My group really enjoyed our time on the Nile Maxim. We showed up an hour early before the departure which provided us an opportunity to get a great seat close to the entertainment. It was also nice to start eating before the boats departure, which allowed us more time to enjoy the sights and sounds of Cairo from the Nile. The chicken was particularly good and they have a great selection of drinks. What really amazed me was the quality of the belly dancer. The featured belly dancer was breathtaking and fun. We are glad we chose the Nile Maxim for our evening outing in Cairo.
