Always have fun with my Cuban friends here

The absolute worst hotel I have stayed at, by far. Chewing gun beneath the table, cockroach in the room, very flimsy electrical wiring, a TV remote that doesn't work and a reception that simply refuses to cooperate or help. They advertise Wi-Fi, but that's only at Dos Mares. They might decide to put you in Hotel Pullman and they'll send you there alone (two blocks). Avoid.

Place where people go to have WiFi connection. Other than that, food is terrible and expensive for what is ordered. Cuban governmental driven hotel, that's why. Staff is friendly and nice though, like almost everywhere in Cuba.

I had a bad experience in that place. The check-in process was easy and I got the room quick, but when I go to bed I realize that it was full of sand and it was very unconfortable. Then I realize that the floor was dirty too.

I wasn t very satisfied with my room, because it was too noisy- it was next to main street and there was also 24h bar with terrace in the hotel. The problem is also that I have only shutter instead of window with glass. The AC was just embedded without any insulation. So it was almost impossible to sleep at night. But there are also rooms on the other site of hotel which are quieter. The room was always clean, it was spacious enough, very colonial and authentic. The hotel has very good location, it s just few meter to the beach, very close to shopping mall, to restaurants, bars, clubs. We had only breakfest which included coffee, hot chocolate,
cappuccino, fresh juice, fruit, toast with butter and jam and omelette, scrambled eggs, fried egg or toast with cheese and ham.
