight got in late and we were able to get early check in here to get some sleep with our 3 year old. We also got a late check out as we weren't feeling well. Staff were so lovely when my three year old had a full on tantrum when leaving. So many of them helped calm him down so we could get to our flight. Room was clean and quiet. Perfect for a close to airport stay. The beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel, spacious room with clean toilet. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to leaving as our holiday plans were affected by the recent flooding in Auckland. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding and booked us a taxi whilst we stayed in their reception area u til we have a plan. Dinner was good - thank you. Would happily stay again.

The reception staff were efficient and friendly. Although the carpet was worn I already knew this from reading previous reviews so wasn't concerned- it has been a difficult 2 years for many hotels no doubt. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfy. The big breakfast was excellent. We thorougly enjoyed our stay so thanks to all the staff.

The service from the pick up to the desk to check in was superb. The room was clean with good towels. We had a nice view over the motorway with able to open the window. The breakfast was lovely and just needed, as we had travelled for 6 weeks. Nice to get home, enjoy a great breakfast. I would stay again. Parking to leave your car, which I did not know, is a great decision to book. It is a small daily fee but certainly all secure.

Friendly, professional service. Easy shuttle pick up & drop off, good location, nice pool, albeit 'fresh' in August. Rooms are good size, with all amenities, nice beds. Only downside is during construction there wasn't much thought of insulation in walls, so can hear thumping upstairs or next door. Good sleepers will be fine. Gem is the restaurant, which was a unexpected find, great food.
