Eu tendem a ficar em um dos 2 lodge de viagem quando eu ir embora para a formação e fora do 2 eu acho que este é o melhor do 2. É um alojamento de viagem para que nada excessivamente especial. A maioria da equipe é feliz e útil e há mais sobre do que costumava ser assim que você normalmente se vê com quaisquer problemas. O café da manhã não é o melhor, mas tem o suficiente para escolher. As refeições melhoraram muito embora não demasiado entalhe são de um bom padrão e enchimento. Você pode levar comida de volta ao seu quarto também. Os quartos são mais do que suficiente para uma pessoa até mesmo um casal, novamente sem queixas. Minhas reclamações seria o estacionamento é terrível o parque de estacionamento é demasiado pequeno e não tem capacidade para o hotel. Minha outra coisinha sendo o serviço de quarto não chegar ao meu quarto até cerca de 5 da tarde, quando eu tinha chegado de volta
Very close to Heathrow T5. Functional and clean. Parking a bit expensive at £12.40 for 24 hours, so a star deducted. Especially as you have no other choice really.
A única razão pela qual acertei 3 foi o preço, e a equipe foi agradável. La única razón por la que obtuve un 3 fue por el precio, y el personal también fue agradable. El lugar requiere una reforma seria, las habitaciones están muy deterioradas con las bombillas apagadas, el aire acondicionado no funciona, la pintura se quita de la puerta del baño, los grifos de la bañera están rotos con bordes afilados, las baldosas agrietadas, el techo manchado con yeso y pintura agrietados. Pero obtienes lo que pagas, supongo.
The only reason I scored a 3 was because of the price, and the staff were pleasant too. The place requires a serious refurb, the rooms are very tatty with light bulbs being out, aircon not working paint stripping off bathroom door, broken bath taps with sharp edges, cracked tiles, stained ceiling with cracked plaster and paintwork. But you get what you pay for I suppose.
It was good but hotel should provide drinking water bottles in the rooms rather than the tap water in wash rooms

The attention was really good, the check in was easy and the bus drops you in the main door. The room was cute and comfortable even though the coffee and tea wasn't that great.
This hotel is NOT at terminal 5. It’s a 10-15 bus drive away. Therefore I find the name misleading, as one has to pay £11 return to get to the hotel and back to the terminal. However, once here and considering how cheap it was, it does the job fine, fairly clean and ok facilities
It's not very good because I've been to plenty of Travelodges and you don't need ID and when I got there I didn't bring my ID with me because I have a digital copy and they would not accept it so therefore I had to go all the way back to my home to get a digital out together hard copy to show them the guy at the desk was so rude to me I did not know which way to take it he was really offensive but all the other Travelodges I've ever been to her so much better than there air it's appalling and needs to be attended to

Ótimo lugar .. muito estacionamento .. a equipe é amistosa e envolvente e a comida é surpreendentemente boa, considerando que é uma cadeia normal de hotéis .. Eu comi pizza e foi um exemplo adorável com muitas coberturas etc. O quarto era grande e a cama era boa. confortável .. havia muito espaço para uma família lá .. o chuveiro foi incrível e foi realmente poderoso. O hotel é um grande em 5 andares .. em Heathrow ?? RESERVE ESTE HOTEL QUE VOCÊ NÃO SERÁ DESAPONTADO !!
Ótima experiência aqui. Muito barato. Bar aberto até tarde. A equipe realmente adorável e acolhedores. Ônibus corre direto para o terminal 5 Heathrow. Perfeito se você tiver um voo de manhã cedo. Eu quase não ouvi um avião enquanto neste hotel. Apenas um pequeno estrondo. O quarto foi realmente impecáveis e o hotel foi bem cuidados e parecia bastante popular. Definitivamente usará isso novamente.
O melhor hotel 🏨 por um preço incrível e perto demais do aeroporto de Londres. Serviços incríveis e comida também. Você pode embarcar no ônibus a partir do portão principal do hotel. Quarto limpo com TV LED grande e todas as coisas essenciais, incluindo uma cama grande e café e chá disponíveis dentro do quarto. Banheiro e chuveiro, eram super limpos. El mejor hotel 🏨 a un precio increíble y que también está cerca del aeropuerto de Londres. Servicios increíbles y 🥘 comida también. Puede abordar en el servicio de transporte desde la puerta principal del hotel. Habitación limpia with con TV LED grande y todas las cosas esenciales, incluida una cama grande 🛌 y café y té ☕️ disponibles dentro de la habitación. El baño y la ducha 🚿 habitación estaban súper limpias. Altos estándares de limpieza que también a precios baratos. Grandes establecimientos, visitaremos pronto. Gracias 😊

Personal muy desagradable. Nos trataron fatal. Intentamos preguntar por cómo ir al aeropuerto del sur y nos ignoraron. Está cerca del aeropuerto pero llegar cuesta 6 libras en bus o unas 15 en uber, con lo cual no te interesa quedarte ahí a no ser que tengas que volver al aeropuerto, si no es mejor quedarte en otro hotel de la ciudad que puedas ir en metro. Tienen wifi gratis durante media hora y se escucha mucho el ruido de los coches de la autovia. La habitación funcional y limpia. Comer algo carísimo.
Great place.. plenty of parking.. the staff are friendly and engaging and food is surprisingly good considering it's a normal hotel chain.. I had pizza and was a lovely example with plenty of toppings etc.The room was big and the bed was comfortable.. was plenty of room for a family in there.. the shower was amazing and was really powerful. The hotel is a big one over 5 floors.. in heathrow?? BOOK THIS HOTEL YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
Great experience here. Really cheap. Bar open till late. Staff really lovely and welcoming. Bus runs straight to terminal 5 Heathrow. Perfect if you have an early morning flight. I hardly heard a plane whilst in this hotel. Just a small rumble. The room was really clean and the hotel was well looked after and seemed quite popular. Will definitely use that again.
Best Hotel 🏨 in amazing price and that too near the Airport in London. Amazing services and 🥘 food also. You can board in the shuttle from the Hotel main gate. Clean 🧼 room with big LED TV and all the essential things including a large bed 🛌 and coffee and tea ☕️ available inside the room. Bathroom and shower 🚿 room were super clean. High standards of cleanliness that too on cheap prices. Great establishments, will visit soon. Thanks 😊
Tiendo a alojarme en uno de los 2 alojamientos de viajes cuando salgo a entrenar y de los 2 encuentro que este es el mejor de los 2. Es un alojamiento de viajes, por lo que no es nada demasiado especial. La mayoría del personal está contento y es útil, y hay más de lo que solía haber, por lo que normalmente lo atienden con cualquier problema. El desayuno no es el mejor, pero tiene suficiente para elegir. Las comidas han mejorado mucho, aunque no son demasiado grandes, son de buen nivel y de gran calidad. Puedes llevar comida a tu habitación también. Las habitaciones son más que adecuadas para una persona, incluso una pareja, así que de nuevo no hay quejas. Mi queja es que el estacionamiento es terrible, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y no tiene capacidad para el hotel. Mi otro problema era que el servicio a la habitación no llegaba a mi habitación hasta las 5 de la tarde cuando regresé.

I tend to stay at one of 2 travel lodge's when I go away for training and out of the 2 I find that this one is the better of the 2. Its a travel lodge so nothing overly special. Most of the staff are happy and helpful and there's more about than there used to be so you normally get seen to with any issues. The breakfast isn't the greatest but has enough to choose from. The meals have improved greatly although not too notch they are of a good standard and filling. You can take food back to your room too. The rooms are more than adequate for one person even a couple so again no complaints there. My complaints would be the parking is terrible the car park is too small and doesn't have the capacity for the hotel. My other niggle being the room service didn't get to my room till about 5 in the afternoon when I had gotten back

Mal sitio para quedarse, no lo recomiendo.
Marked as is OK as when we arrived, all disabled parking spaces was taken. 2 by normal disabled badge holders. We arrieved late. Overall needs a Deep carpet clean. Breakfast was OK, but had it better. Is OK for one night. We have choosen this hotel as it was near the airport. My youngest loves aeroplanes lucky our window was able tosee them past flying. One room TV remode missing and not working, but it was late anyway and did not bother us to much. Wifi worked brillant. Staff friendly.
