Hotel novo. Bonito mas mal planeado ! Muito barulho das maquinas de ar condicionado que foram colocadas em frente dos quartos e não no topo do edifício. Os quartos não tem arrumaçao praticamente nenhuma, as casas de banho abertas são pouco funcionais as luzes do quarto não são independentes ou se ligam todas ou se desligam todas, a recepçao é mais um restaurante que uma recepção. Sem culpa do hotel mas a boa localizaçao perde com o fato de ter muitos homeless à volta. O staff tenta resolver mas .... Penso que devem rever muita coisa.

Pésimo servicio, primero llego al hotel luego de un largo viaje y estaba mal ingresada la reserva,(mal asignados los dias y no asignado el desayuno) tuve que yo arreglar la situación. Después tuvieron que cambiarme de habitación porque tenia mojado el piso y tercero, no hacen el aseo en las habitaciones

I stayed at the hotel last week for all of 6hrs. I stayed in room 503. I killed 3 roaches within a few hrs of my stay! I checked out and went to the Ritz-Carlton down the street. Thank god they had a room at 3am in the morning and that I was able to get a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

It’s ok I’m the mist of covid very clean hotel, staff friendly and great service. Food in the hotel was awesome 👏, the 3 downside that I have it’s nothing major was no microwave, iron boards and not much privacy when taking a shower when sharing a room with friends. Overall I recommend this hotel for couples because it is wonderful but girls hanging out or a guy trip this is not the hotel you want as far as privacy when showering.

FIRST I WANT TO SAY I REALLY DID ENJOY MIAMI THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME VISITING THE STAFF WAS KINDA CLUELESS WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS WE HAD TO PAY A 40.00 A DAY PARKING LOT FEE OK I REALLY THINK THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN FREE WITH THEM MESSING UP OUR ROOM WE BOOKED A KING ROOM BUT END UP GETTING A DOUBLE BED ROOM WHICH WAS VERY NICE ON THE TENTH FLOOR AND WE HAD A STREET VIEW THE BIGGEST THING I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WAS WHY IS THERE NO IN THE ROOMS MICROWAVES OR COFFEE MAKERS ROOMS WERE KINDA SMALL BUT I WASN'T GOING TO LIVE THERE I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 2 DAYS JUST NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP AND SHOWER LOL BUT OVERALL THIS PLACE WAS NICE AN CLEAN BEDS WERE NICE AN MY FAVORITE THING WAS I HAD ENOUGH PILLOWS YES I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

Location was nice. Short walk to Ocean Dr and beach (shared with Loews resort). Be prepared to pay a 35.00 per night resort fee which does not cover umbrellas at the beach - just covers two chairs and towels per room. Was very disappointed in the front desk staff and lack of service. No coffee in room - you have to ask for it and when you do be prepared to wait. Terribly understaffed. The restaurant was good and check out the small plates between 3-6. Andrea was awesome at the restaurant. He makes really good cocktails. Rooms were smaller than expected but sufficient. Nice finishes. Not much difference between a standard room and a deluxe room. Pool is very nice and nice exercise facility. Try to stay on floors 5 and up. Better views. Hope this helps everyone. I always appreciate others reviews.

Excellent service from the entire... front desk, bell man, vallet and housekeeping etc. Reasonable rates and very clean pristine atmosphere... the decor was everything!! A+++

Overall my stay was okay but there were allot of things happening that just could’ve made my stay worthwhile if it didn’t. First, I didn’t like how when we first got to our room the door was broken and wouldn’t close. The front desk sent someone to “fix” it but it really wasn’t fixed because everytime we left the room and came back the door was left open by housekeeping. And someone literally could’ve walked in and taken whatever they liked. They tried switching our room but the room they offered was smaller and not so great and I wanted what I had paid so much money for. Second, there were flying cockroaches in my room so we had to get a new room which surprisingly was better than my first room. And it’s funny because if you knew how much we spent to get the best room in that hotel to find out we really didn’t get get the best you’d be surprised. So we ended up in the new room But then the toilet, sink, and shower was clogged the water didn’t go down the drain. So finally someone fixed it and we were offered free breakfast the rest of our stay. But I wish I didn’t have so many inconveniences because the hotel was nice. Overall I hope a stay in the future would make up for this trip.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Próximo a praia e a Lincoln Road. Próximo de mercados de conveniência. Quarto limpo luxuoso e atendimento diferenciado. Café da manhã a la carte e muito gostoso. Hotel tem piscina e acesso direto a praia com toalhas e esteiras. Indico a visita.

Acomodações novas e bonitas porém os serviços do hotel são regulares e não estão inclusos café da manhã na diária do hotel. Obs.foi feito pedido de camas de solteiros extras para o quarto por conta de duas crianças e só foi atendido uma cama.

Muito bom o hotel. Minha família ficou em dois quartos. Um muito pequeno e outro com tamanho razoável. Reservei com café da manhã. Muito perto da praia. Oferece estacionamento por 42 dólares por dia. A localização é perfeita. Recomendo e voltaria.

El hotel es muy bueno. La pileta es muy linda y está bien ubicado, porque además de estar cerca de la calle Lincoln, esta cerca del estacionamiento público,lo que hace que no tengas nesecidad de usar el valet parking y en caso de ir a buscar uno el auto está cerca
