It's one of the worst hotel I've ever been I gave it one star because the guy that was working at the front desk was very nice otherwise it doesn't deserve it.They do there own surveys to make people believe they are a 5 star hotel

Absolutamente terrível lugar para passar a noite. Gaste 5 dólares extras e fique em outro lugar. Mancha de sangue nas toalhas de banho. O banheiro é super sujo. Cigarro pesado e outro cheiro misturado no corredor e no quarto. Eu sinto que vou pegar uma DST apenas por ficar no quarto. A TV não funciona ou é muito lenta para ajustar. Não dormi bem aqui. O serviço de check-in foi bastante rápido.

Kind, friendly, polite, and helpful staff, all around from Daisy, Elsie, Kate, Ali, and Taruna. Clean and accommodating. Needed a refrigerator and parking, both provided. Any questions promptly answered. Accessible to many merchants.

Absolutely terrible place to spend the night. Spend an extra 5 dollar and stay somewhere else. Bloodstain on bath towels. Bathroom is super dirty. Heavy cigarette and other mixed smell in the hallway and in room. I feel like I’m going to get STD just by staying in the room. The TV either doesn’t work or is very slow to adjust. Didn’t sleep well at all here. Checkin service was pretty quick.

Os funcionários da recepção são simpáticos e era o único lugar que tinha disponibilidade na área que ficava perto do aeroporto. O preço é honestamente alto para a qualidade do quarto, além de RECEITAR cigarros, mantive minha janela aberta e borrifei perfume no quarto e ainda cheira mal. Se o cheiro de cigarro não o incomoda, vá em frente, mas não espere muito. É meio incompleto por dentro.

El precio es honestamente alto para la calidad de la habitación, además de REEKING de cigarrillos, he mantenido mi ventana abierta y rociado la habitación con perfume y todavía apesta. The front desk staff are friendly and it was the only place that had availability in the area that was close to the airport. The price is honestly high for the quality of the room, in addition to it REEKING of cigarettes, i’ve kept my window open and sprayed the room with perfume and it still reeks. If cigarette smell doesn’t bother you then go for it, but don’t expect a lot. It’s kinda sketchy inside.

I did not stay at the hotel but I did make a reservation. I cancelled the reservation 3 days before my stay so my credit card should not have been charged. They charged my card anyway and then after multiple calls said they just would not dispute the credit card chargeback I told them I would file if they did but refund me. The manager refused to get on the phone. Very incompetent. I called 3 times to make sure my reservation was cancelled.
