The hotel is very nice and really worth seeing. Sharma should go to Shake at least once

Clean hotel. Free bottled water every day in your room. Very nice coral reef straight from the pontoon. Perfect snorkeling. Polite staff.

The rooms are quiet clean and wide, the view was very good, all are sea view and the beach was clean too. However there were some disappointing points like the staff are not well trained to deal with customers in the hotel, they are lacking skills of customer respect and satisafction. Also most of the facilities close too early inside the hotel. Even the shuttle bus that transport customers to the hotel gate is not working all the day. The hotel rules and system of facilities are not written in any documents in reception so you need to ask about every single detail and you will be lucky to find somebody there to give you useful FULL information. Overall the place is perfect but the staff is not fitting it which decreases the happiness and satisfaction chances.

Sheraton is very beautiful. The views from the rooms and outside are breathtaking. However, the hotel is not well taken care of and on several occasions had to ask for my room to be re-done. I enjoyed my meals especially the desserts which where to die for. I especially appreciate Mustafa who made meal times memorable with his humour. The only reason I am giving three stars is the room cleaning.

Though in need of some moderate renovation, it's a luxurious beach resort. Stunning sea views from most rooms. Suitable for families and youth only. The beach area is extremely noisy with deafening DJ music all day..Nice cosy swimming pool, and long sandy beach. Easy to get to shopping areas, and airport.
