Se eu pudesse fazer comentários mais elevados, prometo que o faria. Minha filha e eu estávamos em um desastre muito assustador em I4 ontem à noite. Temos MUITA sorte de estarmos vivos, MUITO. O bom policial nos indicou aqui, porque minha filha estava com medo de voltar para casa, e eu não a culpo. A maravilhosa senhora da recepção foi ACIMA E ALÉM para se certificar de que fomos atendidos, e estou chorando enquanto escrevo isto. Eu gostaria de ter pegado o nome dela, mas OBRIGADO do fundo de nossos corações! Estamos muito gratos de você e nós apreciamos a nossa estadia de uma noite aqui. Os jatos da jacuzzi realmente ajudaram com nossos corpos doloridos e ajudaram minha filha a acalmar sua ansiedade. Era um quarto lindo e serei para sempre leal ao Holiday Inn Express ’. Todos vocês são pessoas incríveis e indicarei qualquer um aqui. Obrigado por ser um raio de sol ☀️ Em uma nuvem ☁️ De um mundo atual em que vivemos. Do fundo do meu coração e de minhas filhas ♥ ️

If I could give higher remarks, I promise I would. My daughter and I were in a very scary wreck on I4 last night. We are VERY lucky to be alive, VERY. The nice police officer referred us here, because my daughter was terrified to ride back home, and I don’t blame her. The wonderful lady at the front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were taken care of, and I’m crying as I write this. I wish I would have caught her name, but THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! We are so very appreciative of you and we enjoyed our one night stay here. The jacuzzi jets really helped with our aching bodies and it helped my daughter to calm her anxiety down. It was a beautiful room and I will forever be loyal to Holiday Inn Express’. You all are amazing people and I will refer anyone here. Thank you for being a sunshine ☀️ In a cloud ☁️ Of a current world we live in. From the bottom of mine and my daughters hearts ♥️

Teve uma ótima estadia. Quarto e hotel limpos. Bom café da manhã. A senhora na sala de café da manhã estava ocupada limpando e reabastecendo alimentos. A equipe da recepção foi útil e amigável. Eu vi alguns comentários negativos sobre essas questões, então fiquei um pouco preocupado, mas felizmente acabou não sendo o caso para mim. Recomendo vivamente esta propriedade.

Had a great stay. Clean room and hotel. Good breakfast. The lady in the breakfast room was busy running around cleaning and refilling food items. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I saw a few negative reviews regarding these issues so was a little worried but fortunately turned out not to be the case for me. Highly recommend this property.

El horario para el desayuno es hasta las 9:30am supuestamente, pero a las 9am sólo queda yogurt, muffins (los mismos todos los días) y café, todos los días es el mismo menú; me quedé con mi familia por 5 días y de cuatro días que bajamos a desayunar era lo mismo 😩. Estaba en mis vacaciones y me quería levantar un poco más tarde, sería bueno que el desayuno fuera hasta las 10am como en muchos lugares pero a las 9am ya no encuentras nada. Me gustó lo amable que son las señoras que hacen la limpieza y me gustó el aseo.

Típico Holiday Inn expresa. cómodo limpio y con una buena variedad para el desayuno. No tiene mas nota porque la habitación que me toco daba hacia la I4 que aunque estaba a 1/4 de milla se escuchana incluso por la noche. Nada que impida dormir, pero alguien con el sueño ligero puede notarlo.
