Hotel incrível. Quartos bons, equipados com fogão, geladeira, microondas, lava-louças, cafeteira, torradeira, liquidificador e utensílios de cozinha. Só senti dificuldades em entender os funcionários, pois falavam muito rápido e pra quem não tem uma boa fluência em inglês, isso é um problema.

Local próximo da Disney, perto tem Ross, TJ Maxx, Target, Olive Garden, Pollo tropical, Dominos, Pizza hut e muitos outros estabelecimentos. O que tive problema na minha permanência foi a internet(Wi-Fi instável e fraca) e higienização regular. Mas o local é excelente, grande e tem muito o que fazer como piscinas, rio lento, parques, brinquedos para crianças e golfe(para quem gosta).

It was ok.. One reason we ended up booking a stay here was their claim that year round their hotel pools are set to 82 degrees….That is not true. The water was freezing! Pretty disappointing in that. The property was nice and rooms were decent. We stayed in clubhouse check in area and we enjoyed being close to gym and hotel. I don’t think we saved any money stay here over a value Disney property so I definitely wouldn’t do this place again if we come again. Pizza restaurant was good on site and we enjoyed the night golf walk experience!

Love staying at this property.Always feels like coming home. There is so much to do in the resort that you never have to leave. The beauty of it is ever so relaxing.It is convenient to any of the theme parks and surrounded by great restaurants.

Pretty nice resort a d it's huge. Above average but far from high end. Very clean thou (inside and out) bunch of things you can do here for free and pay extra for other activities that offered here. Kids enjoyed it a lot. Food was good and prices affordable. Staff was nice and helpful. We stayed in 2 bedroom villa furniture was decent, TVs were small and old.

Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom suite in River Island. Grounds and pools were immaculate. Staff was amazing at each village. Pleasantly surprised with everything. 2 suggestions, the West Village putt putting requires a signed waiver which is extremely odd until you see the trip hazards on every hole. Needs to be marked better especially with young kids playing. The other suggestion would be to have company vehicles switch from their reverse beeping to flashing lights or other options. Beeping is very annoying all hours of the night and early morning especially if you are staying near a loading zone.

Big spacious suite with a screened in porch, full kitchen and washer/dryer basically have your own condo for the stay. Always near something. We stayed in the East Village which we could walk to multiple pools, a small fitness center and a golf course. The property has on site restaurants and plenty to do for all ages. It is a city of attractions and we didn't leave the resort. Perfect for our young family. Can't wait to go back.

We are Prestige level members and there were no rooms available at our level when we made our reservation. Therefore, we were placed in a lower level room. We completely understand and are happy to have whatever rooms are available. Unfortunately, we were told that we would not be receiving any of the other benefits associated with our level because we are in a lower level room. Apparently the benefits we have paid for are connected to a room. How utterly ridiculous!! When we called to discuss being able to utilize the benefits we pay for every year, we were told we would be required to attend a 1 hour "update" meeting and only get 1/2 of the benefits and pay a reduced rate for the remainder. The catch.......we had to have all spouses present.......who are not even on the account......with 7 kids left alone in the rooms. Giving serious thought to moving my membership elsewhere if this company can't do better than ripping us off.

Li vários relatos negativos sobre o hotel, principalmente para acomodação tipo estúdio feita através da RCI. Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Primeiramente, o atendimento e a reserva feita pela RCI ocorreram de forma satisfatória. Quanto ao hotel, foi maravilhoso! Ninguém quis empurrar programa de férias, o chekin e chekout foram super rápidos, a área do resort é linda, com muitas atividades. O quarto estava limpo, e tinha direito a uma limpeza pois fiquei mais de 7 dias. No estúdio a cozinha é parcial e eu não sei porque pois nãofalta nada. O hotel disponibiliza sabão para louça, roupa e banho, xampoo e condicionador, e se acabar é só pedir as funcionárias da limpeza. As toalhas não são trancadas se vc não pagar, mas há uma área para lavar as roupas em cada corredor e é super rapido e prático. Meu quarto tinha 2 camas casal tamanho padrãoconfortáveis, e a roupa de cama estava ok.Apesar de carpete, eter rinite alérgica, não tive crises. O boxe molha o chão, mas basta colocar a cortina mais curta para dentro da banheira que problema resolve. A localização é próxima dos parques da Disney e próximo tem muitos centros comercias com todas as lojas que brasileiro gosta. Fica distante da Universal. Porém, com carro não tem problema. Enfim, adorei tudo! Voltaria com certeza. Tive ótimos dias!

Lugar ideal para famílias numerosas 6 ou mais pessoas com casas mobiliadas e self-catering completo. Existe ainda áreas próximas com facilidades para compras, restaurantes e lazer com piscina. Para os aficionados pelo golfe existem vários campos. Próximo aos parques o deslocamento pelas rodovias varia de 15 a 45 min até os acessos. Planejamos voltar.
