Paraíso. Como sugestão eu colocaria um frigobar nos quartos
Quarto simples, a água do chuveiro sai toda para fora do box e vai em direção ao quarto molhando o carpete, coloquei o tapete do banheiro mas não conseguiu segurar toda água. Acesso à pé pela frente e muito ruim.

Ótima localização. Colchões precisam ser trocados. Taxa de resort fee elevada como em.todos hotéis da região. Café da manhã poderia melhorar.
Hotel Bonito por fora e horrível por dentro, quartos com pouca iluminação, poucas tomadas, ar condicionado velho ( porém funcionando), pintura do quarto em cor que transmite coisa velha, apertado, não tem espaço para malas. Cama boa, chuveiro bom, localização boa!! Mas não vale o que cobram!! Taxas altas de resort e estacionamento!!
Atendimento personalizado. Atenção com gentileza e profissionalismo são marcantes. Excelente localização.

Over all the hotel is good, its nice and clean. The pool and beach is amazing. If you come before check in time just be aware you will be waiting two hours max for your room.. The customer service was okay some are rude though. I think its a pretty nice area if you are trying to just relax and stay in the hotel. Everything is 40 mins away or more just FYI.
Just returned from our stay here with our family of 6. Our 2 Rooms were nice and spacious.Staff was friendly, beach was great.Underwhelmed with the pool and lack of seating.Most frustrated with my bill at the end.$250 of extra fees per day that weren't included in the rate.Resort fees, tax, valet, etc.Not worth $1250 per night for adjoining rooms.Also advertised that I would get a daily drink credit that I didn't get.
I wish I could give 3.5 stars but 4 is too much. The room was a little small but we did have ocean view which was beautiful. We were steps away from the beautiful beach. This place has basic amenities but with a little help from management, it could earn 4 stars. The front desk was wonderful, shot out to Daniel for all the info he provided. Everyone else at the front desk was super professional. The waiters and waitresses at the beach were running around trying to get everyone's drinks and food orders in and we couldn't get their help because they were overwhelmed. We ended up walking up to the bar and placed our order there and waited for it. It seemed like they had 5 teenagers at towel service who weren't really doing much besides being on their phones after setting up the chairs and umbrellas for the day. When people walk up, they set up chairs for them and put towels down for them. If there was a way to order food or drinks on a app, and the towel service teens could help deliver the food to a numbered umbrella, I think this place could be run much smoother. Housekeeping (Natasha) on the top floor was awesome, she remembered us and was always happy. Overall, we had a great time but service was a little slow. Also, there are many great restaurants within walking distance to the hotel along with a Starbucks, a liquor store, a drugstore and a supermarket which was convenient.
1 more night for me and my wife after staying 4 nights, and our stay has been excellent. Jose at the pool bar was exceptional, great suggestions and great drinks. He made our days at the beach and pool bar a great time. Akmal was great as well. Clemente at breakfast was always helpful and great. Housekeeping and support staff during our stay has been great. Would definitely come back again. Just want to note again how much I enjoyed Jose at the pool bar, he is a great guy, and i really enjoyed his service, attitude, and time spent with us. Thank you everyone who has made our stay Great!!
Had an amazing mini getaway!!!! From the first day checking in….thank you to Daniel for upgrading accommodations It only got better as we were literally welcomed and professionally catered to from Wednesday 3/16 to 3/20/22!!!! Kudos and a BIG GIANT THANK YOU TO JOSE….you’re an amazing person!!!! Thank you for being attentive to all requests and for making this trip a memorable one! I also want to thank Jackie who again is a pleasant amazing and very hard worker and made our stay so very special always with a big smile! And finally to Juan Carlos for accommodating our last day with a very late checkout and last but certainly not least Cedric who really welcomed us on day one and each day….even called us a car’s service to the airport In summary Sole Miami was a beautiful clean relaxing and beautiful resort and the staff rocks!!!! Thank you and we will definitely be back!!!!
Hermoso hotel, muy bien ubicado, excelente predisposición del personal en todas las áreas. Cómo sugerencia, en mi habitación, éramos 6, no teníamos mesa o barra para comer. Sería lindo considerarán la posibilidad de una pequeña mesa para mayor comodidad. Por lo demás, todo muy bueno. Volvería con gusto a alojarme alli
Buena atención al cliente. Lindo sector de pileta. Hermosa la playa. Para mejorar en el sector de Playa sólo entregaban dos reposeras por habitación. Independientemente del número de huéspedes lo cual me parece imporbate que revisen este punto al contar un fee de resort. Sector de cocina súper mal abastecido. Nos encontramos con 1 solo tenedor por ejemplo. Y pocos utensilios e implementos de cocina. Súper pobre.
We had such an amazing time at Sole Miami. This hotel's location is perfect, right on the beach and with nearby shopping and restaurants. The views from our room was just breathtaking, we booked an ocean front suite. Services were also great from valet, front desk, room services etc. everyone was nice. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely love my home away from home!! I live in Los Angeles and frequent South Florida for business and there is absolutely no other place I stay when I am in South Florida. I’ve probably stayed at Sole over 30 times and keep going back.The location is superb!! Close to many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The staff at Sole are the best! Always welcoming rite when valet takes your car. The pool bar is such a vibe!! The bartenders are amazing with top notch food and drinks during the day including dinner at Baleen Kitchen on premises. Just leaving Sole andin Uber as we speak, thanks again Juan Carlo and the Sole staff for another 5 star experience!
Another amazing stay for us. This is our fourth year staying here and it’s been great every time. Nothing negative on our stays. The entire staff from the management (Juan Carlos Garcia/John Allen) to the Pool Bar (Jose,Fernando,Fiorella), beach attendants (all are outstanding)housekeeping,front desk,dining/room service and valet are all professional, friendly and helpful with every need. Sorry I can’t name everyone by name but we appreciate the service from everyone. Looks like we have found our annual vacation destination.
Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Everything went smoothly from the moment we checked in. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful and the room was wonderful, clean & very comfortable. We stayed in room 2404 which has a partial ocean view, one bedroom with two balconies. You feel like you’re right on the ocean and the views are amazing. The room itself has everything you can ask for. The staff was amazing, very friendly, attentive and professional. The cleaning service was exceptional as well. The Solé Miami Resort exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend this hotel. I need to also commend Juan Carlos Garcia who really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Ohhh just so wonderful time in this Hotel Resort. We were staying at Sole for 8 nights. Right at the arrival which was late night we were greeted very nice by the valet first, then the front desk who made our check in easy and welcoming. We were treated very well by all stuff members consistent all 8 days. They really have a nice beach area with umbrellas and chairs set by the amazing crew. This guys were respectful and very accommodating with any requests or suggestions. The pool and pool area very clean and nice. Initial we got a room without kitchen, but we upgraded to one with the kitchen with half city half ocean few was fantastic. As a recommendation I think if you stay there for one or 2 nights just a room is ok, but if you stay more nights or have kids a room with kitchen is a better choice. Jose Carlos Garcia checked us out at the end of the staying, his great words and appreciation for us staying there make us thing to go back. Overall: very clean, wonderful stuff, great service and location breathtaking. Highly recommended!!!
Exelente ! Hemos estado ya varias veces en este hotel, moderno, limpio y muy bien ubicado. El personal del front desk muy amables. Cintia nos atendió muy bien al hacer el check in y todos siempre estuvieron muy atentos .
Nos hospedamos con mi hermano del 18 al 24 de mayo de 2021. Nos cambiamos de habitación en la cuarta noche y guardando la ropa nos dimos cuenta que LE ROBARONdel placard 4 prendas de ropa que había comprado el primer día de su llegada. Ropa de muchísimo valor económico.Apenas nos percatamos hicimos el reclamo en el lobby del hotel donde nos fueron engañando manifestándonos que estaban investigando y viendo grabaciones. Hasta que el último día que pedimos hablar con el gerente, le responden a mi hermano que bajaba. Obviamente esperamos 1 hora y le dijo a la recepcionista que manden un mail con el reclamo.UNA VERGUENZA. LO PEOR QUE ADEMAS DE ROBAR ESAS 4 PRENDAS, TAMBIEN LE HABIAN ROBADO 2 prendas más, dos días antes de irnos quiso ir a la pileta y no tenia las mallas.UN HOTEL DE TERROR. Por ultimo, al día de hoy no respondieron el mail que le mando mi hermano.
