Room itself was unstayable, we had to leave due to strong smoke smell and dirty room. They only reason I gave 2 stars is the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Daniel at the front desk was excellent!

I’ve stayed here several times, I’ve had a awesome experience with the front desk, Krenny is so amazing she is friendly fast and has exceptional customer service, and also Syed he has been very nice and extremely helpful, they make my experience here phenomenal, also another lady in the morning. Thanks for having amazing staff members. The room are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good the gentleman in the morning greets everyone and helps the customers, I will be coming back

Não caia no preço online, eles te pegam quando você chega com preços diferentes. ... este lugar foi pago online com hotéis. Com. Ao fazer o check-in na recepção do hotel... Eles me fizeram fazer um depósito separado e acabaram descobrindo que mantinham o dinheiro da retirada pelos próximos dois dias. Um por 5$ um por 6,50$ Quando perguntado por que .. eles disseram para taxa de estacionamento e manutenção de quintal! Nunca ouvi isso antes .. talvez devesse ter dito algo e explicado as acusações teria sido bom Além disso.. as janelas estavam imundos por todo o hotel para o meu quarto. Com germes e covid.. vc pode querer limpar melhor. O cara do café da manhã estava atento e feliz. Faça-me sorrir A caixa feminina que estava trabalhando no dia em que fiz o check-out teve atitude de Major por algum motivo. Eles dizem que há apenas uma entrada .. mas há portas laterais e eles não foram honestos quando perguntados duas vezes. As pessoas estavam lutando do lado de fora na estrada principal às 5 da manhã. O banheiro corria e fazia barulho a noite toda. Eu dormi ok. Eu preferiria o hotel ao lado por agora para ser honesto. Eles tentam fazer com que pareça barato, mas adicionam taxas extras, conforme mencionado acima. No geral.. Eu não ficaria aqui novamente. Se você pode ficar ao lado!

Hotel decente que fez o trabalho para uma parada na estrada a caminho do nosso navio de cruzeiro. O hotel é definitivamente esqueleto e poderia usar um pouco de se refrescar, mas limpo e seguro. O quarto cheirava a mofo, mas o café da manhã era bom. A equipe da recepção foi amigável e acolhedora mesmo quando lidar com a mulher muito rude esperando na fila à minha frente.

Dont fall for the price online , they get you when you arrive with different prices. ... this place was paid for online with hotels. Com. When checking in at the actual hotel front desk... They made me put a separate deposit and ended up finding out they kept withdrawal money for next two days. One for 5$ one for 6.50$ When asked why.. they said for parking lot fee and yard maintenance ! Never heard this before.. maybe should have said something and explained charges would have been nice Also.. the windows were filthy thru the whole hotel to my room. With germs and covid .. u may want to clean better. Breakfast guy was attentive and happy. Made me smile The female cashier that was working the day I checked out had Major attitude for some reason. They say there is only one entrance.. but there's side doors and they weren't honest when asked twice. People were fighting outside on main road at 5am. Toilet ran and made noises all nite. I did sleep ok tho. I would prefer the hotel next door for now on to be honest. They try to make it look cheap but then add extra charges as mentioned above. Overall.. I wouldn't stay here again. If you can stay next door !

Decent hotel that got the job done for a highway stop on the way to our cruise ship. The hotel is definitely bare bones and could use some freshening up, but clean and safe. The room smelled musty, but the breakfast was good. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating even when dealing with the VERY rude woman waiting in line ahead of me.

Room was clean but musty smelling. Elevator was very dirty. The breakfast cook was AMAZING!!! Super friendly and helpful! I would go back just from my experience with him.

Eu só reservei este hotel porque era o que meus pais reservaram e eu queria ficar no mesmo lugar que eles estavam. Eu me arrependi instantaneamente quando entrei. A única coisa positiva foi a mulher muito simpática que me registrou. Eu estava lá para um funeral e pedi um check-in antecipado no qual eles puderam me acomodar, mas claramente estava em substituição de uma limpeza adequada. O quarto em si era nojento datado e tinha um cheiro horrível de mofo. O tapete estava rasgado e molhado ao redor do frigobar. No dia seguinte, coloquei toalhas em uma pilha para serem recolhidas e substituídas quando elas viessem para refrescar o quarto, mas a ÚNICA coisa que fizeram quando a governanta entrou foi uma lata de lixo vazia. Não esvaziou a lata de lixo do banheiro que tinha minhas caixas de toalete dentro delas, pois estava muito mais cheia do que a que esvaziaram. Não recolheram as toalhas molhadas nem fizeram a cama. Qual era o ponto de entrar no meu quarto, que em si é muito MUITO SUSPEITO. Café-da-manhã foi ok tinha todas as coisas normais estava quente e o café era bom. Eu não recomendaria este lugar… fique muito longe!!!!

I only booked this hotel because it was the one my parents booked and I wanted to stay in the same place they were. I had instant regret once I walked in. The only positive thing was the very friendly woman who checked me in. I was there for a funeral and I asked for an early check in which they were able to accommodate me with but It clearly was in replace of a proper cleaning. The room itself was disgusting dated and had an awful musty smell. The carpet was ripped and wet around the mini fridge. The next day I placed towels in a pile to be picked up and replaced when they came to freshen the room but the ONLY thing they did when the housekeeper came in was empty 1 trash can. Did not empty the bathroom trash can which had my toiletries boxes inside of them as was far more full than the one they did empty. They did not pick up the wet towels or make the bed. What was the point of even coming inside my room, that itself is very VERY SUSPICIOUS. Breakfast was ok had all the normal stuff was hot and the coffee was good. I would not recommend this place… stay far far away!!!!

Ótimo espaço e outras coisas, a entrada é arrumada e limpa. Mas se você tem alergia a poeira NÃO VEM! Você vai sofrer muuuuito! Tenho a impressão de que limparam meu quarto há pouco e só o deixaram aqui fechado acumulando poeira, além de não fazer um bom trabalho em se livrar dele na hora de limpar. Eu vi tanta poeira! Não consigo parar de espirrar, apesar de tomar vários medicamentos para alergia enquanto estou aqui. Tinha tudo para gostar deste lugar, mas isso tornou a experiência terrível e honestamente, eu poderia voltar para casa mais cedo por causa dessa terrível e contínua necessidade devido à terrível poeira alta. Infelizmente, o hotel não é reembolsável, conforme informações quando comprei online através de um site. Eu só tenho um pouco de descanso e estou tentando aproveitá-lo com minha esposa. Estou tentando aguentar para que minha esposa e eu nos divirtamos, mas a alergia é tão ruim que continuo pensando em voltar para casa e deixar essas mini férias. Estou realmente decepcionado com isso. Muita poeira. Realmente parece que eles limparam, fecharam o quarto embora o tempo todo sem uso acumulassem poeira extra. É como se eles nunca abrissem a porta ou a janela ou deixassem a luz entrar por muitos dias/alguns meses.

Great space and stuff, the entrance is tidy and clean. But if you have dust allergies DO NOT COME! You will suffer a loooot! I have the impression that they cleaned my room a while ago and just left it here closed accumulating dust, besides not doing a good job at getting rid of it when cleaning. I saw so much dust! I cannot stop sneezing, despite taking different allergy medicines while here. Had everything to like this place, but this made the experience terrible and honestly, I might go back home sooner because of this terrible and continuous needing due to terrible hight dust. Unfortunately, The hotel is non refundable, as per information when I bought online though a website. I only have a few of rest and am trying to enjoy it with my spouse. I am trying to endure it for my spouse and I to have a good time, but the allergy is so bad that I keep on thinking of just going back home and letting go of this mini vacation. I am really disappointed with this. Too much dust. Really feels like they cleaned, closed the room though the whole time without use accumulate extra dust. It’s like they never opened the door or window or let light in for many days/ some months.

La ubicación fue perfecta para nuestra visita. El personal muy amable y el cuarto limpio. Me encantó que no tuviera alfombra. El desayuno no tenian muchas opciones, pancake, waffles, yogurt, fruta y cereal nada más. La picina estaba limpia y con buena tempertura.
