The hotel generally, the room, and the food were all presented to a very high standard, and the staff were friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the stay. The only thing that let the hotel down was the quality of the bathrooms. We had an executive room, and the bathroom was very small and dated, the bathtub was dirty, and the sink was blocked which made things difficult. As this was outside of maintenance hours they gave us breakfast the next day on the house and offered to move us to another room which was nice. Overall very nice and would recommend, the bathrooms just need renovating and cleaning to match the 4 star standard of the rest of the hotel. O hotel em geral, o quarto e a comida foram apresentados com um padrão muito alto, e os funcionários foram simpáticos, educados e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. A única coisa que decepcionou o hotel foi a qualidade dos banheiros. Tínhamos um quarto executivo e o banheiro era muito pequeno e antiquado, a banheira estava suja e a pia estava entupida, o que dificultava as coisas. Como estava fora do horário de manutenção, eles nos deram o café da manhã no dia seguinte por conta da casa e se ofereceram para nos mudar para outro quarto, o que era bom. No geral, muito bom e recomendaria, os banheiros só precisam de reforma e limpeza para corresponder ao padrão 4 estrelas do restante do hotel.

El hotel en general, la habitación y la comida se presentaron con un estándar muy alto, y el personal fue amable, educado y atento durante toda la estadía. Lo único que defraudó al hotel fue la calidad de los baños. Teníamos una habitación ejecutiva, y el baño era muy pequeño y anticuado, la bañera estaba sucia y el lavabo estaba bloqueado, lo que dificultaba las cosas. Como esto estaba fuera del horario de mantenimiento, nos dieron el desayuno al día siguiente en la casa y se ofrecieron a cambiarnos a otra habitación, lo cual fue agradable. En general, muy agradable y lo recomendaría, los baños solo necesitan renovación y limpieza para que coincidan con el estándar de 4 estrellas del resto del hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a great variety in breakfast choices and everything was really tasty. Staff is very polite.Just a note if your room is close to the elevators you won't be able to sleep. Staff was really helpful to move us to a different room though. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Havia uma grande variedade de opções de café-da-manhã e tudo era muito saboroso. A equipe é muito educada.Apenas uma observação se o seu quarto estiver perto dos elevadores, você não poderá dormir. A equipe foi realmente útil para nos mover para um quarto diferente.

The service was fab, everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, at the front of house and in the restaurant! We only stayed one night with breakfast which was lovely!! The rooms were clean and comfortable it was perfect for what we needed!! The train station is a short walk away! The parking is a little tricky to find but affordable once you do find it and not far away from the hotel! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!! O serviço foi fabuloso, todos foram muito simpáticos, prestativos e acolhedores, na frente da casa e no restaurante! Ficamos apenas uma noite com café da manhã que foi adorável!! Os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis, era perfeito para o que precisávamos! A estação de trem fica a uma curta caminhada! O estacionamento é um pouco difícil de encontrar, mas acessível quando você o encontra e não muito longe do hotel! Recomendo e com certeza me hospedaria novamente!!

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, ¡era perfecta para lo que necesitábamos! ¡La estación de tren está a pocos pasos de distancia! El estacionamiento es un poco difícil de encontrar pero asequible una vez que lo encuentras y no muy lejos del hotel. Lo recomendaría y definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo!!

Pros: VFM. Very friendly staff, good quality of toiletries/hairdryer/iron, tasty complimentary coffee, tea and snacks, close to the Watford junction. Spacious bed with a quite good mattress and both soft and harder pillows to choose from. The breakfast buffet was amazing with all you might crave. Everything was delicious and they even have gluten free selections. Try the English breakfast and don't just stick to the usual corn flakes. Silent mini fridge! Spacious bathroom. Correct use of space in the executive rooms, with good hanging/storage/sitting options.Need improvement: If your room is close to the elevator prepare to listen to it all night long!!!!! There wasn't a hand-held shower head, only a mounted one without a sliding bar. Wish they provided sleepers.

Stayed for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is perfectly fine and the staff lovely. The room was new with a very comfortable bed. I did not try the restaurant on site as went to the high street. Parking is easy at the recommended car park (only £8 for two nights). The train station is about 5 minutes away and Watford high street literally on the door step. Windows are noise proof so no noise from the street. Perfect for a short stay whether for business or pleasure. Se hospedado por duas noites para uma viagem de negócios. O hotel está perfeitamente bem e a equipe adorável. O quarto era novo com uma cama muito confortável. Eu não experimentei o restaurante no local como fui para a rua principal. O estacionamento é fácil no parque de estacionamento recomendado (apenas £8 por duas noites). A estação de trem fica a cerca de 5 minutos e Watford high street literalmente na porta. As janelas são à prova de ruído, então não há barulho da rua. Perfeito para uma estadia curta, seja para negócios ou lazer.

Estupendo si vas a ver The Making of Harry Potter, además está muy cerca de la estación de tren, donde puedes coger el tren que te deja en Londres en 20 minutos aproximadamente y del centro de Watford, donde hay un centro comercial y muchos sitios para comer o tomar café.
