This is a very good budget motel. Very accommodating with pets. Very good location in Naples, close to 5th Ave, the neighborhoods with mansions as well as the beaches.

Very rude manager . Woke me up at 745 am to answer a noise compalint she insusted ce from my room. Highly unprofessional. . Service was horrible noone at checkout . Room was ok. But there was a batkinh dog accross the hall and a screaming baby somewhere else. Its a mitacle i slwpt at all.

The exterior was very nice. The rooms were suitable, and located very close to places to eat or shop in the surrounding areas.

My experience in this hotel was a bit interesting. Keep in mind, this is still during phase 1 Covid-19. Well my wife and I wanted something affordable for the weekend when I notice the fares were really low compared to lower rating hotels in the area. The hotel is very nice, clean and the front lady that checked in was polite and courteous...which now I get the reason for the low fare when she hand me the memos with the cards...no breakfast being served and no housekeeping till checkout...which makes sense. But it does have a nice pool area, great wifi and a laundry room. you have olive garden and IHOP walking distance if you're hungry which is cool. The room itself is quite nice but the king size bed mattress is a bit in the hard side. But regardless I enjoyed my stay...and for this hotel location close to downtown Naples...is not bad. I will stay again in the future.
