Ficamos alguns dias no hotel. Após o primeiro dia, ligamos para a recepção, felizmente eles atenderam a décima ligação (após não desistirem de ligar para eles) e pediram gentilmente o serviço de quarto Eles responderam, "desculpe por covid não fazemos serviço de quarto diário apenas com uma solicitação de 24 horas". Então eu disse que gostaria de dar agora meu pedido de 24 horas, tudo o que ela respondeu foi que não teríamos nenhuma vaga nas próximas 48 horas. Foi muito decepcionante ouvir.SSHHH! Não tenho ideia do que serviço de quarto tem a ver com cobiça ...Não é o primeiro ou o último hotel em que me hospedei durante as restrições impostas e não entendi essa desculpa antes.Eu paguei meu valor total de $ 400 pela diária, no preço da temporada nobre e gostaria de obter um serviço de primeira linha sem desculpas.Apenas um conselho de negócios; Sei que você está tentando aproveitar o título ambicioso e aproveitar para manter o orçamento baixo. Siga o meu conselho, não é uma boa ideia a longo prazo. Espero que esta revisão seja útil para qualquer geuss futuro.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. After day 1 we called front desk, luckily they took the 10th call (after not giving up calling them) and asked them nicely for room service They replied, "sorry due to covid we do not do daily room service only with a 24 hour request". So i said i would like to give now my 24 hour request all she replied was that we dont have any opening in the next 48 hour . Was very disappointing to hear.SSHHH! I have no idea what room service has to do with covid...It's not the 1st or the last hotel I stayed during covid restrictions' enforced and didnt get this excuse before..I paid my full amount of $400 for the nightly rate, at prime seasons price and would like to get prime service with no excuses..Just a business advice; I know you are trying to take advantage of the title covid and take the opportunity to keep the budget low. Take my advice its not a good idea for the long run. I hop that this review is helpful for any future geuss..

É um lugar bonito e muito limpo, mas eles não têm roupas para lavar disponíveis em nosso quarto de 3 camas, nem trouxeram-nos quando ligamos para a recepção. Também há um problema de bolsa com a água quente. Só fui capaz de conseguir água quente por talvez 5min do meu banho depois de deixar a água correr por 15 min. Porta do banheiro trancada bem em nós.

Novo edifício (desenvolvido pelo Related Group) - suíte tinha mais de 1.000 SF, terraço envolvente. Arte e decoração de parede agradável. O manobrista é rápido e alegre. Greeter / Bell boy - Romanson tem uma grande energia hospitaleira.

Las personas de el front desk sólo están capacitadas para tener mala cara y cobrar lo que les provoque , no llevan un orden , amenazan con seguridad todo el tiempo ... el gerente prefiero no comentar con su actitud altanera y fuera de lugar ... el lugar es hermoso siempre y cuando no pasen por el front desk ... demasiado costoso para una atención tan absurda

We unfortunately stayed here from 12/20/20 - 1/2/21. We showed up at 4 to be told our room wasn't ready and come back at 6:00. So, we went to a local restaurant and came back at 6:00. Got there at 6:00 and were told room still wasn't ready. They said it needed to be cleaned and would take 3 hours. Of course we angrily left after arguing with the Manager (Nelvis). Who said he'd make it up to use with a bottle of wine we of course never got. Finally got into the room at 9:00 and it was absolutely disgusting. The couch was brown, but was really a white couch, it was just that dirty. The floors were black with dirt, and the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged. We were also only given 4 towels for 4 people to use for 4 days. So, had to repeatedly use the same towels. This place was an absolute dump and you couldn't pay me to go back here.

We are NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Just spent $5000 to fly our family from Cincinnati to enjoy the beach and pool in Florida only to be told that both pools close at 7pm. WTH.... Nothing on the website about this and front desk couldn't explain except for "Covid"... Completely unacceptable....

Its a beautiful place and very clean but they do not have wash clothes available in our 3 bed room nor did they bring us some when we called front desk for them. There is also a bag problem with the hot water. Only was able to get hot water for maybe 5min of my shower after letting the water run for 15 min. Bathroom door locked on us well.

El edificio es súper moderno y comodo, los departamentos tienen una vista increíble sobre el canal Intracoastal y el mar, nuestro departamento estaba súper equipado incluso tenía Alexa y cafetera Nespresso con café complementario, además de una ubicación súper conveniente al lado del Walmart. Recomiendo sin ninguna duda a AYP rentals.

Estuvimos mas de un mes de vacaciones,edificio excelente, muy buena ubicación, servicios y gimnasio muy cómodos y con buena disponibilidad de horariosy cantidad suficiente para todos, buena piscina en el 6to piso y bar en ella al igual que la que esta frente al intercostal, genial y muy tranquila!! Definitivamente super recomendable, volveremos sin dudas.
