Fantástico, mesmo em construção!Eu estava um pouco hesitante sobre a reserva porque li alguns comentários ruins sobre o assunto durante a construção.Tudo o que posso dizer é que não tenho ideia do que as pessoas estão reclamando.A piscina é fantástica ... uma das melhores que já visitei em muito tempo. As opções de comida são de um menu pequeno, mas ainda assim o suficiente e realmente bom.E o atendimento ao cliente foi excelente. Cada um que conhecemos foi muito útil e amigável, e foi acima e além.Não usamos nenhum dos campos de golfe, porque estávamos na cidade para um show de Dave Matthews.Resumindo, vamos estar de volta.Raramente ouvíamos a construção ... só um pouco porque estávamos no primeiro andar, e SOMENTE quando caminhávamos ao lado dele. (Que nem mesmo fica próximo às instalações ou quartos de hóspedes, apenas perto de uma das portas quando saímos do edifício.)E para o hóspede que reclamou da piscina e da música ... eles devem gostar de reclamar. Na verdade, preferimos o “sem música” durante a visita matinal. E então teve um DJ que começou por volta das 12. Estivemos lá no fim de semana, então talvez seja só nessa hora e não durante a semana. De qualquer forma, é uma piscina tão boa, com sons de cachoeira, não entendo como alguém poderia reclamar.Eu recomendo!

Fantastic, even while under construction!
I was a little hesitant about booking because I had read a few bad reviews about it while under construction....
All I can say is I have no idea what people are complaining about.
The pool is fantastic... one of the best I have visited in a long time. Food choices are from a smallish menu, but still enough and really good.
And the customer service was outstanding. Every one we met was very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond.
We didn’t use any of the golf facilities, because we were in town for a Dave Matthews concert.
Bottom line, we will be back again.
We rarely heard the construction.... only a little because we were on the first floor, and ONLY when we walked right up next to it. (Which is not even next to the facilities or guest rooms, just near one of the doors as we exited the building.)
And for the guest that complained about the pool and music... they must like to complain. We actually preferred the “no music” during the morning visit. And then there was a DJ that started around 12. We were there on the weekend, so maybe it’s only on then and not during the week. Either way, it’s such a great pool, with the sounds of a waterfall, I don’t understand how someone could have possibly complained.
I highly recommend it!

O que é um campo de golfe incrível !!! Me diverti muito. Serviço de alto nível do curso e amigável. Cada parte do curso foi absolutamente divertida, mas muito desafiadora. Os greens !!, Uau ótima forma, perfeitamente conservada. A garra de urso pegou algumas bolas .. traga algumas extras.

Este lugar era lindo, o motivo pelo qual dei 4 estrelas em vez de 5 é porque à noite o A / C parou de funcionar e estava a 80F e foi muito difícil eu dormir, quando chamamos a manutenção para vir e consertar, eles não tiveram sucesso e eles disseram que a única coisa que podiam fazer era nos mudar para um quarto diferente, mesmo que fossem 3 da manhã. Todo o resto foi incrível, o chuveiro deu muita água e você é capaz de controlar o fluxo dela. Os trabalhadores aqui foram muito prestativos e agradáveis, a música ao vivo era linda e apenas a vibração geral de todos e tudo era tranquilo. Este é de longe o melhor resort em que já me hospedei, sem o A / C. Tenho certeza de que, se eu voltar, não terei esse problema novamente.

Staff is rude, construction going on everywhere, and they don’t even have all of their amenities open. The rooms are nice, but have no microwave and a fridge that barely keeps things cool. They are also completely unwilling to accommodate guests and become offended when asked questions.It’s shocking that this is a PGA resort. It’s run like a Red Roof Inn.

This place was beautiful, the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because at night the A/C stopped working and it was 80F and it was very difficult for me to sleep, when we called maintenance to come and fix it, they weren’t successful and they said the only thing they could do was move us to a different room even tho it was 3am. Everything else was amazing the shower gave a lot of water and you’re able to control the flow of it. The workers here were very helpful and nice, the live music was beautiful and just the overall vibe of everyone and everything was chill, This is by far the best resort I’ve stayed in, minus the A/C. I’m sure if I return I wouldn’t have that problem again.

What an amazing golf course!!! Had So much fun. Service of course top notch and friendly. Every part of the course was absolutely a joy but very challenging. The greens !!, Wow great shape, perfectly maintained. The bear claw took some of balls.. bring a few extra.

To be fair, they are currently under construction. So it doesn't look anything like the website. Only 1 restaurant is open, no real snack bar even. No room service. Most amenities aren't open. room was fine but floor is uneven. Which is fine but weird. Maybe try after renovations.

Unfortunately they’ve gone downhill.I used to love it here!I expected some changes due to Covid but they don’t even offer cold water.When I walked up to the desk to inquire about water I was given a bottle from off the table in the back.It’s 90 degrees out. There is a hotel attached to the spa and no one can get ice?Also a heads up on the fact that there would be no food and beverage would have been really helpful.I would have gladly packed my own knowing renovations were coming and there was no service.

Visitei o spa no domingo passado. O atendimento ao cliente foi excelente do início ao fim. Os vestiários e a área do lounge eram limpos e tranquilos. Infelizmente as piscinas minerais tinham alguns detritos que diminuíam seu apelo relaxante e não havia serviço de comida ou bebida ao lado da piscina. Dito isto, a área era calma e serena, uma vez que só está aberta para hóspedes do spa. Também não havia frescuras, incluindo bebidas como em alguns dos outros spas locais do resort. Nem mesmo uma garrafa de água depois de nossos tratamentos, o que foi um pouco surpreendente. No geral, o atendimento ao cliente foi a melhor parte deste spa, com Frederique dando um toque mágico para um tratamento facial excelente ☺️

Visited the spa last Sunday. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Locker rooms and lounge area were clean and quiet. Unfortunately mineral pools had some debris which took away from their relaxing appeal and there was no food or drink service pool side. That being said, the area was calm and serene as it is only open to spa guests. There were also no frills including refreshments like at some of the other local resort spas. Not even a bottle of water after our treatments which was a little surprising. Overall, customer service was the best part of this spa with Frederique having a magic touch for an excellent facial ☺️

Ainda bem que meu problema de faturamento foi resolvido, me sinto muito melhor em relação à minha experiência geral.

Volviendo a editar mi reseña. Bill llamó y me ayudó a resolver completamente mi problema de facturación / recepción. La manicura / pedicura que recibí fue excelente. Mi técnico pasó mucho tiempo limpiándome las uñas y, 2 semanas después, todavía se ven muy bien. Me alegro de que se resolviera mi problema de facturación, me siento mucho mejor acerca de mi experiencia en general.

Imagine enjoying you vacation in a lovely 5 star resort, short of nothing amenity wise PLUS getting to enjoy watching or playing the beautiful game of golf. Trust me, this facility is next to perfect as it's state of the art, it's big and spacious and there staffs are amazing, based from my experience that is.

Coming back to edit my review. Bill called and helped me fully resolve my front desk / billing issue. The manicure / pedicure I received was great. My technician spent a lot of time cleaning up my nails, and 2 weeks later they still look great. Glad that my billing issue was resolved, I feel much better about my overall experience.

Fizemos uma ótima viagem no PGA em dezembro! Houve um pequeno problema com a nossa reserva, mas eles acertaram e nos colocaram em uma suíte. Temos vindo para a PGA desde 2009 e é como se estivéssemos em casa. Tivemos uma ótima viagem, vamos voltar em maio. Espero que algumas das reformas estejam concluídas até lá. 😬😬

We had a great trip at PGA in December!There was a little issue with our reservation but they made it right and put us in a suite. We have been coming to PGA since 2009 and it feels like home to us. We had such a great trip we are coming back in May. I hope some of the renovations are done by then. 😬😬
