El hotel está hermoso, muy buen servicio y la limpieza es buena , solo que los restaurante a la carta debido a la pandemia no abren todos sino por días tienen solo dos abiertos, el buffet deberían variar la comida siempre la misma variedad pero depues todo bien... se pasa un tiempo agradable allí
We stayed here twice as first club members not royal but it's a fantastic resort!! We will definitely go back! I recommend going as a member or royal club makes the experience just more personal service. All of the staff was amazing. My only suggestion is softer beds and better pillows would have been great. Also because of covid they serve your plate at buffet and give more than people want sometimes, not complaining just a suggestion. The 4 restaurants are great but buffet is great too. Beach is amazing!
Es muy buen hotel, instalaciones cómodas y limpias personal atento, solo sugiero que las reservaciones de restaurantes a la carta tengan mejor coordinación para que todos los huéspedes puedan tener acceso al restaurant de su preferencia, en general súper cool

Staff: 5 stars. Food: 4 stars. Drinks: 4 stars. Rooms: 5 stars. Most important is that during this dificult time of the pandemic the Occidental Punta Cana is committed in sanitizing all areas to keep its guests safe. To me thats a big 5 stars.
You've got to visit this hotel, great people, great service and meet all CDC compliance.

Very good place, food, rooms and everything
Me and my family spent a week at Royal level in Occidental Punta Cana. This place is gorgeous with all green areas, pools, the beach, the clean ocean and last, but not least the friendly and always ready to help staff. All employees and managers were wearing face masks. The food in the a la carte restaurant in Royal Level was 4 courses for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were different meals every day and it was delicious. The service in the restaurant was very high level! In general we are very satisfied of our stay in the resort. We will come back!
Las instalaciones están muy bonitas pero por asunto de la pandemia hay poco personal, obviamente las puertas fueron reabiertas este fin de semana el día 6 de noviembre. Poca variación o variedad en la gastronomía, discoteca cerrada y para colmo fue un fin de semana lluvioso, claro, no fue culpa del hotel 🤣. Pero creo que nada mal para vacacionar en plena Pandemia.
Este foi um dos lugares mais legais que já visitei! Funcionários simpáticos boa estrutura e o principal, uma praia maravilhosa. Minha dica fica por conta deste Royal Level, quartos maravilhosos com um restaurante espetacular!
Hotel muito bom, sempre limpo com uma ampla variedade de restaurantes. Quartos com ar condicionado, amplo banheiro com água quente e boas camas. Vale a pena se hospedar
Atendimento horrível! Triste por ter uma ótima estrutura e comida boa na maioria dos dias! Ao invés de vc relaxar você se estressará. Por favor não venham e não percam tempo. A falta de educação é irritante. Hotel é muito barulhento se você pegar um quarto nos blocos em volta da piscina principal pois junto com ela há um teatro à céu aberto. Além disso há todos os dias pessoasnque se dizem de um zoológico com macacos e araras azuis pra tirar foto com eles. Animais ficam no calor e sem água. Creio que aqui é a pior ilha pra quem quer descanso.
Hotel 4 estrelas comidas sempre repetitivas mau atendimento ao cliente inter net paga a parte por 8 dias 60 dollares
