Hotel não vale o preço. Um elevador, sem microondas, sem ferro, sem máquina de gelo, não em frente ao mar. Almofada de assento suja e rasgada na varanda, plantas sem vida. As comodidades do quarto eram ok. A vista dá para uma rua lateral com carros estacionados. Não é tão luxuoso quanto o site faz você acreditar. Melhor ficar no Condado Vanderbilt, resort Laconcha, Caribe Hilton ou Marriott para fazer o seu dinheiro valer a pena. Além disso, o A / C no quarto não ficava frio ... permaneceu em 74 graus, mesmo após a manutenção veio.
Belo hotel é difícil acreditar que foi uma concha vazia de concreto há 2 anos. O bar da cobertura é um ótimo lugar para se visitar no Sunset, mesmo se você não estiver hospedado no hotel.
Hotel is not worth the price. One elevator, no microwave, no iron, no ice machine, not on the oceanfront. Torn and dirty seat cushion on balcony, lifeless plants. The room amenities were ok. The view faces a side street with parked cars. It's not as lavish as the website leads you to believe. Better off staying at the Condado Vanderbilt, Laconcha resort, Caribe Hilton or Marriott to get your money worth. Also, the A/C in the room would not get cold...it stayed on 74 degrees even after maintenance came.

Ouça, estou tão chateado só de dizer isso, porque eu tinha grandes expectativas para este lugar, mas foi uma decepção. ESTE LUGAR É UM PEIXE-GATO !!! Isso arruinou 100% a nossa viagem. Ficamos na suíte panorâmica c / a varanda além por 4 dias. No segundo em que fizemos o check-in, eles pediram nossas bolsas para "desinfetar", que eles tiraram de vista e o alto-falante do meu parceiro foi roubado. Foi ela que continuou, então não saiu de sua vista nenhuma vez e houve um problema quando eu a observei colocá-lo de volta, então sabemos que foi durante esse tempo apenas que ele saiu do seu lado. Tivemos que falar com a gerência por uma hora e meia, chegando imediatamente. Nós então chegamos ao quarto e parecia diferente do que nas fotos e cheirava completamente a mofo. Especificamente, o teto era muito mais baixo e você não está diretamente sobre a água. Você está em uma rua movimentada. Você pode ouvir de tudo, desde as pessoas conversando na rua, festas, carros, cortadores de grama às 8 da manhã. Não conseguimos dormir uma vez. As divisórias na varanda que estão desconectando você de seu vizinho são feitas de grama de plástico apenas para que você possa literalmente ouvir a respiração do vizinho e também pode aparecer através de rachaduras para que você tenha 0 privacidade. Não posso inventar ... O ar-condicionado dos quartos acabou quebrando e tudo no quarto estava encharcado, incluindo a cama, todos os meus papéis e o chão. Mandaram um cara de manutenção checar e ele falou que era o disjuntor (risos). Novamente, mais horas conversando com a gerência e tentando consertar as coisas. Também encontramos duas baratas bebê na pia direita saindo das rachaduras. Tentamos descarregá-los, mas os vimos novamente na manhã seguinte. Eles devem fazer um trabalho melhor na limpeza completa, como cantos, rachaduras e especialmente o chuveiro que deixou marcas de lavagem. Encontramos sobras de biscoitos e um fio de cabelo na cama quando chegamos também. O quarto também não tinha qualquer tipo de menu para serviço de quarto ou qualquer número para ligarmos para a gerência, então tínhamos que descer as escadas toda vez que havia um problema que, infelizmente, era frequente. Na última noite, fomos atualizados para o terno de nível mais alto e havia literalmente uma unidade de ar no teto e laços de cabelo deixados do hóspede anterior com crosta no chão do chuveiro. Novamente - se OS DETALHES LIMPOS SÃO IMPORTANTES PARA VOCÊ, ESTE É JOT PARA VOCÊ. Eu poderia escrever um romance sobre nossa experiência horrível, mas tenho certeza de que você entendeu. Este lugar tem uma bela piscina / área de estar e a estética é linda, no entanto, se você estiver procurando por uma estadia de qualidade em outro lugar. Venha apenas para algumas fotos e economize dinheiro.
Melhor experiência de hotel que já tivemos. Dos interiores lindamente projetados e executados, à limpeza impecável e às vistas ensolaradas, tudo estava além das expectativas. Acima de tudo, o pessoal é super cortês, simpático e eficiente e eles fizeram de tudo para nos dar o tratamento real. Iria visitar aqui novamente.
Esperávamos que O: LV 55 fosse mais do que era. Nossas expectativas eram definitivamente altas demais. Para a quantidade de dinheiro que os viajantes pagam para ficar em hotéis específicos, existem apenas as coisas simples que devem ser incluídas. Não havia ferro, nem roupões para descansar, o quarto carecia de limpeza. Chamamos a recepção para limpar o quarto novamente, especialmente o banheiro e para ver o pessoal estava limpando com Windex foi altamente decepcionante. A equipe da gerência do hotel cumprimentou meu noivo e eu com uma garrafa de champanhe que foi apreciada. A roupa de cama era confortável e dormi bem. Bela varanda com vista e, por último, os chuveiros eram excelentes. Tem vários chuveiros, mas a porta não fecha, o que levou a uma bagunça no chão do banheiro. Em geral, nós os classificamos como um 3. Belo hotel, mas para a taxa definitivamente poderia ser muito melhor. BONITO, GRANDE E SUJO.
Listen, I am so upset to even say this because I had such high expectations for this place but it was such a disappointment. THIS PLACE IS A CATFISH!!! It 100% ruined our trip. We stayed in the panorama suite w/ the beyond balcony for 4 days. The second we checked in they asked for our bags to "disinfect", which they took out of sight and my partners speaker was stolen. It was her carry on so it didn't leave her sight once and there was an issue w tsa and I watched her put it back in so we know for a fact it was during that time only that it left her side. We had to talk to management for an hour and a half immediately arriving. We then get to the room and it looked differently than on photos and smelled completely like mildew. Specifically the ceiling was much lower and you are not directly over the water. You are over a busy street. You can hear everything from the people talking on the street, parties, cars, lawn mowers at 8am- you name it. We couldn't sleep in once. The dividers on the balcony that are disconnecting you from your neighbor are made of plastic grass only so you can literally hear your neighbor breathe and also can peak through cracks so you have 0 privacy. I cannot make this up- The rooms AC ended up breaking and everything in the room was soaked including the bed, all my papers and the floor. They sent a maintence guy in to check and he said it was the breaker (lol). Again more hours talking to management and trying to get things fixed. We also found two little baby roaches in the right sink coming out of the cracks. We tried to flush them down but we saw them again the following morning. They should do a better job at thoroughly cleaning such as the corners, cracks, and especially the shower which has left over wash marks. We found left over crackers and a hair on the bed when we first arrived too. The room also did not have any sort of menu for room service or any number for us to call to contact management so we had to commute downstairs every time there was an issue which unfortunately was often. The last night we were upgraded to the highest level suit and there was literally an air unit on the ceiling and left over hair ties from the previous guest crusted on the shower floor. Again- if CLEAN DETAILS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU THIS IS JOT FOR YOU. I could wrote a novel about our horrible experience but I'm sure you get the point. This place has a beautiful pool/ lounge area and the aesthetic is gorgeous however if you are looking for quality stay elsewhere. Come for some pics only and save yourself the money.
We expected O:LV 55 to be more than what is was. Our expectations were definitely too high. For the amount of money travelers pay to stay in specific hotels there are just the simple things that should be included. There was no iron, no robes for lounging, the room lacked cleanliness. We called the front desk to clean room again especially the bathroom and to see the staff was cleaning with Windex was highly disappointing. The hotel management staff complimented my fiance and I with a bottle of champagne which was appreciated. The bedding was comfortable and slept well. Beautiful balcony with view, and lastly the showers were great. It has multiple shower heads but the door didn't close which led to a mess on the bathroom floor. Overall we rate them a 3. Beautiful hotel but for the rate it definitely could be much better. BEAUTIFUL, BIG, AND DIRTY.
Best hotel experience we ever had. From the beautifully designed and executed interiors, to the spotless cleanliness, to the sunny views, everything was beyond expectation. Above all, the staff is super courteous, friendly and efficient and they went out of their of their way to give us the royal treatment. Would visit here again for sure.
Pretentious and way over priced. Trying to be way more than it really is... Not good value in my opinion. Very "flash", exemplified by half a Rolls Royce serving as a bar. "Miami mafia chic" decor?

Belo hotel, mas precisa de muitas atualizações. As fotos da sala podem ser decieving em tamanho e vista. Os trabalhadores da recepção foram muito agradáveis. A limpeza precisa ser mais completa e a manutenção mais utilizada. O banheiro do primeiro cômodo não dava descarga direito, o do segundo cômodo o ar não entrava, então estava muito quente e abafado. Suas meias eles não têm mais opção de café da manhã devido a covid nad o spa estava fechado todos os dias que estávamos lá, exceto um que significa que não poderíamos nem descobrir a disponibilidade antes do dia em que estivemos realmente abertos. Mas novamente um belo cenário e decoração. Se vc quiser lindas fotos vá ouvir. Se você quer uma estadia confortável ... espere até começar a ver melhores comentários aqui.
Beautiful hotel but needs many updates. The pics of the room can be decieving on size and view. The desk workers were very pleasant. Housekeeping need to be more thorough and maintenance needs to be utilized more. The toilet in first room didn't flush right, the second room the air wouldn't come on so it was so hot and muggy. Its socks they don't have breakfast option anymore due to covid nad the spa was closed every day we was there except one meaning we couldn't even find out the availability before the day they were actually open. But again beautiful scenery and decor. If u want beautiful pics go hear. If you want a comfortable stay... wait until you start seeing better reviews on here.
Estuve en Arya Rooftop Bar; el servicio al cliente, los tragos, los platos aperitivos, y principales; osea otra cosa; otro nivel! De la mentirita!! Una experiencia unica. Gracias!

Beautiful hotel it's hard to believe that it was a vacant concrete shell 2 years ago. The rooftop bar is a great place to visit at Sunset even if you aren't staying at the property.
