The staff was kind and unfortunatelly this was the only good aspect in out stay. The room was not clean and with a weird smell.

We paid extra to be upgraded to this 4 star hotel, or so we were told. Not 4star by a long shot, room very small, basic tea and coffee facilities, dead birds on roof outside bedroom window which weren't removed until day 3, curtains hanging off the rail, floors really dusty. Room didn't get touched on first day not cleaned or beds made. Extractor fan in room on all of the time only way to turn off was to remove key card which in turn knocked off ALL electrics. Beds were single beds not even made up as a double despite the room being booked for a couple. Location was good, but extensive roadworks at the front which were covered with big metal railings, no proper footpath to speak of. staff pleasant, cannot really comment on service as didn't really have any contact with them other than check in and out. breakfast OK but ran out of bread for toast!!!

An amazing place a full of everything it's simply perfect the breakfast is very very good. So friendly and welcoming stuff so helpful amazing must stay there , it's also very close to the city a really lovely place

Great value for money accomodation .very helpful staff.breakfast to die for. No lift so if you have mobility issues ask for ground floor room. Some road improvements going on outside so extra care needed on uneven paths.

Please be aware that there is NO elevators in this building. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there are 6 flights of stairs to go up.Also there is NO air conditioning in this e budget rooms. The receptionists were very friendly, specially Maria with the lovely pink hair. The location is good for walking into the city, 10 minutes.
