Thought I booked direct, but resort contracts to Rentyl. We booked a 4 bedroom with pool and were made to believe that WE booked an incorrect category, when they just flat out didn’t have enough inventory and gave us a regular 4 bedroom. In all my years traveling, I’ve never seen anything like this. Irate people all over check in for cottages, seems to be a common thing. Literally avoid at all costs.

Bom valor para o preço. Chalé era muito agradável, com tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia. Nossa unidade não estava pronta no check-in, que é minha principal reclamação (não cheguei até as 19h), mas emitiram um crédito parcial em sinal de boa fé Banheira de água quente foi mais uma banheira quente e sem arrumação devido às regras COVID mas, caso contrário, tudo foi ótimo. O fabricante de margarita muito agradável na unidade foi um bom toque.

Buen valor por el precio. Cottage era muy agradable con todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estancia. Nuestra unidad no estaba lista en el momento del check-in, que es mi queja principal (no llegué hasta las 7 p.m.), pero emitieron un crédito parcial como señal de buena fe. La bañera de hidromasaje era más una bañera caliente y no había servicio de limpieza debido a las reglas de COVID, pero por lo demás todo fue genial. Muy buen fabricante de margaritas en la unidad fue un buen toque.

Good value for the price. Cottage was very nice with everything we needed for our stay. Our unit wasn’t ready at check-in which is my main complaint (didn’t get in until 7pm) but they issued a partial credit as a sign of good faith. Hot tub was more of a warm tub and no housekeeping due to COVID rules but otherwise everything was great. Very nice margarita maker in the unit was a good touch.

Eu me diverti muito ficando nos chalés Margaritaville! Decidi reservar o chalé para comemorar o 11º aniversário da minha filha. Eu fiquei no chalé de elite de 4 quartos. Do check-in ao check-out, a equipe da recepção foi incrível. Eles foram muito amigáveis e até me ofereceram uma bebida de boas-vindas enquanto eu esperava para fazer o check-in. Eles também me entregaram um itinerário para todas as coisas divertidas que haviam planejado no resort naquele fim de semana (era fim de semana de Halloween). Quando cheguei à casa de campo, fiquei maravilhada com a beleza da decoração. Todos os quartos estavam limpos. A piscina estava limpa. Eu amei especialmente a banheira de hidromassagem. A varanda era incrível e enorme. Eu amei que a cabana estava totalmente mobiliada. Não precisei trazer panelas ou utensílios para cozinhar, havia até uma churrasqueira. O chalé tinha tudo !!A única coisa que achei errado foi que as luzes da varanda não estavam funcionando, mas se eu chamasse a manutenção tenho certeza de que eles teriam consertado. Há também um dispositivo de segurança na porta que dá acesso à piscina. Você deve se lembrar de apertar um botão ou então um alarme disparará. Eu tive que me acostumar a apertar aquele botão. Eu entendi por que eles têm, porém, para alertá-lo se um jovem sair à beira da piscina. Então, quando você se acostuma, não é tão ruim. Também os chalés estão no lado caro. De qualquer forma, eu me diverti muito. Realmente foi uma ótima experiência. Eu não queria ir para casa!

¡Me divertí mucho alojándome en las cabañas de Margaritaville! Decidí reservar la cabaña para celebrar el undécimo cumpleaños de mi hija. Me alojé en la cabaña de élite de 4 habitaciones. Desde el check in hasta el check out, el personal de recepción fue increíble. Fueron muy amables e incluso me ofrecieron una bebida de bienvenida mientras esperaba para registrarme. También me entregaron un itinerario para todas las cosas divertidas que habían planeado en el resort ese fin de semana (era el fin de semana de Halloween). Cuando llegué a la cabaña, me quedé asombrado por lo hermosa que estaba. Todas las habitaciones estaban limpias. La piscina estaba limpia. En especial, me encantó la bañera de hidromasaje. El balcón era increíble y enorme. Me encantó que la cabaña estuviera completamente amueblada. No tuve que traer ollas ni utensilios para cocinar, incluso tenían parrilla. La cabaña lo tenía todo !!Lo único que pude encontrar mal fue que las luces del balcón no funcionaban, aunque si llamé a mantenimiento, estoy seguro de que lo habrían arreglado. También hay una función de seguridad en la puerta que conduce a la piscina. Tienes que recordar presionar un botón o de lo contrario sonará una alarma. Tuve que acostumbrarme a presionar ese botón. Sin embargo, entendí por qué lo tienen, para avisarte si un joven sale a la piscina. Entonces, una vez que te acostumbras, no es tan malo. Además, las cabañas son caras. De cualquier manera me lo pasé genial. Realmente fue una gran experiencia. ¡No quería volver a casa!

I had so much fun staying at the Margaritaville cottages! I decided to book the cottage to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. I stayed in the 4 bedroom elite cottage. From check in, to check out, the front desk staff was amazing. They were very friendly and even offered me a welcome drink while I waited to get checked in. They also handed me an itinerary for all the fun stuff they had planned at the resort that weekend (it was Halloween weekend). When I got to the cottage I was in awe at how beautifully decorated it was. All the rooms were clean. The pool was clean. I especially loved the hot tub. The balcony was amazing and huge. I loved that the cottage was fully furnished. I didn't have to bring any pots or utensils to cook, they even had a grill. The cottage had it all!! The only things I could find wrong was that the lights on the balcony weren't working, though if I called maintenance I'm sure they would have fixed it. There's also a security feature on the door that leads to the pool. You have to remember to press a button or else an alarm will go off. I had to get used to pressing that button. I understood why they have it though, to alert you if a young one goes out by the pool. So once you get used to it, it isn't that bad. Also the cottages are on the expensive side. Either way I had a great time. It really was a great experience. I didn't want to go home!

The cottage at 8009 Flip Flop Lane was gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable and we loved the big kitchen which had all the items to cook. The vibe inside was so cute with an arcade and we loved our balcony. Maria the manager was really sweet at check in and Talia and Yahira were lovely and helpful at the booking. We had a blast. We loved your pool, spa, and shuffleboard. Your staff while we got our towels were so cheerful and greeted us with a huge smile. I will def return.
