The location was good. Lots of events which makes traffic a little frustrating. The only thing I was bummed about was no tub in the room but I didn't ask if they had another room. The staff was great even though I was a pain in multiple ways. I enjoyed everything I ordered from room service. The event they hosted for my man's company was nicely done and they sent a car to pick us up once, the driver was friendly and prompt. My health problems got the best of me while there but the staff made it not so terrible. I would recommend the hotel if going to Manchester NH

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. All the staff at the hotel was friendly. Room clean and well kept. Good value for the nightly rate. We were in town for hockey and it was way to cold to explore, but Manchester and the surrounding area would be worth exploring when we have time and a more reasonable temperature.

Great shower, nice bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Their policy for shuttle use was weird. People in my group wanted to go two different places in Manchester (both less than ten minutes away), but even though both shuttles were outside we were told we had to get cabs.

Rooms were clean and of decent size. The bathroom was nice and large. The staff seemed bothered by the guests (cutting them off in the hallways, trying to get on the elevator before guests got off). The location was pretty convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Our room was right behind the elevator which was louder than I could be ever imagined. Not only could you hear the elevator, you could hear the other guests that were in the elevator speaking and you could feel the vibrations from the elevator. Tried to order room service at 8 am and was told it would be an hour and a half wait... for a pastry, fruit, juice and coffee.
