This hotel is in good location but that's the only good thing about it. Room try have me was so compact with no window. There's laundry or iron service. The price for room is too high compared to other options around that are slightly off location.

Checked in 8pm, booked president suite room Rm330, the room aircond not functioning. Waited about 2hrs and then changed to another room. The new room heater water was not heat enough and took another 2hrs to settle. No any compensation given to us. Bath tub too small and made up of plastic material. Not worth for price. Such a poor service! NOT RECOMMENDED AND I WON'T COME AGAIN AT ALL!

Actually I attended a 5 star wedding dinner at Hee Lai Ton ( Mines2) restaurant.Top Happiness Grand Ballroom. The rest room or toilet is HITECH 5 star with marble tiles entrance to rest is auto sensor sliding which mage it clean room concept. HACCP. Car park available. Service is very good. A good place to hole dinner and dance too.

the service is too bad and i won't coming here again ,we just ask a bottle of mineral water but she say don,t have if can we need to refil ourself in lobby and my friend come here with her big family and booking around 7 room ,and one of the room is dirty and ask her to change a room is also can,t what happend to this hotel?
