The only English channel was CNN, which plays the same thing over and over. How about using that closed up, useless breakfast room during the day for reading or a glass of wine or coffee? This is a no-nonsense hotel with no frivolity. The front desk is swift and thorough and pleasant. The large room overlooking a quiet street with trees and a small balcony had lots of light. Very sleek. The bed was quite hard,no facecloths, the coffee pot didn't work, but was replaced. There's no bar or terrace, which would have been nice. Breakfast is quite expensive. But these are so minor. It's great, convenient, clean location

I am a traveler who is looking for a clean & safe hotel in a good location that is near the action. I thought the rooms at this hotel were great, very large, well air conditioned, clean, equipped with everything you would need. They were attractive. Better than the average upscale Comfort Inn in the U.S. The price was great and the staff was fantastic, very friendly with good English skills available. We were a 5 or six minute walk from great restaurants, the metro, and a two minute walk to a Reforma bus. I loved it and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to stay. I will come back for sure. I have already reserved a room for my next visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet safe and convenient to the metro. My only problem with the hotel was the bed was a little hard. I got used to it though and slept soundly.

Hotel is very well-maintained, clean, cozy. Hotel rooms are more like small apartments rather than a traditional room with a bed. The hotel is located around the corner from the U.S Embassy. Extremely safe location. The desk employees at the hotel do not speak English.
