Fantastic hotel would most definitely come back here to stay again. Food and restaurants were lovely staff was always happy to help and friendly. Food was always nice. Pools and bars were great, looked after us well friendly and happy to help always served drinks with a smile. Entertainment groups were amazing ! Lots of fun to be around. Made our holiday, very helpful and friendly would love to come back and see them all again.

Would definitely return to this hotel Mohamed sabri from the entrainment bar is such an awesome and great person he makes wonderful cocktails and drinks and his smile is so beautiful thank you Mohamed for everything

A very nice hotel with incredibly great service. The hotel is one of the most luxurious places I have ever been to. Huge rooms and unbelievably nice workers. Everyone was so helpful and it didn‘t matter what you wanted they would give it to you directly. 24/7 availability and absolutely nothing to complain about. The Bars at the pool were impressive and the drinks were more than delicious. A lot of pools and so much to do. There is no need to even leave the hotel because everything you need is available in that hotel. The entertainment pool was absolutely great and a big thanks to Ibrahim who works at the bar and served us the whole time and took care of us the whole stay he was a great and very nice.

This isn't a 5 Star hotel! Its no way near to 3 stars! Not talking about service, only appearance! FOOD WISE? NOBODY CAN BEAT THIS HOTEL IN FOOD!!! QUANTITY, VARIETY, TASTE, SORTS, JUST WOW. People who gave this hotel more then a 3 stars have never been or experience what should be a 5 Star hotel. Everyone is crazy about this hotel but for true luxury lovers who knows the taste of luxury and quality this hotel should be a very Large Motel. Coming from NYC, we know what is a luxury and it's definitely not Rixos! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone in my surrounding. Open wires all over the hotel property, Broken lights, Broken glasses, water leaks all over the property, buildings look like a old dormitories!!! After and only after I have expressed my humble opinion Hotel decided to act and make a difference and because they tried to assess the issues I have gone and increased the rating but hotel as a property doesn't deserve 5 stars! Main important factor is that there is NO ALL INCLUSIVE 5 STAR HOTELS IN THE WORLD AND THIS AINT AN EXCEPTION. its just impossible.
