Check in was easy but when asked about discounts for AAA ,veterans, she said there was nothing she could do because we had to speak with whoever we booked it through but we also tried calling them , nobody ever answered, the breakfast was very limited, and it took the hostess about 10 minutes before the she noticed everything that ran out and replenished everything ,but the rooms were good

The Manager needs training how to communicate with Guest. IHG should help him do it. The GM was extremely rude while communicating. He refused to talk to me over the phone. Basic communication skills should be well learned by a GM of a IHG hotel. Rudeness & avoiding to talk to a guest gives a Terrible reputation of the brand you are representing. When a person represents a reputable brand like IHG he should take care of his behavior as this would disgrace the entire IHG brand I really request IHG to INSPECT THIS HOTEL IMMEDIATELY.

O quarto era bom e tudo estava indo bem até que eu pedi seu check-out tardio. Estou no Diamond Elite Member, que é o nível mais alto do IHG. Foi-me dito que o melhor que eles podem fazer é 12:00 p.m. . Eu entendo que 2:00 está empurrando, mas 1:00 teria sido bom. Viajo muito 5 dias por semana em hotéis, acho que está na hora de trocar de marca se eles não aguentarem as obrigações de hoje. Estou com muita raiva de todo o dinheiro que gasto com essa marca para ser tratado como lixo. Quase não há ninguém no hotel, então não vejo por que o check-out tardio teria sido um problema.

This hotel does not permit service animals. I made a reservation March 30th for a stay here & the girl employee working in the front told me we are not a pet friendly hotel. When I explained to her I am a Disabled Veteran & showed my ID she told me that “We Can’t Help You” After contacting her General Manager Don Crandall he asked me what does the Dog Do for me for Work & when I explained it to him he responded “That work doesn’t Qualify for work under the American With Disability Act” I served over seas combat after 9-11 . I never been so humiliated in my life in front of other people. VETERANS don’t come here if you have a service animal. You will have your rights violated!👎🏽

The room was nice and everything was going well until I asked for your late check out. I'm in diamond elite member which is the top tier for IHG. I was told that the best they can do is 12:00 p.m. . I understand that 2:00 is pushing it but 1:00 would have been fine. I travel a lot 5 days a week in hotels, I think it's time to switch brands if they do not hold up today obligations. I'm very angry at all the money I spend with this brand to be treated like trash. There's hardly anyone in the hotel so I don't see why late check out would have been a problem.

This is property exceeded my expectations.Check-in was seamless - Team members were efficient and professional.Recently updated, the room was super clean, the temperature was easily adjusted and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.I would highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in the area.

Prós: área do lobby é muito agradável e limpo, embora a senhora que nos verificou sugado. Excelente café da manhã e a senhora venezuelana que o gerenciava era tão prestativa e o mantinha limpo e organizado.Contras: os quartos eram horríveis. Temos um quarto no nível 5. O cheiro de mofo atinge você quando você sai do elevador. Felizmente o nosso quarto não tinha cheiro, mas um membro da família fez e eles tiveram que mudar de quarto. A unidade AC é uma unidade de chão que ocupa muito espaço e está desatualizada. Se você receber 2 camas queen-size, irá congelar se ficar na cama ao lado da unidade. Se você afastar a cama da unidade, vai se sentir abafado.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The only bad thing is that the breakfast is not great and there aren’t very many options but other than that it was a great hotel.

UP DATE Since My Last Experience This property is no longer under the renovations I experienced their 10 months ago. It turned out to be nice real Boss, like I knew it would Be again and better. However, the smokers are still off the chain their around the property. The location is fine with nearby dining. There full breakfast buffet at this Holiday Inn is open, and kept clean. Friendly attendant who keeps a variety of goods available. House keeping is great, they really work steady to take care of things by Guidelines of the CDC. I was satisfied with my room, and as an IHG Rewards Club Member, Spire Elite, I was given an up graded to a suite. I have stayed here, I frequented this Holiday Inn in the years gone by... it went down. Overall, it's a good property that made it's wayback up again. TheRenovations has long been completed now. Check in and see what you think... then and only then can you draw your own conclusions. 😁 Happy New Year!

Pros: lobby area is very nice and clean even though the lady who checked us in sucked. Great breakfast and the Venezuela lady who managed it was so helpful and kept it cleaned and organized. Cons: the rooms were horrendous. We got a room on level 5. The smell of mold hits you when you exit the elevator. Thankfully our room didn't smell but a family member did and they had to change rooms. The AC unit is a floor unit that takes so much space and is outdated. If you get 2 queen beds, you will freeze if you get the bed next to the unit. If you get the bed farther from the unit you will be feeling muggy.

A partir do segundo em que entrei pela porta, foi uma grande experiência. A recepção funciona tão bem e faz com que todos se sintam como a única pessoa lá. Hotel realmente limpo, mesmo aqueles pontos que são perdidos. Grandes chuveiros além de amar o chuveiro caddy com sabonete, condicionador e xampu. O pequeno-almoço era bom. Sempre recarregando tudo. Eu estarei de volta aqui na minha próxima visita.

Newly remodeled. Light color scheme felt fresh, clean and happy. Front desk staff friendly. Beds were amazingly comfortable and I usually don't like the plusher hotel beds. Size of room was large for adults to keep from running into each other. Continental breakfast is fresh but it looked like pancake machine was gone...? But I don't eat them anyway. They had plenty of fruit and cereal for my son and he quickly forgot about the pancakes. Good selection of teas and coffee. Fruit was fresh. This place was clean and quiet!

From the second I walked in the door it was a great experience. The front desk works so smooth and makes everyone feel like they are the only person there. Really clean hotel even those spots that get missed. Great showers plus love the shower caddy with soap, conditioner and shampoo. Breakfast was good. Always refilling everything. I will definitely be back here my next visit.

El lugar es cómodo y hay mucha higiene y comodidad. El desayuno es rico y variado. La decoración es agradable a la vista y al tacto. Pero las personas que trabajan ahí no son muy amables. A uno como turista le cargan el problema de comunicación, siendo que ellos como prestadores de servicio y donde LES ESTAMOS PAGANDO POR UN SERVICIO deberían de preocuparse por el idioma, mis papas se hospedaron aquí y no les gusto el trato.

El hotel está lindo, limpio y la persona que nos atendió es muy amable Raquel es su nombre, fácil de llegar, bueno para descansar no se siente ningún ruido en la habitación, está espaciosa y bien acomodada,el área de la piscina se ve bien aunque no la usé, el desayuno bueno, la verdad para el precio que tiene está todo aceptable, me gusto. Lo recomiendo.
