This is a brand new hotel, everything is new, clean and beautiful. The roof top pool and bar have amazing views. Arielle and her staff are absolutely the best!
I stayed for a full week during a business trip (November 2020). The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was adequate. For me the bed pillows were way to soft. There were a few hairs on the shower wall and bathroom floor so I don't know how well they clean. I doubt they wash the bathroom floors even though they should (mine looked like it could use a washing). I didn't see a vacuum with any of the housekeepers so I don't think they vacuum the rooms. On my floor I noticed the same small pieces of paper on the hallway floor for days which make me think they don't even vacuum the hallways. I wanted to check out the rooftop bar but there was a large amount of people not wearing masks so I didn't bother. The daily breakfast was meh. They should have coffee/tea available all day but they don't.
O pessoal é simpático e os quartos são muito limpos. Ficamos duas noites e depois um upgrade para um quarto com varanda. A vista era linda e tínhamos privacidade. eu com certeza ficaria de novo.
Este hotel foi lindo e em uma ótima localização na Old Main St em Bradenton. Estávamos saindo da tempestade. Originalmente tinha reservado outro por perto. Eles tinham uma bagunça com a nossa reserva e, finalmente, nós à esquerda. Este hotel graciosamente nos aceitou sem problema. Forneceram toalhas para nós quando entramos porque a chuva lá fora era intensa. A taxa acabou sendo menor que a anterior. Jenn, a recepcionista da recepção foi profissional e gentil. Os quartos são confortáveis e espaçosos. Há um restaurante maravilhoso, Oak and Stone anexo ao hotel, então não há necessidade de sair. Claro que não podemos usar a área do telhado, mas tenho certeza que é adorável. Um bom café da manhã no dia seguinte também. Uma vez que não moramos muito longe deste hotel, sugerimos para qualquer família ou amigos que estejam visitando.
Estuve una noche en mi semana de aniversario con miesposa.El hotel está bien. Lindo y tiene una buena vista pero la cama durísima el televisor a una esquina de la habitación no enfrente de la cama ,lo que más me desagrado fue el desayuno que con la escusa del covid 19dieron un desayuno de mala gana una persona sirviendo dos cosas ahí que ni se que fueron porque no desayuné al ver tan desagradable escena , so el desayuno completamente nulo cero nada pero si que cobran el mismo precio por las habitaciones.La picina súper pequeña para un edificio tan grande creo que con tres personas ya se agota la capacidad .Tiene una vista hermosa frente la Marina de Bradenton nada mas ,no volvería y no lo recomiendo hay mejores oportunidades y menos costosas no malgasten su dinero ahí.Ese es mi consejo.Este hotel.deberia aprender a lidiar con el covid 19 como muchos buffet.. actualmente he cenado en buffet dónde al llegar te dan guantes plásticos y con tu mascarilla puedes tomar tus alimentos... porque SpringHillno pueden aser lo mismo?.. Muy mala calidad precio,el restaurante que se encuentra en lobby no pertenece al hotel por lo tanto ese servicio no puede adjuntar al hotel por qué ellos no son lo que los ofrecen de hecho no puedes ir de la picina al bar tienes que bajar al lobby atravesarlo y tomar un elevador que te llevará al bar que está arriba pero no está conectado con el hotel. Realmente me quedé decepciónado ,un hotel sin calidad humana espero que si algún día vuelva ofrescan mejor servicio y calidad humana.
The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. We stayed two nights then upgraded to a balcony room. The view was beautiful and we had privacy. I would definitely stay again.
This hotel was beautiful and in a great location on Old Main St in Bradenton. We were evacuating from the storm. Originally had booked another one close by. They had a mess with our reservation and ultimately we left. This hotel graciously accepted us without issue. Provided towels to us as we entered because the rain outside was intense. The rate turned out to be less than the previous one. Jenn the front desk receptionist was professional and kind. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There is a wonderful restaurant, Oak and Stone attached to the hotel so no need to go outside. Of course we're not able to use the rooftop area but I'm sure it's lovely. A good breakfast the next day too. Since we don't live too far from this hotel, we will suggest for any family or friends visiting.
Este é um lindo pequeno hotel com uma vista incrível da baía! Ele também tem um restaurante / pub ridiculamente bom no lobby e um bar na cobertura! Tem estação de degustação de cervejas e cidras, além de comida caseira incrível !!!
Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este hotel! I se hospedaram no SpringHill Suites no centro de Bradenton por 50 noites para uma viagem de trabalho e foi a melhor estadia em hotel que já tive. Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos, com uma vista deslumbrante da marina no rio Manatee. A melhor parte sobre este hotel é a equipe! Eles são algumas das pessoas mais amigáveis que já conheci, que vão além para satisfazer seus hóspedes. Vou recomendar este hotel para quem planeja ficar na área de Bradenton. Cinco estrelas!!

This a beautiful little hotel with an amazing view of the bay! It also has a ridiculously good restaurant/pub in the lobby and a bar on the roof! There's a tasting station for beers and ciders, and incredible comfort food!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! I stayed at SpringHill Suites in downtown Bradenton for 50 nights for a work trip and it was the best hotel stay I have ever had. The rooms are spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the marina on the Manatee river. The best part about this hotel is the staff! They are some of the friendliest people I have ever met who go above and beyond to satisfy their guest. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on staying in the Bradenton area. Five stars!!

This place is overrated for sure. Here’s the thing.. rooms are comfortable however... you won’t find a bottled water in your room in case you’re chocking at night so BYOB just in case. The pool is the size of a kiddie pool so if there’s 5 people there.. it’s a crowd. The view is nice but you can get that for free if you just go eat at the restaurant which you can do without being a guest in the hotel but that food is nasty. There’s one roll of toilet paper and no extras so be sure they remember to put one when they go clean it. The staff is really nice. That’s the 2 star for but the hotel has a parking lot that’s far away if you have to carry bags and have kids. This is a good place to stay one night because you HAVE TO and can’t find anything else.
Nice hotel, mas a equipe parece estar incomodada, talvez por causa de todo o COVID acontecendo e os casos subindo na Flórida, mas a equipe não estava feliz. As instalações do hotel são boas, mas ainda com restrições devido a toda a pandemia. Os quartos modernos e meu particular tem vista para o rio, então foi engraçado. O telhado tinha uma vista incrível, mas, infelizmente, foi fechado devido a razões óbvias. Em geral, um ótimo hotel, mas que tudo voltou ao normal para aproveitar ainda mais.
Nice hotel but the staff seems to be bothered, maybe because of the whole COVID going on and the cases rising in Florida but the staff was not happy. Hotel facilities are good but still with restrictions because of the whole pandemic. Rooms modern and my particular one has a view to the river so it was cute. The rooftop had an amazing view but unfortunately, it was closed due to obvious reasons. In general a great hotel but which everything was back to normal to enjoy it more.

O pessoal foi amigável e hospitaleiro. O quarto do hotel foi arrumado bem legal com um sofá-cama fácil. Tínhamos uma varanda que tinha uma bela vista do rio à noite, o que foi uma grande adição à experiência. A varanda era muito pequena, sem muito espaço para andar. A cama e o sofá estavam visivelmente limpos. Os chuveiros limpos e agradáveis e quentes com pressão de água não é um ponto sujo para ser visto.Essa também foi uma experiência agradável pela manhã. Nada de estranho, exceto que gostaria que a comida tivesse acabado de manhã. Para o café da manhã gratuito, podemos simplesmente pegar e ir embora como nos velhos tempos. Isso teria sido legal, mas, nas atuais circunstâncias, eu entendo perfeitamente. As medidas preventivas tiveram que ser tomadas. Apenas parecia inconveniente.Não é ruim, mas não vale cada centavo.
"Clean rooms and great view but a little pricey feeling."Very average experience. I felt I could have gotten more for the money. That being said, it wasn't a bad experience. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The hotel room was set up pretty cool with an easy pull out couch. We had a balcony that had a nice view of the river at night, that was a great addition to the experience. The balcony was very small, with not much space to walk around. The bed and sofa was visibly clean. The showers clean and nice and hot with water pressure not a dirty spot to be seen.This was a pleasant experience in the morning as well. Nothing strange except, I wish the food was out in the morning. For the free breakfast how we can just grab and go like old times. That would have been cool, but, under the current circumstances I completely understand.The preemptive measures had to be taken. It just felt inconvenient.Not bad, but not quite worth every penny.
