O atendimento é terrível. Paguei para ser maltratada. Eles não fazem o mínimo esforço para entender quem não fala inglês perfeitamente. Os restaurantes do hotel tem uma comida boa, porém os garçons atendem como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Os funcionários não entendem que trabalham para os hospedes e tem que trata-los bem.Eles dizem que o mini bar dos quartos são cortesia como se tivessem bolachas, refrigerantes etc... Porém só tem café e água.Os quartos são pequenos. Entretanto a acústica é boa e mesmo em obras não senti desconforto.O café da manhã é sensacional, realmente muito bom.

Great hotel, very nice staff, delicious breakfast! We have stayed there for 2 nights. The welcome was very warm and the room was very spacious. The location is good, even though it’s not in the city center, as the tram stop is just around the corner and it’s only 2 stops (approx 5 mins) until you’re at the city center.

Sofitel is nice hotel near ECCL and other eu institutions. It has big rooms and nice staff and the breakfast is really nice. The new shopping center is also close and the free tram stop is next to the hotel.

Great customer service and great hotel! We had a nice stay from our first interaction with Sofitel employees especially Miss Kasia who always had a smile and answered our questions about Luxembourg! The free Tram was a fantastic way to go and return from the city! The hotel is pleasant, the bedroom was excellent! Great shower and soft bed! I recommend this hotel!

Por motivo da atual situação o pequeno almoço é pre reservado com hora marcada no átrio do hotel em perfeita segurança Atendimento profissional e todos os colaboradores simpáticos e educados Localizado na zona nova da cidade com o metro próximo assim como a paragem de autocarro para o aeroporto

Hotel en la zona nueva de Luxembourg muy cerca del centro ( dos paradas de tram, el cual como todo el trasporte público es gratuito). En la misma area se encuentra el edificio d la filarmónica, Luxembourg expo, otros hoteles i una galería comercial con bares i tiendas. El hotel es muy cómodo, amplio, bien conservado. Posee restaurante. El personal es amable i habla inglés. Habitaciones muy cómodas i prácticas. Baño con ducha i bañera. El desayuno muy bueno. Debido al Covid-19 lo preparan según hoja d preferencias i lo llevan a la habitación o lo preparan para una mesa (buffet de autoservicio no disponible). Muy recomendable.

Llegamos el dia 1 de junio a las 1145 de la noche. Nos tenían preparada la habitación 472. Después de deshacer la maleta y de cenar algo que traíamos, nos acostamos. No pudimos descansar bien porque el colchón hacía unos ruidos cuando dabas una vuelta en la cama, que no te dejaban descansar. Muy desagradable.. Lo primero que hicimos el día siguiente en recepción fue pedir o cambio de colchón o cambio de habitación. Nos pasaron a la 492 y allí si descansamos bien.

Hotel que responde a la calidad que se supone a un 5* Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, la atención excelente. El principal pero para el turista es que no está en el centro de la ciudad (se tardan 15 o 20 minutos andando). Si lo que se desea es el núcleo de instituciones y empresas o la proximidad al aeropuerto la elección es óptima.
