Apesar de bastante modesto, a localização é perfeita e as acomodações atendem ao propósito da hospedagem (hotel de praia). Oferece café da manhã satisfatório e estacionamento pago - vallet ($30 a diária). Funcionários cordiais. Já me hospedei duas vezes e voltaria.

Hotel muito simples. Compensa pela localização e o café da manhã. As portas dos quartos não passam segurança ao serem fechadas. A recepção cheira cigarro. Quartos com bom tamanho e banheiro razoável. Porém um dos quartos q reservamos o chuveiro não aquecia e disseram ser normal pois havia muita gente no hotel!

Horrible if I can find a way to post pics I will enter the room and first thing I notive dirty wash cloth left on shower handle, dirty dishes left in the dish cabinet, paper wrapped around the fire sprinkler, floor was sticky, and best of all ac didn't work for 3 days we stayed there. Just kept getting the same answer will send someone tomorrow to fix get back to the room Fter walking 5 miles and still no ac asked for a fan atleast and couldn't provide airbnb avoid this place no one even works here have to do everything over the phone

just here to see if this place gotten any better. the last time i stayed here there was 2 locations. one look really nice from the outside witch is where the office was and the other building was down a very small walk area like a block down the road. No parking no breakfast. Room was not what we was expecting,was told we would get some of our money back. The money was never placed back on the card. the location was perfect but everything just look ran down on the outside.our view was dripping air-condition units and trash cans. i see a lot of great reviews on here and just wanted to know if anything changed?

Excelente ubicación sino rentas auto pides caminar o tomar el bus para turistas sin costo. Habitaciones por escalera, osea el pasajero las sube y baja. Hay un solo baño en la recepción y es de empleados. El desayuno no tiene frutas o jamón y queso. Del termodel café salió un cadáver de una mini cucaracha, increíble !!!!.

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable, sobre todo la gente que atiende la recepción por la mañana. Falta mantenimiento en pasillos, dónde en el piso que nos tocó, era bastante ruidoso el aire acondicionado del pasillo. Si te toca la segunda o tercera planta, tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor. Las camas muy cómodas y buena la ducha. Hay de todo cerca lo que es muy útil cuando venís sin auto. El desayuno bien, sencillo: café, tostadas, y una máquina para hacer waffles!

Buena relación precio vs calidad, excelente atención del personal, en la recepción te ofrecen lo que necesitas para ir a la playa: toallas, sillas y sombrilla, cosas básicas que pocas veces incluyes en el equipaje por sus dimensiones.Esta ubicado a 1 cuadra de la playa.Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas.

Un hotel muy ruidoso. Sin ascensor. El comedor es pequeño, por lo que uno de los días que estuvimos alojados, debimos desayunar en el lobby (cómo se ve en la foto) xq no había lugar para todos los huespedes. El horario de desayuno es muy acotado, y es poco lo que se sirve; por lo cual no es favorable llegar tarde a desayunar ya que no encontrás algunas de las opciones como el yogurt o la pasteleria.

Cute but older Hotel. Friendly staff, great Service. Daily Breakfast includes, however, no eggs and bacon. Bathrooms are small, shower curtains too short. They offer free shuttle pick up from airport. Location of the Hotel is perfect, walking distance (0.1 -2 miles) to beach, shopping and bars/restaurants.

Estuve alojada 8 días el mes pasado, todo perfecto, sin ningún inconveniente. Se respetó el contrato que hice por Booking y no me cobraron ni un centavo extra, la habitación linda con wifi, cama king, heladera, tv, aire, ventilador, plancha, secador de pelo y caja fuerte. No fue problema para mí usar la escalera hasta el 1 piso. El desayuno me gustó, hay café y té para servirse gratis en el lobby el resto del día. La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra del mar!!! Si bien está en plena movida, podés descansar perfectamente, no se sienten ruidos. Te dan sombrilla, sillita y toallas para ir al mar cada vez que lo solicitas. Muy buena atención del personal!!! Excelente relación precio/calidad. Voy a volveeerrr!!!

First and foremost, for the price we paid for our 3 night stay, the hotel was about as expected - just OK. The two double bed room was just that - 2 double beds in a room with a very small bathroom. The room did have a TV and a minifridge. The room came with a window A/C unit, which really never worked and never reached the temperature we set it to. We were not really comfortable when we went to bed each night. Looking through the room and bathroom, you could tell the workmanship was mediocre (paint, floor, tiles, shower, etc.). The highlight of the continental breakfast was the self-made waffles, other than that they had oatmeal and cereal and small bagels (try to arrive well before the breakfast is over or you may be out of luck like us one morning).

It is a small old hotel with three floors. The general experience is OK and no complaints. There are a few things that are good to know.There is no elevator. It is close to the busy area. You can hear street notice from any room. The air conditioner is old and loud. Bathroom only has shower. Internet is slow. Valet parking is 30 dollars per day. It takes half an hour for them to bring your car. No other way to park in this area.

I only gave this hotel 2 stars because of the location. When we checked in, the front desk ladies were very nice. Our room door however was broken. We did not realize what was wrong with the door until it gave us such a hard time to open, when we saw it almost in pieces. The rooms were only cleaned when we explicitly requested it, the toilet did not flush properly, and although we asked numerous times, only 3 towels were put in our room although 4 people registered to that room. Although those issued did get rectified I found it very unnerving that you would make a guest pay money for a room that is not secure witha toilet that does not work properly.

On arrival into our room there was dirty underwear hanging from the light. The bathroom smelt like sewage from the pipes. We changed rooms for the TV not to be working and microwave missing. The fridge leaked water all over our luggage and also did not work. Blinds were all broken and carpet is filthy in the halls. The only positive was an extremely friendly staff member at the reception desk who was helpful with advice about Miami. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We had a room at the end of the hall, so besides alley noise, it was relatively quiet.The gentleman who checked us in was very sweet and friendly.True, the rooms are small, but for the location it was very nice.Tiny refrigerator and microwave are nice to have.It got cold during our stay so the ceiling fixture heater in the bathroom was nice.Breakfast wasn't anything special: cereal, oj, muffins, and sometimes croissants, but it was good for on-the-go.Recommended, B+.
