Fazia muito calor no prédio, corredores e quartos até abafados, infelizmente sem ar condicionado, mas com ventilador (não é mais dessa época). Além disso, nosso grupo foi negado qualquer entretenimento porque havia convidados Tefaf em NH. Isso certamente deixou uma marca em nosso evento de fim de semana.

Prima locatie, naast MECC. Kamers zijn prima. We hadden dit hotel geboekt omdat de bar tot 01.00 uur open zou zijn. Helaas net na 23.00 uur de laatste ronde! Gebrek aan personeel en het personeel dat er was had al 13 uur gewerkt. Hoe erg is dat voor die mensen?? Ook weinig tafels buiten helaas (zie foto). Beetje jammer als het mooi weer is. Prima ontbijt, dat dan weer wel.

Problemas no check-in. O cartão do quarto não funcionou várias vezes, quando funcionou, duvidou-se que você fosse capaz de abrir a porta sozinho.Cabelo estranho na chegada no banheiro, não estava particularmente limpo em geral.Vantagens:Você pode estacionar as bicicletas gratuitamente. The hotel is a bit dated and could do with some renovation. The staff are friendly and professional and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms do not have air conditioning, so they can get hot during the day.

All super, although a bit remote from the city center there is an excellent connection with the city busses that come in max 5 minute interval.
Nice and quiet and all you need is at hand at the hotel.

Recepcionista não queria falar holandês. Sem amenidades no banheiro, tudo sob demanda por código qr como em tempos de covid. Minibar vazio. Cozinha fechada por falta de cozinheiro. A hospitalidade estava abaixo da média. Portanto, este foi mais um hotel de 2-3 estrelas do que 4 estrelas.

Receptionist didn't want to speak Dutch. No amenities in the bathroom,everything on demand by qr code like during covid times. Minibar empty. Kitchen closed due no cook. Hospitality was below average. So this was more a 2-3 stars hotel than 4 stars.

We stayed in the hotel for Easter weekend. When we arrived there was a refreshing drink and some Easter chocolates to enjoy while in line for the check inn, which wasn't very long. We enjoyed staying in the clean, bright and spacious room - not the newest decoration, but just nice. The breakfast buffet was very good, there was a varied choice of hot and cold breakfast. Being in Maastricht there was even 'vlaai', the local speciality and Easter stollen as well. Staff was very friendly and we'd love to visit again.

Very nice service. I loved the hospitality of their staff. Only that they didn’t offer fried eggs/ommulette at breakfast when I stayed over but i am sure it would be nice if they had it.

I really tried to give this hotel a chance but one night the bar ist closed for drinks, second night no food for lunch and dinner and not even a place to sit to get some takeout food. If you would like to have a massage . . . Try July apparently they are fully booked until then. Rooms are not cleaned - advertised services not available and the list goes on.

Excelente, realmente gostei da nossa estadia de fim de semana aqui! O café da manhã é ótimo, muitas opções para todos, e eu realmente gostei que seja até 11-12. O check-out preguiçoso de domingo às 17h também foi fantástico, você não se depara com check-out tardio assim com frequência. A sala era espaçosa e confortável. Tudo estava limpo e arrumado. A chaleira e chá/café no quarto foi apreciado.

Excellent, really enjoyed our weekend stay here! The breakfast is great, lots of options for everyone,and I really appreciated that it's till 11-12. The 5pm lazy sunday checkout was also fantastic, you don't come across late check out like that often. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The kettle and tea/coffee in the room was appreciated.

Got accessible prices for this hotel, 2 days stay. Rooms and service were very good (best shower ever), but located 30 mins walk from town center, so had to take bus or train or walk to get there every morning and evening. Buses and trains are very close to the hotel door.

Os desejos de café da manhã não são realmente levados a sério, quando peço salada e manteiga no pão e pastas. (Tenho sanduíches super pequenos) que nem enche meu molar.Fiz late check out, até as 15:00. 12:00 a faxineira já estava batendo na porta. Que não foi repassado... Isso deveria ser meu problema? Ou há algo de errado com a organização?Enfim, muito infeliz...Sou fã do NH... Já estive em quase todos os hotéis NH na Holanda...Quarto era limpo e moderno. Nada a reclamar. Por isso 2 estrelas..

Recepção amigável! Estava frio no quarto, depois que a recepcionista veio olhar o aquecimento, ela só pôde confirmar que não estava funcionando. Conseguimos um pequeno radiador de óleo, mas não ajudou muito.Boas acessibilidades e estacionamento pago.O café da manhã estava ok.Atendimento simpático no bar do hotel, onde agora também sabem que 'um choco' é um chocolate quente.

En precio está súper bien, las habitaciones están bien amplia, limpia el baño con ducha, dos camas y escritorio con nevera. La TV es grande y tiene wifi gratis. Está en la zona de la universidad y el hospital. Tiene restaurantepero ese si que es caro.

El lugar esta cerca de una estacion de tren bien conectada con la de Maastricht central. El desayuno es muy generoso. Por otro lado, la calidad-precio no es buena. Es muy caro para lo que es. La habitacion tiene la cama grande pero se nota algo venido a menos.
