Limpo, seguro hotel com equipe maravilhosa. Grite para a recepção / auditoria noturna Curtis, a governanta Lisa e a atendente do café da manhã Annalise por serem super simpáticas e prestativas. O único contra foi que o café da manhã não tinha muitas opções. Com certeza ficarei novamente.

Hotel limpio y seguro con un personal maravilloso. Un saludo a la recepción/auditoría nocturna Curtis, a la ama de llaves Lisa y a la encargada del desayuno Annalise por ser súper amables y serviciales. La única desventaja fue que el desayuno no tenía muchas opciones. Definitivamente me quedaré de nuevo.

Clean, Safe hotel with wonderful staff. Shout out to front desk/ night audit Curtis, housekeeper Lisa, and breakfast attendant Annalise for being super nice and helpful. Only con was that breakfast did not have many options. I will definitely stay again.

Anunciado como um hotel para não fumadores, mas não havia fumaça visível no meu quarto todas as noites Quando voltei. Tinha que manter a janela aberta para o ar respirável. Todos os meus pertences pessoais agora sentir o cheiro de fumaça de cigarro. Os corredores e escadas comuns não se feita para os 4 dias que eu fiquei e estavam visivelmente sujas. Meu quarto tinha comida / sujeira manchada por todas as paredes, mesas e switches. O piso era nojento e obviamente não aspirado. Encontramos lixo, meio comido pedaços de alimentos, e recortes de unhas até mesmo no chão. Alguns dos funcionários da recepção foi agradável, mas um em particular foi extremamente rude e indelicado.

Advertised as a non smoking hotel but there was visible smoke in my room every evening When I returned. Had to keep window open for breathable air. All my personal belongings now smell of cigarette smoke. The common hallways and staircases did not get cleaned for the 4 days I stayed and were visibly dirty. My room had food/dirt smeared all over the walls, tables, and switches. The floor was disgusting and obviously not vacuumed. We found trash, half eaten food pieces, and even nail clippings on the floor. Some of the front desk staff was nice, but one in particular was extremely rude and unkind.

Anunciado como un hotel para no fumadores, pero había humo visible en mi habitación todas las noches cuando regresé. Tenía que mantener la ventana abierta para el aire respirable. Todas mis pertenencias personales ahora huelen a humo de cigarrillo. Los pasillos y escaleras comunes no se limpiaron durante los 4 días que estuve y estaban visiblemente sucios. Se fosse possível, eu deixaria uma crítica negativa. Eu e meu noivo temos ficado aqui e temos sido clientes fiéis há pouco mais de um ano. Esta manhã, quando fui pagar o quarto, disseram-me que não me era permitido alugar o quarto novamente e que seria melhor eu ir para outro lugar. Não fique aqui se estiver viajando com crianças pequenas. Minha família estava na cidade para um grande evento militar no qual meu marido estava envolvido. Tendo voado da Filadélfia, meu filho de 1 ano estava sentindo alguns efeitos do enjôo. Ele chorou durante a maior parte de uma tarde. Eu me senti péssima, mas enquanto meu marido saía pegando um remédio, uma funcionária bateu na minha porta e meu primeiro pensamento foi que talvez ela estivesse ali para oferecer algum tipo de ajuda ou ver se eu precisava de alguma coisa. Em vez disso, ela me disse que estava recebendo tantas reclamações e revirou os olhos para mim. Expliquei que também paguei o quarto em que estou ficando e ela não estava lá para me expulsar, então ela poderia, por favor, me deixar em paz enquanto eu cuidava do meu bebê doente. Ninguém quer ouvir um bebê gritando enquanto está hospedado em um hotel, especialmente os pais. A partir daí, ouvimos outros funcionários falando sobre nós e sendo rudes conosco. Nós nos sentimos MUITO indesejados e estranhos. Um dos funcionários da recepção até tentou nos fazer check-out um dia mais cedo. Muito hostil, especialmente para famílias que viajam com crianças pequenas. Os quartos não eram tão bons e, apesar dos sinais de proibição de fumar em todos os lugares, nosso banheiro cheirava a um bar barato de mergulho. Nunca ficaria aqui novamente, mesmo se eu estivesse viajando sozinho.

Já vi esses lugares muitas vezes, então resolvi dar uma chance. Consegui um quarto para algumas noites e fiquei realmente surpreso com o quão acessível era e o quarto era limpo, a cama era confortável. Eu definitivamente ficarei em mais Microtel Inn no meu futuro. E Curtis na recepção foi super agradável e útil. Recomendo este lugar !!!!

Preços razoáveis para um fim de semana. Extremamente adequado para animais de estimação. Quarto limpo, camas confortáveis. Gostaria que eles voltassem para o café da manhã completo novamente, mas, em geral, o café da manhã continental decente. Amei o horário estendido do café da manhã

If it were possible I would leave a negative review. Me and my fiance have been staying here and have been loyal customers for on and off for a little over a year now. This morning when I went to go pay for the room I was told that I was not allowed to rent the room again and that it would be better off for me to go somewhere else. When I asked for an explanation as of why I did not get one I got no reason whatsoever as to why I was not allowed to rent the room again. So when I went to get my deposit back I was told that they have to check the room first to make sure that I didn't steal anything now mind you I've been staying at this hotel for over a year and they have never checked the rooms to make sure I didn't steal anything. Also my fiance is black and I am a white woman and I feel like they were just racially profiling us. So if you would like to stay at a hotel where you get accused for stealing because of the color of your skin then please be my guest stay at the microtel

Don't stay here if you are traveling with small children. My family was in town for a huge military event that my husband was involved in. Having flown from Philadelphia my 1 year old was experiencing some effects of motion sickness. He was crying for the better part of one afternoon. I felt terrible but while my husband was out getting some medicine, an employee came knocking on my door and my first thought was maybe she would be there to offer some kind of help or see if there was anything I needed. Instead she told me that she was getting so many complaints and rolled her eyes at me. I explained that I also have paid for the room that I am staying in and she was not there to kick me out then she could please leave me alone while I tended to my sick baby. No one wants to hear a screaming baby while staying in a hotel, especially the parents. From that point on, we heard other employees talking about us and being short with us. We felt VERY unwelcome and awkward. One of the employees at the front desk even tried to get us to check out a day early. Very unfriendly especially for families traveling with young kids. Rooms were not that great and despite the no smoking signs everywhere, our bathroom smelled like a cheap dive bar. Would never stay here again even if I was traveling alone.

I've seen these places many many times so I figured I give it a go. Got a room for couple nights and I was really surprised at how affordable it was and the room was clean, bed was comfortable. I will definitely be staying at more Microtel Inn's in my future. And Curtis at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Reasonably priced for a weekend. Extremely pet friendly. Clean room, comfortable beds. Wish they'd go back to full breakfast again but all in all decent Continental breakfast. Loved the extended breakfast hours
