Melhor hotel & lobby bar no Canadá! Perfume novo, fresco! Ainda trabalhando fora algumas torções. Mas incrível design de interiores e atendimento ao cliente. Nós atualizamos para a Suíte de 1 Quarto .. que continha dois banheiros, cozinha e layout de 1000 pés quadrados. Foi perfeito para entreter os nossos hóspedes. A única sugestão seria instalar alto-falantes para o sistema de entretenimento (já que a reprodução de músicas da TV não foi suficiente). Ficamos surpresos ao ver o lobby se transformar em uma festa de dança! (DJ toca toda sexta e sábado à noite). No geral, tivemos uma estadia incrível e tentou limpar a nossa unidade melhor que poderíamos na manhã seguinte! Nós voltaremos!
Realmente quarto agradável, bastante espaçoso e elegante. Com uma cama confortável e ótimo banheiro. A equipe foram muito simpática e a localização foi belos central e à direita próximo a Rogers Arena e BC Place.Nós temos um quarto com uma cama king size e vista para a cidade e ficamos muito felizes com isso. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.
Lugar excelente, bem localizado. Excelentes restaurantes no local. Serviço foi excelente indo a milha extra. Ideal para casais. O bar no lobby é perfeito para sair à noite.
Primeira vez hospedado neste hotel. O serviço foi ótimo. Quarto é muito limpo e confortável. Como um premier de platina eu foi atualizado para a suite júnior que não é realmente uma suíte mas ainda suficientemente espaçoso. Infelizmente não consegui experimentar a suíte de um quarto, embora eu normalmente jogue fora muito mais do que o custo da suíte em seu cassino e como um premier de platina. Provavelmente não iria incomodar ficar novamente.

One of the newer nicer hotels in Vancouver. Rooms are quite small but very modern and comfortable. I’ve stayed in a lot worse 5 star hotels.

Se você quer tranquilidade, não fiquei nele. Durante os fins de semana é barulhento pois funciona sobre um casino. Você pode cruzar com pessoas bêbadas no seu caminho. Para o valor cobrado na diária não vale a pena.
Hotel perfeito para uma viagem a Vancouver. Serviço, limpeza e comodidades são alto nível e a localização é excelente para explorar muitos lugares a pé! Definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente durante a minha próxima visita.

Perfect Hotel for a trip to Vancouver. Service, cleanliness and amenities are top notch and the location is great to explore many places by foot! Will definitely stay here again during my next visit.
Stunning design from the lobby to the rooms. This is one of the best Autograph Collection hotels I've stayed at. So much nicer than hotels on the waterfront and on Robson. Wonderful hotel!
This was one unique hotel stay. The DOUGLAS is full of surprises! When you walk in you are greeted by a staff that will guide you to an elevator, as the checking is not done in the main level. The elevators have infinity mirrors and the decoration is quite unique. The front desk has a huge Cedar log, signature of the hotel. Staff was great and quite polite! I had a small problem with hot water and was moved from my room right away to a better and high floor room as apology. The beds are super comfortable. The ambiance is dark and industrial, inspired by the rustic unfinished ceilings and dark tones. Their water bottles are quite unique and they have one of the most amazing scents I have experienced at Marriott Hotels. Their body lotion with notes of vetivert are exquisite and everything is citrusy. I loved the selection of snacks for a price, especially the cocoa ones. Would definitely stay again!
Room was very nice. No real view. The pillows are absolutely terrible. They just go flat and no support. We stayed on New Year’s Eve. The sound rumbled all night with no break. And to make it worst there was some black metal under the window that rattled ALL night long. The doors did not block out any sound neither did the acoustic fan. That just made more noise. Food was over priced. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really nice room, quite spacious and elegant. With a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the location was pretty central and right next to Rogers Arena and BC place.We got a room with a king bed and city view and were very happy with it. Would definitely stay here again.
According to Tourism Management this hotels should be rating between 2 1/2 star since they don’t have all toiletries... see the attached pictures. They missed toothbrushes and toothpaste. Really weird the room ceiling. The location is great staff very friendly but very disappointed because such good brand and there is not refrigerator in the room and not amenities. Can’t believe so expensive hotel there aren’t such essentials things. I’m staying in room 875 and really small. Too much snacks or alcohol in the room.if you come with someone else you need ask for the second pair of slipper or bathrobe since come in the room with one pair or one bathrobe..I thought Douglas is a good brand of Marriott at the end I realized is the cheap brand. You can see my pictures.You better choose JW Marriott or other hotels since there are many hotel close with spacious room, refrigerator and amenities. If you are Gold member you can use JW Marriott Lounge located in Conference floor (I attach some pictures of the lounge)
Excelent place, well located. Great restaurants in the place. Service was superb going the extra mile. Ideal for couples. The bar on the lobby is perfect for a night out.
First time staying at this hotel. Service was great. Room is very clean and comfortable. As a platinum premier I was upgraded to the junior suite which is not really a suite but still spacious enough. Unfortunately didn't get to try the one bedroom suite even though I typically gamble away much more than the cost of the suite at their casino and as a platinum premier. Probably would not bother staying again.
Best hotel & lobby bar in Canada! Brand new, fresh scent! Still working out a few kinks. But amazing interior design and customer service. We upgrade to the 1 Bedroom Suite.. which featured two bathrooms, kitchen and huge 1000 sq ft layout. Was perfect for entertaining our guests. Only suggestion would be to install speakers for the entertainment system (as playing music from the TV didn’t cut it). We were surprised to see the lobby transform into a dance party! (DJ spins every Fri & Sat night). Overall we had an awesome stay and tried to clean our unit best we could the next morning! We’ll be back!
