Para minha família em nada se compara aos Rixos, não é apenas um dos locais mais bonitos da palma. Nada é demais para a equipe do Rixos de forma que o serviço seja digno de 7 *Ficamos por 2 meses e 1 semana. Honestamente, não há nenhum serviço ou atendimento ao cliente como em qualquer outro hotel de Dubai! Nós tentamos alguns outros hotéis mas nenhum onde sequer chegou perto!Nós nos apaixonamos pelos Rixos e este será nosso hotel em Dubai em um futuro próximo! Adoramos a suíte sênior e suas vistas <3 só con: se tivesse as mesmas cortinas das luxuosas suítes e sanefas laterais para bloquear a luz, seria pura perfeição!Os funcionários que tornaram a nossa estadia ainda mais agradável e agradável foram ... TODOS os funcionários do Aqua & More: Especialmente MAIO !!! Bellmen: Geoff e especialmente DAVID !!! Concierge: Amin vai além! Gerente: Usman Toroloco Steakhouse: Não só comida incrível, mas os funcionários são incríveis ... Esp manager Isa, Andrew, Margerit & Hillary! TODOS são incríveis! Winnie na confeitaria! O clube infantil Rixy fez da minha filha 8 a garota mais feliz de todos os tempos! Esp: Karina, Maria, Sibel, Katerina ... Todos são fantásticos com crianças. Jasmine já está com saudades deles! O clube infantil está em outro nível em relação a qualquer clube infantil que já estivemos no mundo. Tudo em Turquoise: Especialmente Jason!Não podemos agradecer ao pessoal a forma como nos trataram! For my family no where really compares to the Rixos, it's not just one of the most beautiful locations on the palm. Nothing is too much trouble for the Rixos staff in any way the service is worthy of 7* We stayed for 2 months & 1 week. Honestly there is NO service or customer care like it in any other Dubai hotels! We tried quite a few other hotels but no where even came close! We fell so in love with the Rixos & it will be our go to hotel in Dubai for the foreseeable future! We love the senior suite & it's views

honestly, the staff. Although the lunch buffet on the day of my arrival wasn’t the best, the italian restaurant brought the bar back up. I was served by Gopi and Dipa, and no words can describe how sweet and helpful they were. Overall, a good experience and a place with something for everyone. Felt like i was in a small community not just a hotel.

We went for a beach walk and wanted to have a drink in the Rixos Hotel. As we entered the hotel beach a security told us to leave when we don't live in the hotel. This was very rude because we wanted to spend money there. There were no signs which forbid the trespassing.

Currently enjoying a 2 Month stay at the rixos I will conclude my review at the end of the stay. Things I can review currently is the exclusive sports club which I part take in a class or two daily. The staff are so nice like Anastasia & especially Adel who is friendly always takes the time to chat to me & has the high energy you need to make the class fun & really impact your results. The classes are so much fun, being 9 months postpartum I really needed it. I can already see a difference in my body. My favourite classes are aqua cycling, jump & kangaroo jump which is so different & unique and a great all over body work out! I will be in as many classes as possible til I leave, the fact they are included is amazing! 2 great gyms and a fitness wellness area included also.

Este é um hotel aconchegante e confortável. Excelente equipe, bom atendimento, comida maravilhosa, ótimo kids club, comida deliciosa e variada. Como se costuma dizer, se você cavar fundo, mesmo no ideal pode-se encontrar falhas, então neste hotel. Mas, em geral, como agente de viagens, posso recomendá-lo com segurança!

Im living in room number 1237, I recommend the hotel to give attention to the guests relations worker Karina. I myself have a hotel business in Britain and I understand hotel business and staff. For 30 years I normally stay at Marriott hotel but this time I've decided to stay here. She's really good at working with clients, she can solve issues where there have been problems. She's passionate with her work. I would happily hire her to work for me back in Britain. She's a patriot for Rixos hotel. Overall its not a bad service here. We stayed at the Rixos for 6 nights in the 4 bedroom suite. The room was impeccably clean, the staff was extremely efficient and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Carl who almost served as our personal assistant was available to assist us 24 hours and served as a go between with everything concerning the hotel. We dined at Turquoise and we were always greeted by Cynthia who was always cheerful and extremely professional. The food is awesome and the beach is enjoyable...

Amazing and unforgettable stay. Especial Thank you you for Mr. Omar in the reception how made his best to make our stay amazing Everyone was happy and very satisfied. Es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Y no sólo por detalles dentro de hotel, 5 estrellas la comida que para mí es muy importante. Además personal muy amable nos cambió a una habitación mucho mejor sin coste ninguno por estar primera vez. Hablan inglés y ruso pero no español. Nunca vuelvo en el mismo hotel pero aquí si. Porque para descansar, para incluso tomar una copa(en dubai pocos bares donde encontrarás alcohol) y allí todo incluido y todo lo mejor

Excelente hotel con fórmula de todo incluido a precio razonable, algo indispensable en Dubai teniendo en cuenta lo caro que puede salir comer fuera. El hotel es un 5 estrellas y, pese a que las habitaciones necesitan un lavado de cara (pequeño), son muy amplias y cuentan con todas las comodidades. Las instalaciones buenas. La ubicación un poco lejos de todo y mejor alquilar un coche pero ya no por el hotel sino por Dubai en general. No cuesta mucho y es más práctico. El personal super amable. La comida variada, con mucha elección y buena calidad. Recomendable 100% para familias.
